Reducing Operation Emissions and Improving Work Efficiency Using a Pure Electric Wheel Drive Tractor

In response to the problems of excessive greenhouse-gas and particulate emissions and the low traction efficiency of conventional diesel tractors in the field,a purely electric wheel-side drive tractor was studied,including an electric motor drive system,a battery ballast system,and an electro–hydraulic suspension *** paper develops a dynamics model of an electric tractor-ploughing unit under complex soil conditions,leading to the proposal of an active control method for drive wheel torque and a joint control method for the traction force of the suspension system and the front-and rear-axle loads of a ***,the tractor is prototyped and assembled,and ploughing tests are carried *** ploughing results show that the active torque-distribution control method proposed in this study reduces the tractor slip by 14.83%and increases the traction efficiency by 10.28%compared with the average torquedistribution *** with the conventional traction control mode,the joint control method for traction and ballast proposed in this paper results in a 3.7%increase in traction efficiency,a 15.05%decrease in slip,and a 4.9%reduction in total drive motor energy *** study will help to improve the operation quality and traction efficiency of electric tractors in complex soil conditions.

Neuropeptides are crucial in regulation of a rich variety of developmental,physiological,and behavioral functions throughout the life cycle of *** an integrated approach of multiomics,we identified neuropeptide precursors in the greater wax moth Galleria mellonella,which is a harmful pest of honeybee hives with a worldwide ***,a total of 63 and 67 neuropeptide precursors were predicted and annotated in the *** genome and transcriptome,in which 40 neuropeptide precursors were confirmed in the *** ***,we identified 12 neuropeptide precursor genes present in *** but absent in honeybees,which may be potential novel pesticide target *** hives were contaminated with heavy metals such as lead,enabling its bioaccumulation in *** bodies through the food chain,we performed transcriptome sequencing to analyze the effects of Pb stress on the mRNA expression level of *** neuropeptide *** treatment by Pb,the expression of neuropeptide F1 was found to be significantly downregulated,implying that this neuropeptide might be associated with responding to the heavy metal stress in *** study comprehensively identified neuropeptide precursors in ***,and discussed the effects of heavy metals on insect neuropeptides,with the example of *** results are valuable for future elucidation of how neuropeptides regulate physiological functions in *** and contribute to our understanding of the insect's environmental plasticity and identify potential new biomarkers to assess heavy metal toxicity in insects.

The carbon dioxide(CO_(2))reduction process involves complex protonation,making the resulting product often *** achieve the desired product,it is crucial to manipulate the reaction ***,we build the metal atom pair sites for selective CO_(2)photoreduction into *** a prototype,Ni atom pair sites loaded on the Mo S_(2)nanosheets were synthesized and verified by highresolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-rayabsorption near edge structure spectra(XANES).In-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)monitors the*CHO group,a crucial intermediate in CH_(4)production,during CO_(2)photoreduction on the Ni-Mo S_(2)nanosheets,whereas this monitoring is not observed for the Mo S_(2)***,theoretical calculations disclose that over the Ni-Mo S_(2)nanosheet slab,the formation energy of*CHO intermediates is determined to be lower(0.585 e V)than the desorption energy of*CO intermediates for CO production(0.64 e V),implying the higher selectivity of CH_(4)production.

Two gene clusters and their positive regulator SlMYB13 that have undergone domestication-associated negative selection control phenolamide accumulation and drought tolerance in tomato

Among plant metabolites,phenolamides,which are conjugates of hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives and polyamines,play important roles in plant adaptation to abiotic and biotic ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying phenolamide metabolism and regulation as well as the effects of domestication and breeding on phenolamide diversity in tomato remain largely *** this study,we performed a metabolite-based genome-wide association study and identified two biosynthetic gene clusters(BGC7 and BGC11)containing 12 genes involved in phenolamide metabolism,including four biosynthesis genes(two 4CL genes,one C3H gene,and one CPA gene),seven decoration genes(five AT genes and two UGT genes),and one transport protein gene(DTX29).Using gene co-expression network analysis we further discovered that SlMYB13 positively regulates the expression of two gene clusters,thereby promoting phenolamide *** and physiological analyses showed that BGC7,BGC11 and SlMYB13 enhance drought tolerance by enhancing scavenging of reactive oxygen species and increasing abscisic acid content in *** variation analysis suggested that BGC7,BGC11 and SlMYB13 were negatively selected during tomato domestication and improvement,leading to reduced phenolamide content and drought tolerance of cultivated ***,our study discovers a key mechanism of phenolamide biosynthesis and regulation in tomato and reveals that crop domestication and improvement shapes metabolic diversity to affect plant environmental adaptation.

Effectiveness of Histopathological Examination of Ultrasound-guided Puncture Biopsy Samples for Diagnosis of Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of histopathological examination of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy samples in extrapulmonary tuberculosis(EPTB).Methods This study was conducted at the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center.A total of 115patients underwent ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy,followed by MGIT 960 culture(culture),smear,Gene Xpert MTB/RIF(Xpert),and histopathological *** assays were performed to evaluate their effectiveness in diagnosing EPTB in comparison to two different diagnostic criteria:liquid culture and composite reference standard(CRS).Results When CRS was used as the reference standard,the sensitivity and specificity of culture,smear,Xpert,and histopathological examination were(44.83%,89.29%),(51.72%,89.29%),(70.11%,96.43%),and(85.06%,82.14%),*** on liquid culture tests,the sensitivity and specificity of smear,Xpert,and pathological examination were(66.67%,72.60%),(83.33%,63.01%),and(92.86%,45.21%),*** examination showed the highest sensitivity but lowest ***,we found that the combination of Xpert and histopathological examination showed a sensitivity of 90.80%and a specificity of 89.29%.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture sampling is safe and effective for the diagnosis of *** with culture,smear,and Xpert,histopathological examination showed higher sensitivity but lower *** combination of histopathology with Xpert showed the best performance characteristics.

Microbial community dynamics and flavor formation mechanisms during fermentation of fermented chilies from different regions based on macro-genome sequencing， SPME-GC-MS， electronic nose， and electronic tongue

Fermented chili products are popular traditional fermented foods around the world. However， differences in microbial communities in fermented chilies from different regions and how they affect the flavor compounds in chili fermentation have not been reported. In this study， the dynamics of flavor compounds and microbial communities in fermented chilies from Sichuan， Guizhou， and Hunan were systematically investigated by macro-genome sequencing， solid phase microextraction-gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS)， electronic nose， and electronic tongue techniques. Simultaneously， the microbial metabolic mechanisms and the relationship between flavor compounds and microbiome were unraveled through staged and simulated fermentation analysis. The results showed that 53 chemical odorants， including alcohols， esters， aldehydes， and acids， were identified as chemical markers to differentiate the regional samples. Twelve microbial species， including Staphylococcus xylosus， Unclassified staphylococcus species， Weissella confusus， Lactococcus cremoris， Lactococcus garvieae， Lactiplantibacillus sakei， Pediciococcus propionicigenes， Pediciococcus idahonensis， Pediciococcus aciditolerans， Nocardioides antri， Debaryomyces hansenii， and Colletotrichum scovillei， were identified as microbial markers to differentiate the regional samples. Correlation analysis showed that Lactobacillaceae was associated with fruity， floral， spicy， and fatty aromas. The electronic nose and tongue analysis results showed that 9 flavor and 8 taste indicators significantly differed between regional samples (P < 0.05). Additionally， flavor compounds and microbial diversity were robust under initial selection stress and showed higher diversity under metabolome-microbiome interactions. Importantly， simulated fermentation confirmed that metabolome-microbiome interactions drove the shift in microbial structure， metabolism， and flavor in regionally fermented chilies. Boosting ammonia production in electrocatalytic NO_(x)reduction on a robust Fe/FeMoO_(4)catalyst

Electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−))and nitride(NO_(2)^(−))to ammonia(NH3)is of wide interest as a promising alternative to the energy-intensive Haber-Bosch route for mitigating the vast energy consumption and the accompanied carbon dioxide emission,as well as benefiting for the relevant sewage ***,exploring an efficient and low-cost catalyst with high atomic utilization that can effectively facilitate the slow multi-electron transfer process remains a grand ***,we present an efficient hydrogenation of NO_(3)^(−)/NO_(2)^(−)species to NH3 in both alkaline and neutral environments over the Fe_(2)(MoO_(4))_(3)derived hybrid electrocatalyst with the metallic Fe site on FeMoO_(4)(Fe/FeMoO_(4)).The Mo ingredient can play a synergistically positive role in further promoting the NH_(3) production on *** a result,Fe/FeMoO_(4)behaves well in the electrochemical NH_(3) generation from NO_(2)^(−)with a maximum NH_(3) Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 96.53%and 87.68%in alkaline and neutral electrolyte,corresponding to the NH_(3) yield rate of 640.68 and 302.56 mg·h^(−1)·mg_(cat.)^(−1),respectively,which outperforms the Fe and Mo counterpart and other similar catalyst,showing the robust catalytic capacity of each active site.

爆破地震作用下的老旧砌体结构动力特性分析

城市内老旧砌体结构多但抗震性能较差,在爆破作用下可能产生破坏。为研究爆破作用下老旧砌体的动力特性,在爆破现场附近的老旧砌体结构上布设强震仪,以观测爆破地震波对结构的瞬时作用以及长期爆破作用下的累积损伤效应。通过对爆破加速度和速度记录进行时域和频域分析比较,认为爆破速度记录相比爆破加速度记录可以更好地识别出砌体结构的动力特性,且爆破地震速度对砌体结构横向的共振影响最大。采用对比分析法,分别用爆破地震速度和地脉动加速度记录识别老旧砌体结构的动力特性,发现两种方法都能近似地识别出砌体结构的低阶平动和扭转频率,但采用爆破速度计算的自振频率比地脉动法要小1.8%~3.4%,这主要是因为爆破振动更能反映在较大振动作用下结构的响应,频繁的爆破可能导致老旧砌体结构出现非线性反应。通过监测结构自振频率在长期爆破作用下的变化,发现虽然单个爆破振动能满足《爆破安全规程》的安全要求,但在长期爆破作用下,结构1阶扭转频率、2阶横向和纵向频率随爆破次数的增加分别减少了4%、3.6%和5.2%,因此在爆破安全监测中应考虑长期爆破作用对老旧砌体结构等抗震能力较差建筑的累积损伤效应。
