The success of deep transfer learning in fault diagnosis is attributed to the collection of high-quality labeled data from the source ***,in engineering scenarios,achieving such high-quality label annotation is difficult and *** incorrect label annotation produces two negative effects:1)the complex decision boundary of diagnosis models lowers the generalization performance on the target domain,and2)the distribution of target domain samples becomes misaligned with the false-labeled *** overcome these negative effects,this article proposes a solution called the label recovery and trajectory designable network(LRTDN).LRTDN consists of three ***,a residual network with dual classifiers is to learn features from cross-domain ***,an annotation check module is constructed to generate a label anomaly indicator that could modify the abnormal labels of false-labeled samples in the source *** the training of relabeled samples,the complexity of diagnosis model is reduced via semi-supervised ***,the adaptation trajectories are designed for sample distributions across *** ensures that the target domain samples are only adapted with the pure-labeled *** LRTDN is verified by two case studies,in which the diagnosis knowledge of bearings is transferred across different working conditions as well as different yet related *** results show that LRTDN offers a high diagnosis accuracy even in the presence of incorrect annotation.

Effects of ignition voltage and electrode structure on electric ignition and combustion characteristics of Ammonium Dinitramide(ADN)-based liquid propellants in electric ignition mode in inert gas environment

Hydrazine is toxic and carcinogenic, which greatly increases the difficulty of application and no longer meets the needs of green aerospace. As a green propellant, the Ammonium Dinitramide(ADN)-based liquid propellant has the advantages of higher specific impulse, being non-toxic,pollution-free, and easy storage. However, an ADN-based space engine in orbit has exposed the problems of high-temperature deactivation of catalysts and cold-start failure. An active ignition technology—electric ignition technology was explored in this paper to break through the technical bottleneck of catalyst deactivation and the inability to a cold start. An experimental system of a constant-volume combustor for the ADN-based liquid propellant based on the electric ignition method was established. The electric ignition and combustion characteristics of the ADN-based liquid propellant in a volume combustor with an electric ignition method were studied. The influencing mechanisms of the ignition voltage and the electrode structure on the electric ignition characteristics of the ADN-based liquid propellant were investigated. An elevation of the ignition voltage could facilitate the ignition process of the ADN-based liquid propellant, curtail electric energy input and heating effect, while exerting an adverse impact on the combustion process of the *** increase in the ignition voltage enhanced the ignition process of the propellant while simultaneously suppressing its combustion process when utilizing mesh electrodes. Compared to the strip electrodes, the mesh electrodes increased the contact area between the electrodes and the propellant,increased the electric energy input power in the electric ignition process, and reduced the ignition delay time. The mesh electrodes could promote the combustion process of the propellant to a certain extent.

High-static-low-dynamic stiffness isolator based on an electromagnetic negative stiffness spring with long linear stroke

Negative stiffness mechanisms can improve low-frequency vibration isolation performance and have been widely used in the vibration isolation of precision equipment. However, the negative stiffness mechanism usually introduces a nonlinear stiffness,resulting in a nonlinear response and worsening the vibration isolation performance, especially under large amplitude *** this paper, an electromagnetic spring with linear negative stiffness(ESLNS) is proposed, in which the antagonistic ampere forces of the energized coils are used to generate negative stiffness within a long linear stroke. The magnetic field distribution is improved through the design of the magnetic circuit, thereby increasing the stiffness generation efficiency. The stiffness can be adjusted bidirectionally by current within the range of positive and negative stiffness. An electromagnetic stiffness model was established based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method. Experimental measurements verified the accuracy of the model and proved the linearity of the electromagnetic spring. A vibration isolator with high static and low dynamic stiffness(HSLDS) based on the ESLNS is designed and tested. The experimental results prove that the introduction of the ESLNS can effectively expand the isolation frequency band without changing the equilibrium position. Moreover, the vibration isolator with ESLNS does not produce nonlinear response. The proposed electromagnetic spring with linear negative stiffness extends the application range of HSLDS isolators to a large amplitude vibration environment.

DNA of neutrophil extracellular traps promote NF-κBdependent autoimmunity via cGAS/TLR9 in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is characterised by persistent airway inflammation even after cigarette smoking *** extracellular traps(NETs)have been implicated in COPD severity and acute airway inflammation induced by short-term cigarette smoke(CS).However,whether and how NETs contribute to sustained airway inflammation in COPD remain *** study aimed to elucidate the immunoregulatory mechanism of NETs in COPD,employing human neutrophils,airway epithelial cells(AECs),dendritic cells(DCs),and a long-term CS-induced COPD mouse model,alongside cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate synthase and toll-like receptor 9 knockout mice(cGAS-^(−/−)TLR9^(−/−));Additionally,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of COPD patients was *** from COPD patients released greater cigarette smoke extract(CSE)-induced NETs(CSE-NETs)due to mitochondrial respiratory chain *** CSE-NETs,containing oxidatively-damaged DNA(NETs-DNA),promoted AECs proliferation,nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)activation,NF-κB-dependent cytokines and type-I interferons production,and DC maturation,which were ameliorated/reversed by silencing/inhibition of cGAS/*** the COPD mouse model,blocking NETs-DNA-sensing via cGAS^(−/−)and TLR9^(−/−)mice,inhibiting NETosis using mitoTEMPO,and degrading NETs-DNA with DNase-I,respectively,reduced NETs infiltrations,airway inflammation,NF-κB activation and NF-κBdependent cytokines,but not type-I interferons due to IFN-α/βreceptor *** NETs components(myeloperoxidase and neutrophil elastase activity)in BALF of COPD smokers correlated with disease severity and NF-κB-dependent cytokine levels,but not type-I interferon *** conclusion,NETs-DNA promotes NF-κB-dependent autoimmunity via cGAS/TLR9 in long-term CS exposure-induced ***,targeting NETs-DNA and cGAS/TLR9 emerges as a potential strategy to alleviate persistent airway inflammation in COPD.

A modern survey method for determining live loads based on multi-source and open-access data on the Internet

Sufficient survey data are required to describe the stochastic behaviors of live ***,due to manual and on-site operation required by traditional survey methods,traditional surveys face challenges like occupant resistance,high costs,and long implementation *** study proposes a new survey method to access live load data online and *** samples are acquired from multi-source,open-access and dynamically updated data on the *** change intervals,geometrical dimensions and object quantities are obtained from transaction information,building attributes and virtual reality models on real estate websites,*** object weights are collected from commodity information on e-commerce *** integration of the aforementioned data allows for the extraction of necessary statistics to describe a live load *** proposed method is applied to a live load survey in China,covering 20040 m^(2),with around 90000 samples acquired for object weights and load *** survey results reveal that about 70%−80%of the amplitude statistics are attributable to 1/6 of the total object types.

Screening the optimal Co_(x)/CeO_(2)(110)(x=1–6)catalyst for methane activation in coalbed gas

The challenges posed by energy and environmental issues have forced mankind to explore and utilize unconventional energy *** is imperative to convert the abundant coalbed gas(CBG)into high value-added products,i.e.,selective and efficient conversion of methane from *** activation,known as the“holy grail”,poses a challenge to the design and development of *** structural complexity of the active metal on the carrier is of particular *** this work,we have studied the nucleation growth of small Co clusters(up to Co_(6))on the surface of CeO_(2)(110)using density functional theory,from which a stable loaded Co/CeO_(2)(110)structure was selected to investigate the methane activation *** the relatively small size of the selected Co clusters,the obtained Co_(x)/CeO_(2)(110)exhibits interesting *** optimized Co_(5)/CeO_(2)(110)structure was selected as the optimal structure to study the activation mechanism of methane due to its competitive electronic structure,adsorption energy and binding *** energy barriers for the stepwise dissociation of methane to form CH3^(*),CH2^(*),CH^(*),and C^(*)radical fragments are 0.44,0.55,0.31,and 1.20 eV,respectively,indicating that CH^(*)dissociative dehydrogenation is the rate-determining step for the system under investigation *** fundamental study of metal-support interactions based on Co growth on the CeO_(2)(110)surface contributes to the understanding of the essence of Co/CeO_(2) catalysts with promising catalytic *** provides theoretical guidance for better designing the optimal Co/CeO_(2) catalyst for tailored catalytic reactions.

Developing ChatGPT for biology and medicine: a complete review of biomedical question answering

ChatGPT explores a strategic blueprint of question answering(QA) to deliver medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and other healthcare support. This is achieved through the increasing incorporation of medical domain data via natural language processing(NLP) and multimodal paradigms. By transitioning the distribution of text, images, videos, and other modalities from the general domain to the medical domain, these techniques have accelerated the progress of medical domain question answering(MDQA). They bridge the gap between human natural language and sophisticated medical domain knowledge or expert-provided manual annotations, handling large-scale, diverse, unbalanced, or even unlabeled data analysis scenarios in medical contexts. Central to our focus is the utilization of language models and multimodal paradigms for medical question answering, aiming to guide the research community in selecting appropriate mechanisms for their specific medical research *** tasks such as unimodal-related question answering, reading comprehension, reasoning, diagnosis, relation extraction, probability modeling, and others, as well as multimodal-related tasks like vision question answering, image captioning, cross-modal retrieval, report summarization, and generation, are discussed in detail. Each section delves into the intricate specifics of the respective method under consideration. This paper highlights the structures and advancements of medical domain explorations against general domain methods, emphasizing their applications across different tasks and datasets. It also outlines current challenges and opportunities for future medical domain research,paving the way for continued innovation and application in this rapidly evolving field. This comprehensive review serves not only as an academic resource but also delineates the course for future probes and utilization in the field of medical question answering.

BACKGROUND High-grade B-cell lymphoma(HGBL)is an unusual malignancy that includes myelocytomatosis viral oncogene(MYC),B-cell lymphoma-2(BCL-2),and/or BCL-6 rearrangements,termed double-hit or triple-hit lymphomas,and HGBL-not otherwise specific(HGBL-NOS),which are morphologically characteristic of HGBL but lack MYC,BCL-2,or BCL-6 *** is partially transformed by follicular lymphoma and other indolent lymphoma,with few cases of marginal zone lymphoma(MZL)*** often has a poor prognosis and intensive therapy is currently mainly advocated,but there is no good treatment for these patients who cannot tolerate *** SUMMARY We reported a case of MZL transformed into HGBL-NOS with TP53 mutation and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase *** analysis revealed the gene expression profile was identical in the pre-and post-transformed tissues,suggesting that the two diseases are homologous,not secondary *** chemotherapy was ineffective and the side effect was severe,so we tried combination therapy including venetoclax and *** patient tolerated treatment well,and reached partial *** patient had recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma and died of multifunctional organ *** survived for 12 months after *** Venetoclax combined with obinutuzumab might improve the survival in some HGBL patients,who are unsuitable for chemotherapy.

Unraveling role of double-exchange interaction in electrochemical water oxidation by external magnetic field

Double-exchange(DE) interaction plays an important role in electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).However,precise achievement of DE interaction often requires foreign dopants or vacancy engineering,leading to destabilization of the catalysts and deterioration of *** contrast,the utilization of environmentally friendly,contactless,and continuously adjustable magnetic fields to study the OER process is profitable to avoid aforementioned interference factors and further elucidate the direct relationship_(0.5)between DE interaction and OER ***,by using cobalt hydroxide carbonate(Co(OH)(CO_(3))·xH_(2)O,CoHC) nanostructures as a proof-of-concept study,external magnetic fields are carefully implemented to verify the role of DE interaction during water oxidation *** studies reveal that external magnetic fields effectively enhance the reaction rate of the catalyst,the overpotential decreases from 386 to 355 mV(100 mA·cm^(-2)),while Tafel slopes drastically decline from 93 to 67 mV·dec^(-1)(1.0 T).Moreover,magnetic field increment exhibits robust *** in situ Raman and impedance measurements under external field,it can be found that magnetic field promotes the electron migration between Co^(2+) and Co^(3+) in the CoHC catalysts with the assistance of DE interactions,thus boosting the OER efficiency.
