Novel conjugated polymers with aza-15-crown-5 as pendant groups, P1 were synthesized by the Sonogashira coupling reaction. The polymer P1 was found to show fluorescence en-hancement response towards Ba2＋. The gradual recovery and turning-point of emission intensity of polymers appeared in the addition of Ba2＋, which provided good evidence for the fluorescence amplification mechanism of conjugated polymers.

Th1-type cytokines produced by the stimulation of Th1-type epitopes derived from definedschistosome-associated antigens are correlated with the development of resistance to the parasite *** mansoni 28 kDa glutathione-S-transferase(Sm28GST),a major detoxification enzyme,hasbeen recognized as a vaccine candidate and a phase Ⅱ clinical trial has been carried *** immunizedwith recombinant Schistosoma japonicum 28GST(Sj28GST)have shown immune protection against theparasite *** the present study,six candidate peptides(P1,P2,P3,P4,P7 and P8)from Sj28GSTwere predicted,using software,to be T cell epitopes,and peptides P5 and P6 were designed by extendingfive amino acids at the N-terminal and C-terminal of P1,*** peptide 190-211 aa in Sj28GSTcorresponding to the Th1-type epitope(190-211 aa)identified from Sm28GST was selected and named *** nine candidate peptides were synthesized or produced as the fusion protein with thioredoxin in thepET32c(+)/BL21(DE3)*** capacity to induce a Th1-type response in vitro was measured usinglymphocyte proliferation,cytokine detection experiments and flow *** results showed that P6(73-86 aa)generated the strongest stimulation effect on T cells among the nine candidate peptides,and drovethe highest level of IFN-γ and ***,P6 is a functional Th1-type T cell epitope that is differentfrom that in Sm28GST,and will be useful for the development of effective vaccines which can triggeracquired immunity against ***,our strategy of identifying the Th1-type epitope by acombination of software prediction and experimental confirmation provides a convenient and cost-savingalternative approach to previous methods.

G-quadruplexes （G4s） play important roles in biological systems, such as telomere maintenance, replication, and transcription. Based on the DNA sequence, loop geometry, and the local environments, G4s can be classified into different conformations. It is important to detect different types of G4s to monitor the diseases related with G4s. Most ligands bind to G4s based on end-stacking modes, while rare ligands bind to G4s through groove binding modes. We have found that a cyanine dye DMSB interacts with parallel G4 by end-stacking and groove simultaneous binding mode. In this article, we found that DMSB could simply discriminate parallel G4s from other DNA motifs by using UV-vis spectrum. These results give some clues to develop high specificity G4 probes.

为提高高强镁合金的力学性能,在Mg-3Gd-2Zn-0.5Zr镁合金中添加了1.5%纳米Ti,对制备出的铸态镁合金试样进行了OM、SEM、XRD分析,并进行了力学性能、阻尼性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,纳米金属钛的添加,显著提高了合金的力学性能、阻尼性能和耐磨损性能,使合金在6×10-5,20×10-5,40×10-5应变振幅下的阻尼性能分别提高54%,77%和81%;250℃磨损体积和摩擦因数分别减小68%,11%。借此为高强镁合金的纳米改性研究提供进一步指导与借鉴。

In spinless systems,growing attention has recently been attracted to synthetic gauge fields,which redefine the fundamental crystal symmetries by utilizing the projective algebraic ***,synthetic gauge fields have been commonly investigated in single orbital systems,and explorations on hybrid orbitals remain elusive in ***,we report the experimental observation of hybrid topological phases induced by hybrid synthetic gauge flux,which is formed by the interaction between p and d orbitals embedded in acoustic *** breaking the translation symmetries of Lxand/or Ly,we unambiguously demonstrate the first-order M?bius edge states and higher-order corner *** work establishes a platform for seeking exotic topological phases induced by hybrid-orbitals interactions and initializing the framework of hybrid-orbitalsrelated topological *** applications can be anticipated in scenarios such as high-quality sensing and robust wave trapping due to the stepwise energy distribution of the hybrid topological phase.

小波网络是函数逼近的有力工具。利用多小波函数和多尺度函数的互补性,构造了一种具有分层、多分辨和局部学习特点的正交多小波神经网络。分析了该网络用于函数逼近时的性质,讨论了其结构并在此基础上给出了调整网络权系数的算法。理论分析和GHM多小波网络及db2单小波网络对几种非线性函数的仿真结果都表明,当函数具有一定的光滑性时,正交多小波神经网络的逼近性能优于正交单小波神经网络。

As a laser passes through a scattering medium,the light interacts with the irregular reflections within the medium,resulting in light scattering and the formation of *** this paper,an image sensor based on the combination of a coreless optical fiber and a digital camera is proposed for liquid refractive index sensing *** coreless fiber is used as a sensing unit,and the change in the speckle pattern is measured using the digital correlation method to detect the magnitude of the liquid's refractive *** experimental results indicate that the laser image sensing technique is capable of effectively distinguishing liquid samples with refractive indices ranging from 1.332 8 to1.390 8,with a sensing sensitivity of-1.306 ***,the laser image sensing technique,with its advantages of high experimental reproducibility,simple system design,remote over-control,holds great research significance and potential application in laser communication and sensor integration.
