This paper proposes a novel wake-induced vibration(WIV)-based energy harvesting system consisting of two bluff *** inverted C-shaped bluff body is stationary installed at the upstream position to generate an interference wake street,and a cylinder bluff body equipped with a transducer is elastically suspended at the downstream position to harness WIV *** hydrodynamics and energy harvesting(EH)performance of the proposed system are investigated via experimental *** reduced velocity(U*)ranging from 2 to 14(the corresponding Reynolds number ranging from 15100 to 106200)is considered in the present *** is found that the wake generated by the inverted C-shaped bluff body significantly affects the EH *** the opening angle(α)of the C-shaped bluff body increases the vibration amplitude of the downstream cylinder,thereby increasing the harvested *** the spacing(L)between two bluff bodies is two times the cylinder diameter(D),the wake-induced vibration(WIV)mode is observed,while the combined WIV and wake galloping(WG)mode occurs whenαis 150°,and L equals 3D or *** average drag coefficient becomes negative when L is 2D,3D,or *** carefully configuring a C-shaped bluff body,the wake generated by it can bring an augmenting effect on the vibration of the downstream EH *** example,the RMS power output of the proposed EH system reaches a maximum of 0.31 W at U*=8 and L=4D,which is 300%greater than that of its traditional ***,after a number of case stud-ies,it is identified that the proposed EH system can achieve the best performance whenαis 150°and L=2D.

To solve the problem of risk identification and quantitative assessment for human-computer interaction(HCI)in complex avionics systems,an HCI safety analysis framework based on system-theoretical process analysis(STPA)and cognitive reliability and error analysis method(CREAM)is *** can identify unsafe control actions and find the causal path during the interaction of avionics systems and pilot with the help of formal verification tools *** common performance conditions(CPC)of avionics systems in the aviation environment is established and a quantitative analysis of human failure is carried *** the head-up display(HUD)system interaction process as an example,a case analysis is carried out,the layered safety control structure and formal model of the HUD interaction process are *** the interactive behavior“Pilots approaching with HUD”,four unsafe control actions and35 causal scenarios are identified and the impact of common performance conditions at different levels on the pilot decision model are *** results show that HUD's HCI level gradually improves as the scores of CPC increase,and the quality of crew member cooperation and time sufficiency of the task is the key to its *** case analysis,it is shown that STPACREAM can quantitatively assess the hazards in HCI and identify the key factors that impact safety.

Objective： To investigate a possible association between common variations of the P2RY12 and the residual clopidogrel on-treatment platelet reactivity after adjusting for the influence of CYP2C19 tested by thromboe- lastography （TEG）. Methods： One hundred and eighty patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS） treated with clopJdogrel and aspJdn were included and platelet function was assessed by TEG. Five selected P2RY12 single nu- cleotide polymorphisms （SNPs; rs6798347, rs6787801, rs6801273, rs6785930, and rs2046934）, which cover the common variations in the P2RY12 gene and its regulatory regions, and three CYP2C19 SNPs （ 2, 3, 17） were geno- typed and possible haplotypes were analyzed. Results： The high on-treatment platelet reactivity （HTPR） prevalence defined by a platelet inhibition rate 〈30% by TEG in adenosine diphosphate （ADP）-channel was 69 （38.33%）. Six common haplotypes were inferred from four of the selected P2RY12 SNPs （denoted H0 to H5） according to the linkage disequilibrium R square （except for rs2046934）. Haplotype H1 showed a significantly lower incidence of HTPR than the reference haplotype （H0） in the total study population while haplotypes H1 and H2 showed significantly lower incidences of HTPR than H0 in the nonsmoker subgroup after adjusting for CYP2Clg effects and demographic characteristics. rs2046934 （T744C） did not show any significant association with HTPR. Conclusions： The combination of common P2RY12 variations including regulatory regions rather than rs2046934 （T744C） that related to pharmacodynamics of clopidogrel in patients with ACS was independently associated with residual on-clopidogrel platelet reactivity. This is apart from the established association of the CYP2C19. This association seemed more important in the subgroup defined by smoking.

Background Fluid therapy for severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） should not only resolve deficiency of blood volume, but also prevent fluid sequestration in acute response stage. Up to date, there has not a strategy for fluid therapy dedicated to SAP. So, this study was aimed to investigate the effects of fluid therapy treatment on prognosis of SAP. Methods Seventy-six patients were admitted prospectively according to the criteria within 72 hours of SAP onset. They were randomly assigned to a rapid fluid expansion group （Group I, n=36） and a controlled fluid expansion group （Group II n=-40）. Hemodynamic disorders were either quickly （fluid infusion rate was 10-15 ***-1-h-1, Group I） or gradually improved （fluid infusion rate was 5-10 ml-kg1.h-1, Group II） through controlling the rate of fluid infusion. Parameters of fluid expansion, blood lactate concentration were obtained when meeting the criteria for fluid expansion. And APACHE II scores were obtained serially for 72 hours. Rate of mechanical ventilation, incidence of abdominal compartment syndrome （ACS）, sepsis, and survival rate were obtained. Results The two groups had statistically different （P 〈0.05） time intervals to meet fluid expansion criteria （Group I, 13.5±6.6 hours; Group II, （24.0±5.4） hours）. Blood lactate concentrations were both remarkably lower as compared to the level upon admission （P 〈0.05） and reached the normal level in both groups upon treatment. It was only at day 1 that hematocrit was significantly lower in Group I （35.6%±6.8%） than in Group II （38.5%±5.4%）（P〈0.01）. Amount of crystalloid and colloid in group I （（4028±1980）ml and （1336±816）ml） on admission day was more than those of group II （（2472±1871）ml and （970±633）ml）. No significant difference was found in the total amount of fluids within four days of admission between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The safety assessment of high-level radioactive waste repositories requires a high predictive accuracy for radionuclide diffusion and a comprehensive understanding of the diffusion *** this study,a through-diffusion method and six machine-learning methods were employed to investigate the diffusion of ReO_(4)^(−),HCrO_(4)^(−),and I−in saturated compacted bentonite under different salinities and compacted dry *** machine-learning models were trained using two *** dataset contained six input features and 293 instances obtained from the diffusion database system of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency(JAEA-DDB)and 15 *** other dataset,comprising 15,000 pseudo-instances,was produced using a multi-porosity model and contained eight input *** results indicate that the former dataset yielded a higher predictive accuracy than the *** gradient-boosting exhibited a higher prediction accuracy(R2=0.92)and lower error(MSE=0.01)than the other machine-learning *** addition,Shapley Additive Explanations,Feature Importance,and Partial Dependence Plot analysis results indicate that the rock capacity factor and compacted dry density had the two most significant effects on predicting the effective diffusion coefficient,thereby offering valuable insights.

Solar-light-driven CO_(2) reduction CO to CH_(4) and C2H6 is a complex process involving multiple elementary reactions and energy ***,achieving high CH_(4) activity and selectivity remains a significant ***,we integrate bifunctional Cu2O and Cu-MOF(MOF=metal-organic framework)core–shell co-catalysts(Cu2O@Cu-MOF)with semiconductor TiO_(2).Experiments and theoretical calculations demonstrate that Cu2O(Cu+facilitates charge separation)and Cu-MOF(Cu2+improves the CO_(2) adsorption and activation)in the core–shell structure have a synergistic effect on photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction,reducing the formation barrier of the key intermediate*COOH and**** photocatalyst exhibits high CH_(4) yield(366.0μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1)),efficient electron transfer(3283μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1))and hydrocarbon selectivity(95.5%),which represents the highest activity of Cu-MOF-based catalysts in photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction *** work provides a strategy for designing efficient photocatalysts from the perspective of precise regulation of components.

lithium-ion capacitors(liCs) of achieving high power and energy density have garnered significant attention. However, the kinetics unbalance between anode and cathode can impede the application of liCs. Vanadium nitride(VN) with a high theoretical specific capacity(~ 1200 m Ah·g^(-1)) is a better pseudocapacitive anode to match the response of cathode in liCs. However, the insertion/extraction of li-ions in VN's operation results in significant volume expansion. Herein, the VN/N-r GO-5composite that three-dimentional(3D) dicyandiamidederived-carbon(DDC) tightly wrapped VN quantum dots(VN QDTs) on two-dimentional(2D) reduced graphene oxid(r GO) was prepared by a facile strategy. The VN QDTs can reduce ion diffusion length and improve charge transfer kinetics. The 2D r GO as a template provides support for nanoparticle dispersion and improves electrical conductivity. The 3D DDC tightly encapsulated with VN QDTs mitigates agglomeration of VN particles as well as volume expansion. Correspondingly, the liCs with VN/Nr GO-5 composite as anode and activated carbon(AC) as cathode were fabricated, which exhibits a high energy density and power density. Such strategy provides a perspective for improving the electrochemical properties of liC anode materials by suppressing volume expansion and enhancing conductivity.
