Helical anchor is a kind of novel foundation for floating offshore wind turbines,which should be subjected to combined tensile loading caused by wind,wave and ***,the research about the capacity of helical anchor was mainly examined under uniaxial loading and scarcely explored under combined *** this study,three-dimensional finite element limit analysis is adopted to assess the bearing capacities of single-plate rigid helical anchors with different ratios of helix to shaft diameter,D_(H)/D_(S) and embedment ratios L/D_(S).Result shows that the vertical,horizontal and moment bearing capacities increase with increasing D_(H)/D_(S) and L/D_(S).The normalized V-H failure envelopes expands with increasing L/D_(S),while the normalized V-M failure envelopes tend to contract with the increase of D_(H)/D_(S).With increasing D_(H)/D_(S) or decreasing L/D_(S),the normalized H-M failure envelopes expand when the horizontal and moment loading act in the same direction and contract when they act in the opposite *** effect of D_(H)/D_(S) and L/D_(S) on the shape of H-M failure envelope become insignificant when L/D_(S)≥4.A series of failure mechanisms under different loading conditions were observed and can be used to explain the ***,a series of approximate expressions were proposed to fit the uniaxial bearing capacities and the failure envelopes.

C-myc modulates the replication of RGNNV via glutamine-mediated ATP production in grouper fin cells

C-myc is a proto-oncogene that plays an important role in a variety of *** were a lot of research on the correlation between C-myc and human ***,the study about C-myc related to aquatic species virus is very *** the present study,the qRT-PCR,cellular immunofluorescence and western blotting determination data reported that C-myc and glutaminase(GLS)genes were significantly upregulated when grouper fin cells(GF-1)were infected with red grouper nervous necrosis virus(RGNNV).After knocking down the C-myc gene,the mRNA and protein levels of GLS,capsid protein(CP)and RNA polymerase(RdRp)of RGNNV were significantly reduced in RGNNV-infected GF-1 cells and the overexpression of the C-myc gene remarkably promoted these genes,which indicated that the replication of the virus and GLS gene were positively regulated by C-myc in RGNNV-infected GF-1 *** addition,supplementation of exogenous ATP can partially restore viral replication when RGNNV-infected GF-1 cells were cultured in glutamine-free medium,which confirmed that the glutamine was decomposed into ATP to provide energy for viral *** studies confirmed that overexpression of C-myc can increase the content of ATP in normal *** sum up,these data suggested that activation of C-myc gene affected viral replication by regulating GLS expression to drive glutamine dissolution.

The early Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the Xing'an-Mongolian Orogenic Belt is dominated by two oceanic basins on the northwestern and southeastern sides of the Xing'an Block,i.e.,the Xinlin-Xiguitu Ocean and the Nenjiang ***,the early development of the Nenjiang Ocean remains ***,we present zircon U-Pb geochronology and whole-rock elemental and Sr-Nd isotopic data on the gabbros in the Xinglong area together with andesitic tuffs and basalts in the Duobaoshan ***-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating of gabbros and andesitic tuffs yielded crystallization ages of 443-436 Ma and 452-451 Ma,*** Early Silurian Xinglong gabbros show calc-alkaline and E-MORB affinities but they are enriched in LILEs,and depleted in HFSEs,with relatively low U/Th ratios of 0.18-0.36 andεNd(t)values of-1.6 to+*** geochemical features suggest that the gabbros might originate from a mantle wedge modified by pelagic sediment-derived melts,consistent with a back-arc basin *** contrast,the andesitic tuffs are characterized by high MgO(>5 wt.%),Cr(138-200 ppm),and Ni(65-110 ppm)contents,and can be termed as high-Mg *** low Sr/Y ratios of 15.98-17.15 and U/Th values of 0.24-0.25 and moderate(La/Sm)_n values of 3.07-3.26 are similar to those from the Setouchi Volcanic Belt(SW Japan),and are thought to be derived from partial melting of subducted sediments,and subsequent melt-mantle *** Duobaoshan basalts have high Nb(8.44-10.30 ppm)and TiO2 contents(1.17-1.60 wt.%),typical of Nb-enriched *** are slightly younger than regional adakitic rocks and have positiveεNd(t)values of+5.2 to+5.7 and are interpreted to be generated by partial melting of a depleted mantle source metasomatized by earlier adakitic *** with coeval arc-related igneous rocks from the southeastern Xing'an Block,we propose that the Duobaoshan high-Mg andesitic tuffs and Nbenriched basalts are parts of the Late Ordovician and Silurian Sonid Zuoqi-Duoba

Evolvement of microwave spike bursts in a solar flare on 2006 December 13

Solar radio spikes are one of the most intriguing spectral types of radio *** very short lifetimes,small source size and super-high brightness temperature indicate that they should be involved in some strong energy release,particle acceleration and coherent emission processes closely related to solar *** particular,for the microwave spike bursts,their source regions are much close to the related flaring source region which may provide the fundamental information of the flaring *** this work,we identify more than 600 millisecond microwave spikes which recorded by the Solar Broadband Radio Spectrometer in Huairou(SBRS/Huairou)during an X3.4 solar flare on 2006 December 13 and present a statistical analysis about their parametric evolution *** find that the spikes have nearly the same probability of positive and negative frequency drifting rates not only in the flare rising phase,but also in the peak and decay *** we suppose that the microwave spike bursts should be generated by shockaccelerated energetic electrons,just like the terminational shock(TS)wave produced by the reconnection outflows near the loop *** spike bursts occurred around the peak phase have the highest central frequency and obviously weak emission intensity,which imply that their source region should have the lowest position with higher plasma density due to the weakened magnetic reconnection and the relaxation of TS during the peak *** right-handed polarization of the most spike bursts may be due to the TS lying on the top region of some very asymmetrical flare loops.

BACKGROUND Since December 2019,there have been many new cases of coronavirus pneumonia in Wuhan,Hubei Province,which has gradually spread throughout the *** To explore our hospital’s innovative management system to ensure the efficient operation of fever clinics during the epidemic,since controlling the spread of disease is an important way to prevent and control the *** In total,200 outpatients with fever at our hospital between November 2019 and July 2020 were selected and allocated into two *** The fever clinic in our hospital operated smoothly,and infection with the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has not been reported in our ***,we did not have any cases of missed *** awareness regarding COVID-19 infection sources,transmission routes,early symptoms,and preventive measures was significantly higher in our fever clinic than in those of the pre-management ***"An integrated system,three separate responsibilities"ensured the efficient functioning of our fever outpatient clinic and early screening of COVID-19 cases,which effectively curbed the transmission of COVID-19 and hence prevented COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic in our hospital,ultimately achieving the maximum effect of epidemic prevention and control.

Resilience of oilseed rape plants to drought stress after exogenous application of AM1,an ABA-mimicking ligand

AM1(ABA-mimicking ligand)is a newly identified signaling molecule for plants during drought *** investigate the potential role of AM1 in response of rapeseed to drought stress,we conducted experiments by growing rapeseed plants under different levels of drought stress with or without applying AM1 or ABA in a rain *** results indicated that drought significantly inhibited rapeseed growth by damaging the photosyn-thesis system,increasing active oxygen accumulation,destroying the oxidative system,and worsening membrane lipid *** applied AM1 and ABA both relieved the damage to rapeseed that was induced by drought *** with the drought-treated rapeseed,the AM1 treatment significantly improved plant height,number of greelp leaves,root collar thickness,leaf area,dry matter weight,and root cap ratios of *** addition,Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr were significantly increased by the AM1 *** AM1 treatment also alleviated the drought induced reductions in Fv/Fm,ΦPSII,qN and ETR;induced an increase in NPQ;and resulted in decreased active oxygen accumulation and membrane lipid *** the ABA treatment relieved photosynthetic fluorescence and antioxidation system parameters to some extent,the effect was inferior to AM1 *** under AM1 treatment was higher than that under ABA treatment but was still far lower than that of normal water supply *** summary,AM1 is functionally similar to ABA in terms of drought relief and regulation,moreover has a better effect.

Genome-wide identification of the MATE gene family and functional characterization of PbrMATE9 related to anthocyanin in pear

Plant multidrug and toxic compound extrusion(MATE) genes play an important role in the process of detoxification, plant morphogenesis, and anthocyanin accumulation. However, whether the MATE gene family functions in pear peel coloration is still unknown. To evaluate and identify the MATE gene family members which are involving in anthocyanin accumulation and coloration in pear. In this study, 85 MATE genes were identified in the reference pear genome of ‘Dangshansuli’ through genome-wide identification. Based on gene structure and phylogenetic tree analysis, the MATE family was divided into five subfamilies. RNA sequencing and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRTPCR) indicated that the expression patterns of PbrMATEs were tissue-specific. 28.24%(24) of PbrMATE genes were expressed in the fruits, and44.71%(38) of PbrMATE genes were expressed in the leaves. Additionally, we found that the expression levels of PbrMATE9, PbrMATE26,PbrMATE50, and PbrMATE69 in debagged fruits with red peel were significantly higher than those in bagged fruits without red peel, according to our bagging/debagging treatment of ‘Mantianhong’. The expression pattern of PbrMATE9 was consistent with the variation trend in anthocyanin content, suggesting that it might play an important role in anthocyanin accumulation in response to light exposure. Subcellular localization showed that PbrMATE9 was a membrane protein. More strikingly, the transient overexpression of PbrMATE9 promoted anthocyanin accumulation in the peel of pear, and the expression of structural genes(PbrCHI, PbrANS, PbrDFR, and PbrUFGT) in the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway also increased significantly. Through co-expression network analysis, the transcription factors were identified, such as WRKY, COL,GATA, and BBX, which might be involved in the regulation of PbrMATE9. The study has enriched the genetic resources and improved the understanding of the regulation network of anthocyanin accumulation in pear.
