The anomalous photovoltaic(APV)effect is promising for high-performance ferroelectric materials and devices in photoelectric ***,it is a challenge how to tune the APV effect by utilizing the characteristic structure of ***,a domain engineering strategy is proposed to enhance the APV effect in lead-free 0.88(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)Tio_(3))-0.12(Ba_(1–1.5x)S_(mx)Tio_(3))(NBT-BST)ferroelectric *** tuning the domain size based on Sm^(3+)doping,a maximum open-circuit voltage(Voc.of 18.1 V is obtained when Sm^(3+)content is 0.75%,which is much larger than its bandgap(Eg).The mechanism of this large Voc.originates from the multiple positive effects induced by the small-size domain,where decreasing domain size enhances ferroelectric polarization and net interface barrier potential,leading to a large driving electric ***,the APV effect exhibits a giant temperature sensitivity due to the dramatic evolution of small-size domain in the temperature *** work sheds light on the exploration of ferroelectrics with APV effect and inspires their future high-performance optoelectronic device applications.

Dural sinus septum:an underlying cause of cerebral venous sinus stenting failure and complications

objectives The presence of dural sinus septum has long been identified anatomically but is often neglected for its clinical *** findings revealed the association of dural sinus septum with venous sinus stenting failure and complications supported by clinical *** This retrospective study included 185 consecutive patients treated with cerebral venous sinus stenting from January 2009 to May *** identified the dural sinus septa using digital subtraction angiography(DSA)and classified them into three types based on their *** septa at the transverse sinus were defined as typeⅠ,those at the junction between the transverse sinus and sigmoid sinus were defined as typeⅡand those at the sigmoid sinus were defined as typeⅢ.Based on the anatomic features and neuroimaging clues,we investigated the correlation of dural sinus septa with stenting failure and *** 32(17.1%)out of 185 patients(121 with idiopathic intracranial hypertension and 64 with venous pulsatile tinnitus)were identified with dural sinus septa by *** than half of the septa were typeⅠ(18/32,56.2%),followed by typeⅡ(11/32,34.4%)and typeⅢ(3/32,9.4%).The dural sinus septa caused three stenting failures and complications,including one case of venous sinus injury with subdural haemorrhage and two cases of incomplete stent *** analysis revealed that the presence of dural sinus septum(pociated with complications of cerebral venous sinus *** The dural sinus septum is a common structure in the cerebral venous *** found that the presence of dural sinus septa introduces uncertainties to cerebral venous sinus stenting and suggested precautions and ingenious skills in imaging and treatment.

Underestimated benefits of No_(x) control in reducing SNA and o_(3) based on missing heterogeneous HoNo sources

Substantial No_(x) emission mitigation is crucial for the synergistic reduction of particulate matter and ozone(o_(3))pollution in *** traditional air quality model does not consider heterogeneous HoNo chemistry,leading to uncertainties in estimating the benefits of No_(x) *** studies have shown that the parameterization of heterogeneous HoNo formation increases both the simulated value of sulfate–nitrate–ammonium(SNA)and that of o_(3),thus adding the heterogeneous reactions of HoNo into air quality models inevitably leads to changes in the estimated benefits of No_(x) *** we investigated the changes in SNA and o_(3)concentrations from No_(x) emission reduction before and after adding heterogeneous HoNo reactions in the community Multi-Scale Air Quality(cMAQ)*** heterogeneous HoNo reactions in the simulation improved the benefits of No_(x) reduction in terms of SNA control in *** 80%No_(x) reduction,the reduction in SNA increased from 36.9%without considering heterogeneous HoNo reactions to 42.8%with heterogeneous HoNo *** reduction in the maximum daily 8h average(MDA8)o_(3)in summer caused by No_(x) reduction increased slightly from 4.7%to 5.2%after adding heterogeneous HoNo *** results in this study highlight the enhanced effectiveness of No_(x) controls for the reduction of SNA and o_(3)after considering heterogeneous HoNo formation in a complex chemical ambient,demonstrating the importance of No_(x) controls in reducing PM2.5 and o_(3)pollution in china.
