The directional structure of Ni60/high-aluminum bronze composite coating was formed using induction remelting and forced *** microstructural evolution and the characteristics of interface growth were *** results showed that the remelted coating formed metallurgical bonding with the *** micros tructures changed from plane crystal to dendrite,cellular dendrite,fine cellular dendrite,and then to dendrite again with the increase in the cooling *** crystal grew along the heat flow direction and had(111) and(200)preferred orientations when the cooling rate was 1.886 ml-min^(-1).mm^(-2).The plane crystal,dendrite and cellular dendrite were mainly composed of compounds and solid solutions with Ni,Fe and Cu,and they were surrounded by strengthening phases composed of Cr,C and *** grain boundary of directional structure coatings showed the characteristic of regular eutectic growth,but grain boundary of remelted coating presented characteristic of divorced eutectic *** wear resistance of directional structure coatings is better than that of remelted coating.

188Re labeled monoclonal antibodies are potential candidates for use in radioimmunotherapy. S-Bz-MAG3 as a bifunctional chelating agent was used for labeling of IgG with carrier free 188Re by pre-radiolabeling of the chelating approach. The conjugation conditions were optimized. The stability of 188Re-MAG3-IgG in vitro was high. The results may be useful to the studies of 188Re labeled MAbs for radioimmunotherapy.

Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development trajectories and molecular features. Our exploration of how the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell RNA technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, while vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial sc RNA-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, we comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, with a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.

A series of silver-doped cerium zirconium oxide(Ag-CevZr)samples was synthesized successfully for selective catalytic reduction of nitric oxide(NO)with hydrogen and propene(H2/C3H6-SCR)under excess oxygen *** catalytic activity test proved that Ag-Ce0.4Zr exhibited the best C3H6-SCR ***(H2)significantly enlianced NO conversion and widened the temperature ***-technology characterizations were conducted to ascertain the properties of fabricated catalysts including X-ray diflraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and H2 temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR).In situ FTIR results demonstrated that various types of nitrates and chelating nitrite were generated on Ag-CexZr after introduction of ***,adding H2 could increase the concentration of bidentate nitrate and chelated bidentate nitrate dramatically,especially for Ce0.4Zr *** reaction between pre-adsorbing NO and C3H/C3H6+H2 illuminated that the most active intermediate was chelating nitrite,which was promoted significantly by H2 ***,adding H2 improved the formation of organo-nitro(R-N02),which was the key intennediate in *** reaction mechanism over Ag-CexZr catalysts was proposed at 200℃ as follows:nitric oxide(NO)+pr opene(C 3H6)+hy dr ogen(H2)+oxy gen(O2)→chelating nitrite (N O2-)+acry late-type species(CxHyOz)→organo-nitro(R-NO2)→isocyanate(-NCO)+cyanide(—CN)→nitrogen(N2).

In the pathogenesis of major depressive disorder, chronic stress-related neuroinflammation hinders favorable prognosis and antidepressant response. Mitochondrial DNA may be an inflammatory trigger, after its release from stress-induced dysfunctional central nervous system mitochondria into peripheral circulation. This evidence supports the potential use of peripheral mitochondrial DNA as a neuroinflammatory biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of major depressive disorder. Herein, we critically review the neuroinflammation theory in major depressive disorder, providing compelling evidence that mitochondrial DNA release acts as a critical biological substrate, and that it constitutes the neuroinflammatory disease pathway. After its release, mitochondrial DNA can be carried in the exosomes and transported to extracellular spaces in the central nervous system and peripheral circulation. Detectable exosomes render encaged mitochondrial DNA relatively stable. This mitochondrial DNA in peripheral circulation can thus be directly detected in clinical practice. These characteristics illustrate the potential for mitochondrial DNA to serve as an innovative clinical biomarker and molecular treatment target for major depressive disorder. This review also highlights the future potential value of clinical applications combining mitochondrial DNA with a panel of other biomarkers, to improve diagnostic precision in major depressive disorder.

In order to reduce the impact of greenhouse gases,we have studied a new and efficient photocatalyst to reduce CO_(2).We recombined the hollow CeO_(2) with the In_(2)O_(3) and introduced the oxygen vacancy to obtain the CeO_(2)@In_(2)O_(3) for the hollow structure of the oxygen *** test results show that CeO_(2)@In_(2)O_(3) with oxygen vacancy hollow structure(hereinafter collectively referred to as H-CeO_(2),H-In_(2)O_(3),and H-CeO_(2-x)@In_(2)O_(3-x))have higher photocatalytic reduction activity of CO_(2) than hollow CeO_(2) and hollow In_(2)O_(3).When the illumination time was 4 h,the yields of carbon dioxide reduction to CO and methane were 38.7 and 7.8 μmol·g^(-1),***,we explained the photocatalytic reduction mechanism,and carried out the X-ray diffraction(XRD)and in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS) analysis of H-CeO_(2),H-In_(2)O_(3),and H-CeO_(2-x)@In_(2)O_(3-x).This study summarizes some experience for the study of oxygen vacancy hollow structure photocatalyst,and provides some new ideas in the field of photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2).

Vertical raindrop size distributions of two stratiform rain events were measured with a Micro Rain Radar during summer 2009 at a semiarid continental site located in Xilinhot, China （43°38′N, 116°42′E）. The sequential intensity filtering technique （SIFT） was used to minimize the effect of the spurious variability on disdrometric data to obtain the reflectivity-rain rate （Z-R） relationship （Z = αRb）. Compared with the least squares regression （LSR） method, SIFT led to a -5% to 4% change in the coefficient （a） and an 8%-1 5% increase in the exponent （b） of the Z-R relationship at 300 m. Rainfall estimation using the Z-R relationship with SIFT had lower standard deviation than that with LSR. The vertical variability of the mean rain rate, total raindrop numbers, and parameters （a and b） of the Z-R relationship was small below a melting layer, suggesting that using the radar reflectivity of weather radar to estimate stratiform rainfall is relatively accurate, at least in the Xilinhot area.

Annotation and Retrieval System of CAD Models Based on Functional Semantics

CAD model retrieval based on functional semantics is more significant than content-based 3D model retrieval during the mechanical conceptual design phase. However, relevant research is still not fully discussed. Therefore, a functional semantic-based CAD model annotation and retrieval method is proposed to support mechanical conceptual design and design reuse, inspire designer creativity through existing CAD models, shorten design cycle, and reduce costs. Firstly, the CAD model functional semantic ontology is constructed to formally represent the functional semantics of CAD models and describe the mechanical conceptual design space comprehensively and consistently. Secondly, an approach to represent CAD models as attributed adjacency graphs（AAG） is proposed. In this method, the geometry and topology data are extracted from STEP models. On the basis of AAG, the functional semantics of CAD models are annotated semi-automatically by matching CAD models that contain the partial features of which functional semantics have been annotated manually, thereby constructing CAD Model Repository that supports model retrieval based on functional semantics. Thirdly, a CAD model retrieval algorithm that supports multi-function extended retrieval is proposed to explore more potential creative design knowledge in the semantic level. Finally, a prototype system, called Functional Semantic-based CAD Model Annotation and Retrieval System（FSMARS）, is implemented. A case demonstrates that FSMARS can successfully botain multiple potential CAD models that conform to the desired function. The proposed research addresses actual needs and presents a new way to acquire CAD models in the mechanical conceptual design phase.
