Seismic-induced liquefaction of sandy soils can fail foundations in the vicinity of *** investigate the effect of a non-free field subsurface seismic history on the ability of saturated sandy soils to resist liquefaction,four shaking events with different accelerations were input to the sandy soils in the *** results of the study revealed that:(1)Shallow soils that are not free-field undergo acceleration amplification effects after being subjected to seismic loading.(2)Building overburden pressure reduces the sensitivity of the shallow soils directly below in small and moderate earthquakes,which are more prone to rearranging and forming unstable structures under strong seismic *** excess pore pressure response on the load side resembles that of a free site,with the depth range of the liquefaction strength of soils affected by the seismic history,increasing progressively as input seismic intensity increases.(3)After experiencing earthquakes of different intensities,the excess pore pressure directly below the building overburden pressure at 0.1 m and 0.2 m is greater than that at the *** the same time,the side of the building structure is more prone to liquefaction than the soil directly below it.

Ethanol(EtOH) is a common trigger for gastric mucosal diseases, and mitigating oxidative stress is essential for attenuating gastric mucosal damage. Capsaicin(CAP) has been identified as a potential agent to counteract oxidative damage in the gastric mucosa; however, its precise mechanism remains unclear. This study demonstrates that CAP alleviates EtOH-induced gastric mucosal injuries through two primary pathways: by suppressing the chemokine receptor 4(CCR4)/Src/p47phox axis, thereby reducing oxidative stress, and by inhibiting the phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of nuclear factor-κB p65(NF-κB) p65, resulting in diminished inflammatory responses. These findings elucidate the mechanistic pathways of CAP and provide a theoretical foundation for its potential therapeutic application in the treatment of gastric mucosal injuries.

通过原位聚合策略,在核糖核酸酶A(RNaseA)表面构建聚合物外壳,制备了纳米胶囊n(RNaseA).表征结果表明,n(RNase A)呈现均一的球形结构,流体力学直径和zeta电位分别为(118.9±14.1)nm和(7.3±1.5)mV.通过荧光显微镜和流式细胞术对纳米胶囊n(RNaseA)的肿瘤摄取能力进行表征,发现该体系能够被非小细胞肺癌细胞系A549高效摄取.以此为基础,纳米胶囊n(RNaseA)能够切割细胞质中的RNA分子,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,显著抑制肿瘤细胞增殖.本研究利用表面原位聚合技术构建了能够实现RNaseA胞内递送的纳米制剂,为其它医用酶分子纳米胶囊的构建与评价提供了借鉴思路.

Light-driven theranostics, so-called phototheranostics, represents one of the most momentous advances for cancer treatment, of particular interest is fluorescence imaging（FLI）-navigated photodynamic therapy（PDT）. Development of prominent phototheranostic agent synchronously sharing high reactive oxygen species（ROS） production and conspicuous absorption/emission performance in terms of wavelength and intensity, still remains an appealing yet significantly challenging task. Herein, a molecular fluorination strategy was tactfully exploited to subtly regulate aggregation-induced emission（AIE）-featured photosensitizers, and the optimized agent FPIBT was obtained. The integration of beneficial fluorine results in extended emission wavelength tailing in the second near-infrared region and enhanced molar extinction coefficient, and promotes the intersystem crossing process by reducing energy gap between the S1and T_nand increasing spin-orbit coupling constant, thus significantly improves ROS production capacity. By employing FPIBT nanoparticles, the unprecedented performance on NIR-II FLI-guided PDT towards nasopharyngeal carcinoma in mouse model is witnessed by the precise tumor diagnosis and efficient tumor elimination outcomes.

In unconventional high-temperature (high-Tc) superconductors, the pair density wave state, an exotic superconducting order showing spatially periodic order parameter modulations with the period of several unit cells and translational symmetry breaking, has attracted broad attention. However, the superconducting pair density modulation (PDM) within a single unit cell has never been carefully investigated before. Here, using scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy, we report the observation of PDM in monolayer high-Tc iron chalcogenide films epitaxially grown on SrTiO3(001). The superconductivity modulations are characterized by the superconducting gap size and the coherence peak sharpness. Further analysis shows that the local maxima and minima in the superconducting gap modulation are centered at the crystallographic locations of the chalcogen atoms, revealing the breaking of the glide-mirror symmetry of the chalcogen atoms in monolayer high-Tc iron chalcogenide films grown on SrTiO3(001). Our findings provide precise microscopic information on superconductivity within the lattice unit cell and may promote the understanding of unconventional high-Tc superconductivity.

Pseudoalteromonas is a group of marine bacteria widespread in diverse marine sediments,producing a wide range of bioactive ***,only a limited number of Pseudoalteromonas phages have been isolated and *** this study,a novel lytic Pseudoalteromonas phage,denoted as vB_PalP_Y7,was isolated from sewage samples collected at the Seafood Market in Qingdao,***_PalP_Y7 remained stable across a wide range of temperatures(-20–50℃)and a wide pH range(3–12).The vB_PalP_Y7 phage harbors a linear double-stranded DNA molecule of 57699 base pairs(bp)with a G+C content of 45.90%.Furthermore,it is predicted to contain 58 open reading frames(ORFs).Phylogenetic analysis and protein network relationship analysis revealed low similarity between vB_PalP_Y7 and viruses in the ICTV and IMG/VR4 database,suggesting that vB_PalP_Y7 may be a potential new genus,*** study contributed valuable insights to comprehend the relationship between Pseudoalteromonas phages and their host organisms.
