Vertical crustal deformation velocity and its influencing factors over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau based on satellite gravity data

The uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(TP)strongly influences climate change,both regionally and globally.Surface observation data from this region have limited coverage and are difficult to obtain.Consequently,the vertical crustal deformation velocity(VCDV)distribution of the TP is poorly constrained.In this study,the VCDV from the TP was inverted by using data from the gravity recovery and climate experiment(GRACE).We were able to obtain the vertical crustal movement by deducting the hydrological factors,based on the assumption that the gravity signal detected by GRACE is mainly composed of hydrological factors and vertical crustal movement.From the vertical crustal movement,we inverted the distribution of the VCDV across the TP.The results showed that the VCDV of the southern,eastern,and northern TP is~1.1 mm/a,~0.5 mm/a,and−0.1 mm/a,respectively,whereas that of the region between the Qilian Haiyuan Fault and the Kunlun Fault is~0.0 mm/a.These results are consistent with the distribution of crustal deformation,thrust earthquakes and faults,and regional lithospheric activity.The hydrology,crustal thickness,and topographic factors did not change the overall distribution of the VCDV across the TP.The influence of hydrological factors is marked,with the maximum differences being approximately−0.4 mm/a in the northwest and 1.0 mm/a in the central area.The results of this study are significant for understanding the kinematics of the TP.

Effects of dietary methionine supplementation on growth performance of cubs,nutrient digestibility, nitrogen metabolism and serum biochemical indicators of female blue foxes(Alopex lagopus)

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects of methionine(Met) supplementation on growth performance of cubs, nutrient digestibility, nitrogen metabolism and serum biochemical parameters of female blue foxes. One hundred primiparous female blue foxes that were similar in breeding date, pedigree, age, and weight were selected for the trial. The foxes were randomly assigned to four groups(n = 25 each group) and fed diets supplemented with Met at 2(Met2), 4(Met4), 6(Met6)and 8 g/kg(Met8), respectively, for 40 days. Our data showed that body weights at 20 and 40 d were significantly higher in the Met4 group than in the Met2 group(P < 0.05). The Met4 group also had the highest apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein compared with either the Met2, Met6, or Met8 group(P< 0.05). The serum Met and isoleucine(Ile) concentrations were significantly higher in the Met4 group than in the Met6 or Met8 group(P < 0.05). In summary, these data indicate that supplementary Met improves growth performance of cubs likely due to increased crude protein and dry matter and increased nitrogen retention of female blue foxes. The optimal amount of Met supplementation is10 g/kg basal diet.

针对批量化零件的自动化高效视觉检测需求,传统的先视点再路径的单独规划方法容易导致检测效率陷入局部最优。为此,本文提出一种视点与路径多目标整体规划方法,将视点和路径规划问题建模为一个组合优化问题进行多目标优化,旨在全局寻求检测效率最优解。该方法基于表面曲率对视点进行自适应冗余采样,构造兼顾质量与多样性的采样视点集。针对视点覆盖率与检测时间成本两个优化目标,提出基于约束的非支配排序遗传算法(C-NSGA-Ⅱ)进行优化,快速得到满足最小覆盖率的全局最优解,从而实现视点与路径的整体规划,最小化检测时间成本。仿真实验结果表明,该方法相比于简化为单目标优化问题的整体规划方法,运算效率提升90%左右;与传统的单独规划方法相比,视觉检测时间成本有效缩短10.52%以上。最后通过机器人视觉检测应用验证了本文方法的有效性与优越性。

栾川县矿产资源丰富,尾矿库较多。结合栾川县尾矿库调查结果,综述钼钨、铅锌、金和铁等类型的尾矿综合利用研究进展,并提出尾矿综合利用的优化策略,为矿山固体废弃物的资源化、减量化与无害化处置提供技术指导。目前,尾矿综合利用方式主要有3种,即有价金属元素提取、有价非金属元素提取和尾矿建材化利用。未来,要加大科研投入,开发新型尾矿综合利用工艺;推进尾矿原位回填,修复区域生态环境;强化梯级利用,实现尾矿全部消纳。

为研究江西于都南部地区耕地土壤重金属污染状况,对所采集的表层土壤样品进行Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、As、Hg等重金属元素测试,研究其空间分布特征,并采用多种评价模型开展生态评价。结果表明,Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、As、Hg含量分别是于都县土壤背景值的1.18、1.24、1.69、1.41、5.79、1.25、2.27、1.41倍。单因子污染指数显示As、Cd污染最严重,是潜在生态风险最主要的贡献因子。内梅罗综合污染指数显示重金属超标率达20.7%。地累积指数显示As污染最严重,其次是Hg、Ni、Cd。8种重金属元素变异系数均为0.45~5.14,属强变异。相关性分析显示,除Hg外的其他重金属间相关性均较强,而且与pH存在显著或极显著正相关,因此可以通过调节土壤pH值,降低土壤中重金属元素的毒性。主成分分析结果显示,Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、As主要来源于人为采矿活动,Cr、Ni主要来源于土壤母质。

BACKGROUND:Streptococcus pneumoniae(S.pneumoniae)is a common pathogen that causes bacterial pneumonia.However,with increasing bacterial resistance,there is an urgent need to develop new drugs to treat S.pneumoniae infections.Nanodefensin with a 14-carbon saturated fatty acid(ND-C14)is a novel nanoantimicrobial peptide designed by modifying myristic acid at the C-terminus of humanα-defensin 5(HD5)via an amide bond.However,it is unclear whether ND-C14 is effective against lung infections caused by S.pneumoniae.METHODS:In vitro,three groups were established,including the control group,and the HD5 and ND-C14 treatment groups.A virtual colony-count assay was used to evaluate the antibacterial activity of HD5 and ND-C14 against S.pneumoniae.The morphological changes of S.pneumoniae treated with HD5 or ND-C14 were observed by scanning electron microscopy.In vivo,mice were divided into sham,vehicle,and ND-C14 treatment groups.Mice in the sham group were treated with 25μL of phosphate-buffered saline(PBS).Mice in the vehicle and ND-C14 treatment groups were treated with intratracheal instillation of 25μL of bacterial suspension with 2×108 CFU/mL(total bacterial count:5×10^(6) CFU),and then the mice were given 25μL PBS or intratracheally injected with 25μL of ND-C14(including 20μg or 50μg),respectively.Survival rates were evaluated in the vehicle and ND-C14 treatment groups.Bacterial burden in the blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were counted.The lung histology of the mice was assessed.A propidium iodide uptake assay was used to clarify the destructive eff ect of ND-C14 against S.pneumoniae.RESULTS:Compared with HD5,ND-C14 had a better bactericidal eff ect against S.pneumoniae because of its stronger ability to destroy the membrane structure of S.pneumoniae in vitro.In vivo,ND-C14 significantly delayed the death time and improved the survival rate of mice infected with S.pneumoniae.ND-C14 reduced bacterial burden and lung tissue injury.Moreover,ND-C14 had a membrane permeation eff ect on S.pneumoniae,and its destruct

自动铺丝是一种先进的复合材料自动制造技术,广泛应用于制造形面复杂的复合材料构件。大曲率区域丝束的压实质量较差、铺放路径的方向偏差和转弯半径难以同时满足等问题,导致了各种铺放缺陷。研究了曲面曲率对路径性能的影响,建立了分区域路径规划机制。采用压辊到曲面的距离来表征丝束压实情况,并根据曲面曲率估算可压实丝束的数量。建立了局部方向偏差和转弯半径计算方法,并在路径密化过程中实时评价,在路径性能超出约束时进行分区。考虑了丝束压实、方向偏差及转弯半径对铺放路径的约束,保证了整张曲面的铺放质量和铺放效率。在翼梢小翼曲面上完成了路径规划方法的仿真和实验验证,结果表明:所提方法能够在复杂曲面上获得满足性能要求的铺放路径。

Emerging direct current triboelectric nanogenerator for high-entropy mechanical energy harvesting

In the era of the Internet of Things(IoT),the provision of sustainable power to distributed,mobile,and low-power-consumption electronic devices is a critical challenge.To overcome this challenge,the triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG),a highly efficient high-entropy mechanical energy harvesting device,was developed in 2012.This device enables the direct conversion of irregular and low-frequency mechanical energy into pulsed alternating current(AC)signals.However,the incompatibility of most electronic devices with AC signals necessitates rectifier circuits or generators that deliver direct current(DC)signals.In recent years,DC-TENGs have undergone extensive development,achieving significant milestones in various application fields while also facing crucial challenges that require solutions.In this review,three categories of DC-TENG devices with distinct operating mechanisms are comprehensively explored:multiphase coupling,mechanical rectification,and air breakdown.Their typical structures and working mechanisms are thoroughly discussed,and specific output performance limitations,along with corresponding optimization strategies,are identified.Furthermore,the applications of DC-TENGs in various scenarios are summarized.Finally,the challenges faced by DC-TENGs and potential solutions are analyzed to guide further advancements in this technology.
