Influence of Al,Cu and Mn additions on diffusion behaviors in CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloys

The interdiffusion coefficients in Al_(0.2)CoCrFeNi,CoCrCu_(0.2)FeNi,and CoCrFeMn_(0.2)Ni high-entropy alloys were efficiently determined by combining diffusion couple experiments and high-throughput determination of interdiffusion coefficients(HitDIC)software at 1273−1373 *** results show that the addition of Al,Cu,and Mn to CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloys promotes the diffusion of Co,Cr,and Fe *** comparison of tracer diffusion coefficients indicates that there is no sluggish diffusion in tracer diffusion on the thermodynamic temperature scale for the present Al_(0.2)CoCrFeNi,CoCrCu_(0.2)FeNi,and CoCrFeMn_(0.2)Ni high-entropy *** linear relationship between diffusion entropy and activation energy reveals that the diffusion process of atoms is unaffected by an increase in the number of components as long as the crystal structure remains unchanged.

Thermal-flow-electric coupling performance analysis of a liquid-immersed battery thermal management system

Ensuring the safety and performance of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)is a significant challenge for electric *** tackle this issue,an innovative liquid-immersed battery thermal management system(LIBTMS)using bionic baffles with fish-like perforations is *** thermal-flow-electric coupling characteristics of LIBTMSs with different baffle structures(no baffle,conventional baffle,baffle with circular perforations and baffle with fish-like perforations)are systematically investigated using experimental and numerical *** results indicate that the forced flow scheme exhibits better thermal management performance and voltage equalization than static ***,the LIB temperatures and voltage deviations of different LIBTMSs increase quickly with increasing discharge *** importantly,the innovative LIBTMS exhibits the best thermoelectric performance due to its excellent thermoelectric equilibrium behavior caused by high electrical and temperature consistency,as well as the best overall performance involving the balance between the pressure loss and heat transfer capacity of the *** with other structures,the innovative LIBTMS using baffles with fish-like perforations exhibits a maximum reduction of 10.1%,15.2%,25.8%and 9.0%in LIB maximum temperature,maximum temperature difference,system pressure drop and voltage deviation,respectively,under the same operating ***,for the LIBTMS using baffles with fish-like perforations,the bottom inlet and top outlet configuration and coolant precooling are suggested to enhance cooling performance.

Diagnostic Values of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor for Benign and Malignant Hydrothorax

Background： Hydrothorax, as one of the common complications of malignant tumors, still cannot be sensitively detected in clinical practice, thus requiring a sensitive, specific method for diagnosis. The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation between levels of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） in patients with benign and malignant hydrothorax. Methods： The contents of VEGF in the pleural effusion and serum of the patients with malignant pleural effusion （n = 35） and benign pleural effusion （n = 30） were detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The gene copy number level of EGFR in pleural effusion was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization （FISH）. The points with the highest sensitivity and specificity were selected as the critical values to calculate the diagnostic value of the VEGF in pleural effusion and serum, and EGFR gene copy number in pleural effusion. Results： The contents of VEGF in pleural effusion and serum of patients with malignant hydrothorax were （384.91 ± 120.18）, and （129.62 ±46.35） ng/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the patients with benign hydrothorax （207.97 ± 64.04）, （63.49 ± 24.58） ng/L （P 〈 0.01 ）. The sensitivity and specificity of detecting VEGF in pleural effusion were 80.0% and 96.7% （the boundary value was 297.06 ng/L）, respectively for diagnosing benign and malignant hydrothorax. The sensitivity and specificity of serum were 74.3% and 96.7%, respectively （the boundary value was 99.21 ng/L） for diagnosing benign and malignant hydrothorax. The diagnostic efficiencies of EGFR and VEGF in hydrothorax were similar. There was a significant correlation between EGFR and VEGF in hydrothorax （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： VEGF and EGFR play important roles in the formation of pleural effusion. P-tuned FeN2 binuclear sites for boosted CO2 electro-reduction

The recycling of CO2through electrochemical processes offers a promising solution for alleviating the greenhouse effect;however,the activation of CO2and desorption of*CO in electrocatalytic CO2reduction（ECR） frequently encounter high energy barriers and competitive hydrogen evolution reactions（HERs）,which are urgent problems that need to be *** this study,a catalyst(P100-Fe-N/C) with homogeneous P-tuned FeN2binuclear sites（N2PFe-FePN2） was successfully synthesised,demonstrating satisfactory performance in the ECR to CO.P100-Fe-N/C attains a peak FECOof 98.01% and a normalized TOF of664.7 h-1at-0.7 VRHE,surpassing the performance of the Fe binuclear catalyst without P and singleatoms *** the MEA cell,a FECOexceeding 90% can still be *** functional theory analysis indicates that the asymmetric coordination configuration induced by the incorporation of P facilitates a reduction in the system's *** modulation of P results in the d-band centre of the catalyst being positioned closer to the Fermi level,which facilitates the interaction of the catalyst with CO2,allowing more electrons to be injected into the CO2molecule at the Fe binuclear sites and inhibiting the *** P-tuned FeN2binuclear sites effectively lower the*CO desorption barrier.

Mass organic matter accumulation induced by rapid redox variations in lakes:Evidence from the Miaoxi area,Bohai Bay Basin,China

The Member 4 of the Paleogene Shahejie Formation(Es4) in the Bohai Bay Basin is interspersed with a set of high-quality source rocks typified as intercalation of red and black mudstones. A large amount of petroleum(crude oil) originates from these source rocks. The Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum(PETM)event occurred during the deposition of Es4 in the Bohai Bay Basin, and the organic matter enrichment model under this event is worth further investigation due to its relationship with and influence on petroleum accumulations. Well LK25-A, as the first oil exploration well drilled into the Es4 in Miaoxi area, serves as a valuable case to study organic matter accumulation. In this study, we integrate total organic carbon(TOC),Rock-Eval pyrolysis, microscopic observation, vitrinite reflectance(VRo), elemental analysis, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) to evaluate the hydrocarbon generation potential, organic matter types, thermal maturity, and sedimentary environment of the Es4 in Miaoxi area. The analysis of maceral and rock pyrolysis data reveals that Type I and Type II organic matter make up the majority of Paleogene mudstones in this region. The TOC and rock pyrolysis data show that mudstones in this area have high organic matter abundance and oil-generation potential. The measured vitrinite reflectance distribution of mudstone samples, which ranges from 0.3% to 0.74%, demonstrates that the Paleogene strata are at the immature to mature stage, and the samples from this area contain a sizable amount of bituminite and mineralbituminous groundmass. The analysis of biomarkers in the mudstone samples indicates that most of the mudstones in this area are in lacustrine and brackish-hypersaline lacustrine environment under a reducing condition, and some of the red mudstones in the Es4 are formed under a suboxic condition. Significance of monitoring imatinib plasma concentration in secondline treatment decisions for c-kit 11 gene-mutated gastrointestinal stromal tumors

BACKGROUND For patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)carrying the ckit exon 11 mutation,imatinib(IM)at a standard dosage of 400 mg per day is the preferred first-line *** cases where treatment with IM fails,there is an urgent need for a more precise assessment method to determine whether to switch therapies or escalate the IM *** approach will enhance clinical decision-making and optimize patient *** To investigate IM plasma concentration’s role in second-line treatment decisions for c-kit 11-mutated advanced GISTs post-IM *** Patients with advanced GIST harboring c-kit 11 mutation who experienced failure with IM 400 mg per day as first-line treatment at our hospital were retrospectively *** were categorized into a low plasma(LP)concentration group(LP group,0.05).For the HP group(n=47),Group B(n=18)had a higher DCR and longer PFS than Group A(n=29)(P=0.008 and P=0.03,respectively).No difference in OS was observed between the two subgroups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Increasing IM dosage for c-kit 11-mutated advanced GISTs post-IM failure may prolong OS if plasma concentration is<1100 ng/*** tyrosine kinase inhibitors may improve DCR and PFS if≥1100 ng/mL.

A Damage Control Model for Reinforced Concrete Pier Columns Based on Pre-Damage Tests under Cyclic Reverse Loading
