Hedgehog(HH)signaling has been researched for decades and Hedgehog has 3 homologs:Sonic Hedgehog(Shh),Indian Hedgehog(Ihh),and Desert Hedgehog(Dhh).Dhh is the one involved in male gonad and germ cell *** distribution of molecules in Hedgehog signaling in testis indicated that Hedgehog signaling executes important functions during testis *** patients with Dhh signaling deficiency develop dysgenesis of gonads and hormone production which demands further exploration of gonad HH *** results proved the indispensable roles of HH signaling in gonad and germ cell development and the interaction with *** review evaluates HH functions in the testis and how HH affects and is affected by hormones and provides novel insights about HH signaling to the readers.

In this paper,the Drinfeld-Sokolov-Satsuma-Hirota(DSSH)system is studied by using residual symmetry and the consistent Riccati expansion(CRE)method,*** residual symmetry of the DSSH system is localized to Lie point symmetry in a properly prolonged system,based on which we get a new Bäcklund transformation for this *** symmetry reduction solutions of the DSSH system are obtained by applying the classical Lie group approach on the prolonged ***,the DSSH system proves to be CRE integrable and new interesting interaction solutions between solitons and periodic waves are generated and analyzed.

In the experimental investigation of fluid-structure interactions regarding the undulatory motion like flag flapping or fish swimming, solving the force distribution on the flexible body stands as an indispensable endeavor to gain insights into the underlying dynamic mechanisms. However, the solving process entails high-order numerical derivatives of experimental data, which poses a formidable challenge for experimental studies on fluid-structure interactions, given that the measurement noise inherent in experimental data renders the problem ill-posed. The commonly practiced regularization methods for numerical derivatives are feeble to tackle the fourth-order derivative associated with the bending force; those methods, in particular, require predetermined parameters about the unknown noise. We introduce here an empirical regularization method founded upon the kernel-term modification in the frequency domain, notably capable of determining the fourth derivative of experimental *** leveraging the potentials of the iterative operations, our method enables the reliable estimation of an approximately optimal regularization parameter, all without reliance on any a priori knowledge about the noise characteristics. To demonstrate the reliability, robustness, and accuracy of the method, we perform rigorous numerical assessments using different data models that are infused with noise varying several orders of magnitude. Additionally, practical application of this method is achieved in the experiment on a flexible film flapping in the gusty flow, where the spatiotemporal distribution of the bending force density on the film is calculated by integrating this method with a linear reconstruction.

With the advancement of artificial intelligence,optic in-sensing reservoir computing based on emerging semiconductor devices is high desirable for real-time analog signal ***,we disclose a flexible optomemristor based on C_(27)H_(30)O_(15)/FeOx heterostructure that presents a highly sensitive to the light stimuli and artificial optic synaptic features such as short-and long-term plasticity(STP and LTP),enabling the developed optomemristor to implement complex analogy signal processing through building a real-physical dynamic-based in-sensing reservoir computing algorithm and yielding an accuracy of 94.88%for speech *** charge trapping and detrapping mediated by the optic active layer of C_(27)H_(30)O_(15) that is extracted from the lotus flower is response for the positive photoconductance memory in the prepared *** work provides a feasible organic−inorganic heterostructure as well as an optic in-sensing vision computing for an advanced optic computing system in future complex signal processing.

h-BN rods modified low-carbon alumina-carbon(Al_(2)O_(3)-C)refractories were prepared,and the effect of h-BN rod addition on the high-temperature properties was investigated and compared with commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes *** results demonstrated that Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories containing h-BN rods exhibited optimal high-temperature service performances,including 25%higher hot modulus of rupture,21.3%higher thermal shock strength residual ratio,20.9%lower in oxidation and 44.3%less in slag corrosion,compared to the counterpart specimens without ***,benefiting from the synergistic enhancement of the rod-like h-BN and in-situ generated SiC whiskers,the high-temperature service performances of h-BN rods containing specimens outperformed counterpart specimens containing commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes,respectively.
