The water-living reptile genus Hyphalosaurus was previously discovered in the Lower Cretaceous Yixian Formation bearing the middle Jehol Biota in western Liaoning,*** complete skeletons of Hyphalosaurus are reported for the first time from the Jiufotang Formation bearing the late Jehol Biota at two sites in western *** show the typical characteristics of Hyphalosaurus baitaigouensis in terms of the contact between some cranial bones and the number of cervical and dorsal vertebrae,and therefore are assigned to *** discovery extends the stratigraphic range of this species from the Yixian Formation to the overlying Jiufotang *** paper further briefly compares the main characteristics of the two skeletons,summarizes the temporal and spatial distribution of Hyphalosaurus,and discusses the palaeogeographic evolution of western Liaoning at the middle and late Jehol Biota stages based on the aquatic habits of Hyphalosaurus and the geological background of western *** analytical results show that the volcanic downwarped lakes,with distinct geographical divisions in western Liaoning during the deposition of the Yixian Formation,had not completely disappeared till the deposition of the Jiufotang *** palaeo-lake in the Fuxin-Yixian Basin underwent the process of generation,expansion and shrinkage during the depositional period of the Yixian Formation and finally merged into a large *** palaeo-Dalinghe River,which connected the main basins in western Liaoning during the depositional period of the Jiufotang Formation,was formed simultaneously.

In this study, a porous inserted regenerative thermal oxidizer （PRTO） system was developed for a 125 kW industrial copper-melting furnace, due to its advantages of low NOr emissions and high radiant efficiency. Zirconium dioxide （ZrOz） ce- ramic foams were placed into the combustion zone of a regenerative thermal oxidizer （RTO）. Different performance characteris- tics of the RTO and PRTO systems, including pressure drop, temperature distribution, emissions, and energy efficiency, were evaluated to study the effects of the porous inserts on non-premixed CH4 combustion. It was found that the PRTO system achieved a significant reduction in the NOx emission level and a fuel saving of approximately 30% compared to the RTO system. It is most suitable for a lean combustion process at an equivalence ratio 〈0.4 with NOx and CO emission levels within 0.002%~）.003% and 0.001%q3.002%, respectively.

With the increasing demand for energy conservation and emission reduction,more attentions have been paid to the intelligentization,greenization and low carbonization during the transformation and upgrading of steelmaking *** furnace(LF)refining is one of the key procedures in steelmaking process and has been widely used in steelmaking plants for its high equipment matching degree,low equipment investment and outstanding refining *** to the main tasks of LF refining process,the modeling methods of temperature prediction model,slag-making model,alloying model,argon blowing model and model of inclusions behavior were systematically reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each modeling method were *** addition,the technical framework for the future has also been proposed based on existing works,including classification of raw materials,graphic representation of knowledge,introduction,upgradation and management of device/equipment,customization of steelmaking,modeling of refining process,synergy of models,intelligentization of decision-making,automation of control,and digitization of processes and operations,aiming to provide a reference for the modeling and intelligent development of LF refining process.

Chelation of 188Re to compounds such as MAG3 will further reduce the radiation dose to the patient in case of balloon rupture through the rapid excretion from the body. In order to prepare highly concentrated, carrier free 188Re-MAG3, Sbenzoyl mercaptoacetyltriglycine (S-Bz-MAG3) was synthesized, labeled with carrier free 188Re. The overall yield of S-Bz-MAG3 is higher than those published in theliterature. Dependence of the labeling yield of 1ssRe-MAG3 upon concentrations of reducing agent, pH, reaction time, etc. was examined and optimum conditions were confirmed. The concentration procedure was succeeded with Sep-Pak C18 cartridge to obtain highly concentrated 1s8Re-MAG3. In the case of optimun conditions, the labeling yield of 188Re-MAG3 was more than 98%. Radiochemical purity of 188ReMAG3 was more than 92% after 24 hour storage at room temperature.

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is an enduring condition that leads to inflammation and affects a substantial number of individuals with diabetes worldwide. A gradual reduction in glomerular filtration and emergence of proteins in the urine are typical aspects of DN, ultimately resulting in renal failure. Mounting evidence suggests that immunological and inflammatory factors are crucial for the development of DN. Therefore, the activation of innate immunity by resident renal and immune cells is critical for initiating and perpetuating inflammation. Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are an important group of receptors that identify patterns and activate immune responses and inflammation. Meanwhile, inflammatory responses in the liver, pancreatic islets, and kidneys involve inflammasomes and chemokines that generate pro-inflammatory cytokines. Moreover, the activation of the complement cascade can be triggered by glycated proteins. This review highlights recent findings elucidating how the innate immune system contributes to tissue fibrosis and organ dysfunction, ultimately leading to renal failure. This review also discusses innovative approaches that can be utilized to modulate the innate immune responses in DN for therapeutic purposes.

There is great potential for agriculture in saline-alkali soil area in Songnen Plain, Northeast China. But the sustainable crop production in this area has been restricted by a few of main factors, such as less precipitation, h igher evaporation and frequent drought, high salinity and alkalinity, high excha ngeable sodium content and poor infiltration of the soil, and insufficiency and low availability in nutrition. It is also considered that there are a few of fav orable conditions for agricultural development in this region, such as sufficien t light and heat resources, rich ground water resources, plenty of manure produc ed by livestock, and so on. At the same time, scientific management and measurem ents have been employed; rational irrigation and drainage system has been establ ished; reclamation, amendment and fertilization of soil, and suitable strategies of cropping practices have been made for the sustainable development of agricul ture. Great progress has been made during 1996-2000.

A widely targeted metabolite modificomics strategy for modified metabolites identification in tomato

The structural and functional diversity of plant metabolites is largely created via chemical modification of a basic ***,metabolite modifications in plants have still not been thoroughly investigated by metabolomics *** this study,a widely targeted metabolite modificomics(WTMM)strategy was developed based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-linear ion trap(UHPLC-Q-Trap)and UHPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap(UHPLC-QE-Orbitrap),which greatly improved the detection sensitivity and the efficiency of identification of modified metabolites.A metabolite modificomics study was carried out using tomato as a model,and over 34,000 signals with MS2 information were obtained from approximately 232 neutral loss *** metabolite profiling was also performed by utilizing high-resolution mass spectrometry data to annotate a total of 2,118 metabolites with 125 modification types;of these,165 modified metabolites were identified in this ***,the WTMM database was used to assess diseased tomato tissues and 29 biomarkers were *** summary,the WTMM strategy is not only capable of large-scale detection and quantitative analysis of plant-modified metabolites in plants,but also can be used for plant biomarker development.

The balance between metal and acid sites directly affects the preparation of high-performance cracking catalysts with high heat sink and low ***,how to control acid-metal sites balance and its relationship with cracking performance are reported *** this work,a series of Pt/Al2O3-SiO2dual sites catalysts with different metal to acid active sites ratio(CM/CSA) were constructed by ethanolassisted impregnation method and the impact on n-decane cracking under supercritical conditions was systematically and deeply *** results showed that the conversion and carbon deposition increased gradually with varied CM/CSAand reached the balance at CM/CSAof *** proper ratio CM/CSA（0.13） can balance the deep dehydrogenation coking over metal active sites and high heat sink of cracking over acid active sites,the chemical heat sink reaches amazing 1.75 MJ/kg and carbon deposition is only22.03 mg/cm2at 750℃.Meanwhile,the few metal sites at low CM/CSAand the few strong acid sites at high CM/CSAare the main factors limiting the cracking *** CM/CSAlimit the activation of C-H bond and deep dehydrogenation of coking precursor,resulting in relative low cracking activity and carbon deposition,while high CM/CSAlimit the activation of C-C bond and increase the deep *** this contribution,design and construction of metal-acid dual sites can not only provide the technical solution for the preparation of high heat sink and low coking cracking catalyst,but also deepen the understanding of the cracking path of hydrocarbon fuel.
