Robotic autonomous operating systems in global n40avigation satellite system(GNSS)-denied agricultural environments(green houses,feeding farms,and under canopy)have recently become a research hotspot.3D light detection and ranging(LiDAR)locates the robot depending on environment and has become a popular perception sensor to navigate agricultural robots.A rapid development methodology of a 3D LiDAR-based navigation system for agricultural robots is proposed in this study,which includes:(i)individual plant clustering and its location estimation method(improved Euclidean clustering algorithm);(ii)robot path planning and tracking control method(Lyapunov direct method);(iii)construction of a robot-LiDAR-plant unified virtual simulation environment(combination use of Gazebo and SolidWorks);and(vi)evaluating the accuracy of the navigation system(triple evaluation:virtual simulation test,physical simulation test,and field test).Applying the proposed methodology,a navigation system for a grape field operation robot has been *** virtual simulation test,physical simulation test with GNSS as ground truth,and field test with path tracer showed that the robot could travel along the planned path quickly and *** maximum and mean absolute errors of path tracking are 2.72 cm,1.02 cm;3.12 cm,1.31 cm,respectively,which meet the accuracy requirements of field operations,establishing the effectiveness of the proposed *** proposed methodology has good scalability and can be implemented in a wide variety of field robot,which is promising to shorten the development cycle of agricultural robot navigation system working in GNSS-denied environment.

Based on our previous work,a series of hydrazone moiety-bearing aminopyrimidines were *** compounds were evaluated for inhibitory activities against EGFRT790M/L858 R and antiproliferative activities against H1975 and A549 NSCLC cell lines harboring different forms of *** 7f and7 k exhibited potent and selective activity in inhibition of gefitinib-resistant H1975 cancer cells（IC50;0.45,0.2μmol/L） while were much less active on A549 cancer cells（IC50;52.83,〉100μmol/L）.Both compounds could be served as promising lead compounds for further investigation.

SciCN:A Scientific Dataset for Chinese Named Entity Recognition

Named entity recognition(NER)is a fundamental task of information extraction(IE),and it has attracted considerable research attention in recent *** abundant annotated English NER datasets have significantly promoted the NER research in the English *** contrast,much fewer efforts are made to the Chinese NER research,especially in the scientific domain,due to the scarcity of Chinese NER *** alleviate this problem,we present aChinese scientificNER dataset–SciCN,which contains entity annotations of titles and abstracts derived from 3,500 scientific *** manually annotate a total of 62,059 entities,and these entities are classified into six *** to English scientific NER datasets,SciCN has a larger scale and is more diverse,for it not only contains more paper abstracts but these abstracts are derived from more research *** investigate the properties of SciCN and provide baselines for future research,we adapt a number of previous state-of-theart Chinese NER models to evaluate *** results show that SciCN is more challenging than other Chinese NER *** addition,previous studies have proven the effectiveness of using lexicons to enhance Chinese NER *** by this fact,we provide a scientific domain-specific *** results demonstrate that our lexicon delivers better performance gains than lexicons of other *** hope that the SciCN dataset and the lexicon will enable us to benchmark the NER task regarding the Chinese scientific domain and make progress for future *** dataset and lexicon are available at:https://***/yangjingla/***.

Span-based joint entity and relation extraction augmented with sequence tagging mechanism

Span-based joint extraction simultaneously conducts named entity recognition(NER) and relation extraction(RE) in a text span form. However, since previous span-based models rely on span-level classifications, they cannot benefit from token-level label information, which has been proven advantageous for the task. In this paper, we propose a sequence tagging augmented span-based network(STSN), a spanbased joint model that can make use of token-level label information. In STSN, we construct a core neural architecture by deep stacking multiple attention layers, each of which consists of three basic attention *** the one hand, the core architecture enables our model to learn token-level label information via the sequence tagging mechanism and then uses the information in the span-based joint extraction; on the other hand, it establishes a bi-directional information interaction between NER and RE. Experimental results on three benchmark datasets show that STSN consistently outperforms the strongest baselines in terms of F1,creating new state-of-the-art results.

The numerical simulation of internal features,such as inclusions and voids,is important to analyze their impact on the performance of composite ***,the complex geometries of internal features and the induced continuous-discontinuous(C-D)deformation fields are challenges to their numerical *** this study,a 3D approach using a simple mesh to simulate irregular internal geometries is developed for the first *** the help of a developed voxel crack model,image models that are efficient when recording complex geometries are directly imported into the *** reconstructions,which are usually labor-intensive,are excluded from this ***,using image models as the geometric input,image processing techniques are applied to detect material interfaces and develop contact ***,the C-D deformations of the complex internal features are directly calculated based on the numerical manifold *** accuracy and convergence of the developed3D approach are examined based on multiple *** 3D C-D simulation of sandstones with naturally formed complex microfeatures demonstrates the capability of the developed approach.

Sufficient survey data are required to describe the stochastic behaviors of live ***,due to manual and on-site operation required by traditional survey methods,traditional surveys face challenges like occupant resistance,high costs,and long implementation *** study proposes a new survey method to access live load data online and *** samples are acquired from multi-source,open-access and dynamically updated data on the *** change intervals,geometrical dimensions and object quantities are obtained from transaction information,building attributes and virtual reality models on real estate websites,*** object weights are collected from commodity information on e-commerce *** integration of the aforementioned data allows for the extraction of necessary statistics to describe a live load *** proposed method is applied to a live load survey in China,covering 20040 m^(2),with around 90000 samples acquired for object weights and load *** survey results reveal that about 70%−80%of the amplitude statistics are attributable to 1/6 of the total object types.

AIM： To explore the effect of recombinant human interleukin-11 （rhIL-11） on the expressions of interleukin-11 receptor α-chain （IL-11Rα） and an additional signal transducer glycoprotein 130 （gp130） in intestinal epithelium cell line-6 （IEC-6） after neutron irradiation. METHODS： Cultured IEC-6 cells were exposed to 4.0Gy neutron and treated with 100 ng/mL rhIL-11 12 h prior to or immediately after irradiation. The apoptosis and necrosis rates and expressions of IL-11Rα and gp130 were observed by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, Western blot and image analysis. RESULTS： The apoptosis rate of IEC-6 cells was increased by irradiation at 6 h （P 〈 0.01）, IL-11 stimulation resulted in a decreased apoptosis rate in irradiated IEC-6 cells （P 〈 0.05）. In normal control IEC-6 cells, intense immunoreactivity of IL-11Rα was located within the cell membrane and cytoplasm. The level of IL-11Rα expression significantly decreased at 6 h after irradiation （P 〈 0.01） and restored at 24 h after irradiation. In IEC-6 cells treated with both radiation and rhIL-11, the level of IL- 11Rα expression was higher than that of irradiated cells （P 〈 0.05）. When it came to gp130 protein, it was located in the cytoplasm of IEC-6 cells. After irradiation, we found a progressive decrease in the expression of gp130 protein （P 〈 0.05） in 48 hours post-radiation, while in rhIL-11-stimulated cells, it came back to normal level at 24 h after irradiation and decreased at 48 h, but was still higher than that of only irradiated cells （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： rhIL-11 can protect IEC-6 cells from neutron irradiation. The protective effect of rhIL-11 might be connected with its ability to up-regulate the expressions of specific ligand-binding subunit IL-11Rα and signal-transducing subunit gp130.
