Phototherapy has emerged as a promising modality in modern medicine, attracting significant attention due to its non-invasiveness, exceptional spatiotemporal controllability, and reduced side effects. Advanced technologies have been developed in phototherapy, encompassing three main approaches: photodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy, and photoactivatable prodrug-based therapy. In this review, we present photosensitizers, photothermal agents, and photoactivatable prodrugs, along with photo-responsive carriers used in therapy. Subsequently, we discuss the advantages of phototherapy in combating cancer,infections, and other diseases. Additionally, we highlight the benefits of combining phototherapy with other treatments, as single-mode therapeutic modalities often fail to achieve satisfactory efficiency. Finally, we address the current challenges in developing effective phototherapy agents, particularly regarding their clinical applications. We believe that advancements in phototherapy will promote non-invasive theranostic techniques for clinical studies.

In this paper,we provide a phylogenetic overview of Basidiomycota and related phyla in relation to ten years of DNA based phylogenetic studies since the AFTOL publications in *** selected 529 species to address phylogenetic relationships of higher-level taxa using a maximumlikelihood framework and sequence data from six genes traditionally used in fungal molecular systematics(nrLSU,nrSSU,5.8S,tef1-a,rpb1 and rpb2).These species represent 18 classes,62 orders,183 families,and 392 genera from the phyla Basidiomycota(including the newly recognized subphylum Wallemiomycotina)and Entorrhizomycota,and 13 species representing 13 classes of Ascomycota as outgroup *** also conducted a molecular dating analysis based on these six genes for 116 species representing 17 classes and 54 orders of Basidiomycota and *** we performed a phyloproteomics analysis from 109 Basidiomycota species and 6 outgroup taxa using amino-acid sequences retrieved from 396 orthologous *** of higher taxa follows the criteria in Zhao et al(Fungal Divers 78:239–292,2016):(i)taxa must be monophyletic and statistically well-supported in molecular dating analyses,(ii)their respective stem ages should be roughly equivalent,and(iii)stem ages of higher taxa must be older than those of lower level *** time-tree indicates that the mean of stem ages of Basidiomycota and Entorrhizomycota are ca.530 Ma;subphyla of Basidiomycota are 406–490 Ma;most classes are 358–393 Ma for those of Agaricomycotina and 245–356 Ma for those of Pucciniomycotina and Ustilaginomycotina;most orders of those subphyla split 120–290 *** of most higherlevel taxa of Basidiomycota are generally supported,especially those taxa introduced in the recent ten years:phylum Entorrhizomycota,classes Malasseziomycetes,Moniliellomycetes,Spiculogloeomycetes,Tritirachiomycetes and orders Amylocorticiales,Golubeviales,Holtermanniales,Jaapiales,Lepidostromatales,Robbauerales,Stereopsidales and Tricho

By using a downward penetration testing device, a large number of experiments were made to investigate the effects of surfactants (sodium succinate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt) on the penetration ability of the calcium chloride and water glass solutions in four dust samples. The experimental results showed that the surfactants can enhance the penetration ability and decrease the surface tension of the calcium chloride and water glass solutions in great extent. After adding the surfactants in 0.2—0.6 wt.% to the solutions of calcium chloride and water glass in 5—25 wt.% respectively, the largest percent of penetration ability increases to 28% more. Among the three surfactants, the size of their effects on the penetration ability of calcium chloride and water solutions in the dust samples is dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt, sodium dodecyl sulfonate and sodium *** achieved conclusions are great significant for calcium chloride and water glass to be applied in the field of soil stabilization and raising dust control.

Background The prognosis of R1-resection at the bronchial stump in patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） remains *** study intends to identify the prognostic factors and to optimize treatments for these patients under update *** The data of 124 NSCLC patients who underwent R1-resection at the bronchial stump was *** were 41 patients in the surgery group （S）,21 in the postoperative radiotherapy （PORT） group （S＋R）,30 in the postoperative chemotherapy （POCT） group （S＋C）,and 32 in the PORT plus POCT group （S＋R＋C）.The constitute proportion in different groups was tested using the X2 method,univariate analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier and log-rank method,and multivariate analysis was done using the Cox hazard regression with entry factors including age,sex,pathological type and stage,classification of the residual disease,and treatment *** process was performed stepwise backward with a maximum iteration of 20 and an entry possibility of 0.05 as well as an excluded possibility of 0.10 at each *** In univariate analysis,survival was more favorable for patients with squamous cell carcinoma,early pathological T or N stage,and chemotherapy or *** was no significant difference in the survival for patients with different types of the residual disease,except for the difference between patients with carcinoma in situ and lymphangiosis carcinomatosa （P=0.030）.The survival for patients receiving chemoradiotherapy was superior to that for those undergoing surgery alone （P=0.016）.In multivariate analysis,the pathological type （HR 2.51,95% CI 1.59 to 3.96,P=0.000）,pathological T （HR 1.29,95% CI 1.04 to 1.60,P=-0.021） or N stage （HR 2.04,95% CI 1.40 to 2.98,P=0.000）,and chemotherapy （HR 0.24,95% CI 0.13 to 0.43,P=0.000） were independent prognostic *** Patients with squamous cell carcinoma,early pathological T or N stage,or receiving chemotherapy had a more favorable prognosis.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries （AZIBs） are fundamentally challenged by the instability of the electrode/electrolyte interface,predominantly due to irreversible zinc （Zn） deposition and hydrogen ***,the intricate mechanisms behind the electrochemical discrepancies induced by interfacial Zn2+-solvation and deposition behavior demand comprehensive *** molecules endowed with special functional groups （such as hydroxyl,carboxyl,etc.） have the potential to significantly optimize the solvation structure of Zn2+and regulate the interfacial electric double layer （EDL）.By increasing nucleation overpotential and decreasing interfacial free energy,these functional groups facilitate a lower critical nucleation radius,thereby forming an asymptotic nucleation model to promote uniform Zn ***,this study presents a pioneering approach by introducing trace amounts of n-butanol as solvation regulators to engineer the homogenized Zn （H-Zn） anode with a uniform and dense *** interfacial reaction and structure evolution are explored by in/ex-situ experimental techniques,indicating that the H-Zn anode exhibits dendrite-free growth,no by-products,and weak hydrogen evolution,in sharp contrast to the bare ***,the H-Zn anode achieves a remarkable Zn utilization rate of approximately 20% and simultaneously sustains a prolonged cycle life exceeding 500 ***,the H-Zn//NH4V4O10（NVO） full battery showcases exceptional cycle stability,retaining 95.04%capacity retention after 400 cycles at a large current density of 5 A *** study enlightens solvation-regulated additives to develop Zn anode with superior utilization efficiency and extended operational lifespan.

Solution-processed Cu（In,Ga）Se2（CIGS） solar cells suffer from serious carrier recombination and power conversion efficiency（PCE） loss because of the poor film properties and easy formation of ***, we propose Ag&Se co-selenization strategy to enhance the crystallization and passivate harmful defects of the CIGS films. The formation of Ag-Se phase during the selenization process enables the formation of large grains and suppresses the deep level defects. It is found that Ag doping can enlarge the depletion region width, lower the Urbach energy and prolong the carrier lifetime. As a result, a champion solution-processed CIGS solar cell presents a high efficiency of 16.48% with the highly improved opencircuit voltage（VOC） of 662 m V and fill factor（FF） of 75.8%. This work provides an efficient strategy to prepare high quality solution-processed CIGS films for high-performance CIGS solar cells.
