Objective:Gastric cancer (GC) is a globally common cancer characterized by high incidence and mortality worldwide. Advances in the molecular understanding of GC provide promising targets for GC diagnosis and therapy. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and their downstream regulators are regarded to be implicated in the progression of multiple types of malignancies. Studies have shown that the lncRNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 4 (SNHG4) serves as a tumor promoter in various malignancies, while its function in GC has yet to be characterized. Therefore, our study aimed to explore the role and underlying mechanism of SNHG4 in GC.Methods:We used qRT-PCR to analyze SNHG4 expression in GC tissues and cells. Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to assess the correlation between SNHG4 expression and the survival rate of GC patients. Cellular function experiments such as CCK-8, BrdU, colony formation, flow cytometry analysis, and transwell were performed to explore the effects of SNHG4 on GC cell proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle, migration, and invasion. We also established xenograft mouse models to explore the effect of SNHG4 on GC tumor growth. Mechanically, dual luciferase reporter assay was used to verify the interaction between SNHG4 and miR-409-3p and between miR-409-3p and cAMP responsive element binding protein 1 (CREB1).Results:The results indicated that SNHG4 was overexpressed in GC tissues and cell lines, and was linked with poor survival rate of GC patients. SNHG4 promoted GC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion while inhibiting cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest . The experiment indicated that SNHG4 facilitated GC tumor growth. Furthermore, SNHG4 was demonstrated to bind to miR-409-3p. Moreover, CREB1 was directly targeted by miR-409-3p. Rescue assays demonstrated that miR-409-3p deficiency reversed the suppressive impact of SNHG4 knockdown on GC cell malignancy. Enantioselective recognition and separation are the most important issues in the fields of chemistry,pharmacy,agrochemical,and food ***,we developed two optically active diamines showing aggregation-induced emission(AIE)that can discriminate 5 kinds of chiral acids with high ***,a very high fluorescence intensity ratio(IL/ID)of 281 for(±)-Dibenzoyl-D/L-tartaric acid was obtained through the collection of fluorescence change after interaction with chiral AIE-active *** virtue of AIE property and intermolecular acidbase interaction,enantioselective separation was facilely realized by simple filtration of the precipitates formed by chiral AIE luminogen(AIEgen)and one enantiomer in the racemic *** chiral HPLC data indicated that the precipitates of AIEgen/chiral acid possessed 82%L-analyte(the enantiomeric excess value was assessed to be 64%ee).Therefore,this method can serve as a simple,convenient,and low-cost tool for chiral detection and separation.

This study aimed to investigate the moment redistribution in continuous glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)-concrete composite slabs caused by concrete cracking and steel bar yielding in the negative bending moment *** experimental bending moment redistribution test was conducted on continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs,and a calculation method based on the conjugate beam method was *** composite slabs were formed by combining GFRP profiles with a concrete layer and supported on steel beams to create two-span continuous composite slab *** methods,epoxy resin bonding,and stud connection,were used to connect the composite slabs with the steel *** experimental findings showed that the specimen connected with epoxy resin exhibited two moments redistribution phenomena during the loading process:concrete cracking and steel bar yielding at the internal *** contrast,the composite slab connected with steel beams by studs exhibited only one-moment redistribution phenomenon throughout the loading *** the concrete at the internal support cracked,the bending moment decreased in the internal support section and increased in the midspan *** the steel bars yielded,the bending moment further decreased in the internal support section and increased in the mid-span *** GFRP profiles do not experience cracking,there was no significant decrease in the bending moment of the mid-span *** test specimens experienced compressive failure of concrete at the mid-span *** results showed good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of bending moments in the mid-span section and internal support *** proposed model can effectively predict the moment redistribution behavior of continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs.

The phenomenon of induced transparency, characterized by a high quality(Q) factor, holds significant importance in the fields of high-precision sensing, energy storage and wave manipulation. Conventional transparency systems are often constrained by the limited experimentally accessible parameter space and the lack of independent control over intrinsic parameters, thereby hindering advanced research on high-Q effects. Here we propose a virtualized coupled-oscillator system that enables reconfigurable induced transparency in the reflection spectrum. By virtually incorporating a pair of coupled oscillators into an individual acoustic meta-atom, we achieve the manipulation of induced transparency in a decoupled, wide-ranging, and elaborate manner. Exploiting the diverse evolutions across the intrinsic parameter space, we show experimentally a counter-intuitive increase in the Q-factor of the transparency window, which is attributed to the enhanced dissipation of the bright ***, a constant group delay at the center frequency is observed accompanying this evolution. Our work demonstrates an intriguing platform as well as a novel strategy to engineer high-Q induced transparency phenomenon, and paves the way towards applications in programmable acoustic sensors, filters and slow-wave devices.

AIM： To elucidate the biological function of HBV core antigen （HBcAg） on pathogenesis of hepatitis B, a novel gene C12 coding for protein with unknown function interacting with HBcAg in hepatocytes was identified and characterized. METHODS： HBcAg bait plasmid pGBKT7-HBcAg was constructed and transformed into yeast AH109, then the transformed yeast was mated with yeast Y187 containing liver complementary DNA （cDNA） library plasmid in 2xYPDA medium. Diploid yeast was plated on synthetic dropout nutrient medium （SD/-Trp-Leu-His-Ade） and synthetic dropout nutrient medium （SD/-Trp-Leu-His-Ade） containing X-α-gal for screening twice. After extracting and sequencing of plasmid from blue colonies, we isolated a cDNA clone encoding a novel protein designated as C12 that directly interacted with HBcAg. The interaction between HBcAg and C12 was verified again by re-mating. pEGFP-N1-C12 fluorescent protein fusion gene was transfected in 293 and L02 cell, and observed by fluorescent microscope. M-FI reduction assay was used to study the action of C12 protein effect on metabolism of mammal cell. Yeast two-hybrid and cDNA microarray were performed to search binding protein and differential expression genes regulated by C12 protein. RESULTS： C12 gene was screened and identified by yeast two-hybrid system 3. The interaction between HBcAg and the novel protein coded by the new gene C12 was further confirmed by re-mating. After 48 h, fluorescence of fusion protein could be observed steadily in the 293 and L02 cell plasma. Under MTT assay, we found that the expression of C12 did not influence the growth of liver cells. Seventeen differential expression genes in HepG2 cells transfected with C12 protein expression plasmid by cDNA microarray, of which 16 genes were upregulated and 1 gene was downregulated by C12 protein. Twenty-one colonies containing 16 different genes coding for C12 protein binding proteins were isolated by yeast two-hybrid, there were 2 new genes with unknown function.

Vortex transmutation utilizes a periodic system, which not only enables the alteration of the topological charge(TC) of unstable input vortices but also facilitates their transformation into stable structures. This approach is crucial for investigating the characteristics of vortices in various wave systems. Here, we achieve acoustic vortex TC transmutation by employing a welldesigned dual-structured plate external system(DPES). The interactions between the acoustic vortex and the finite-order discrete rotational symmetry lead to the transformation of its topological charge when complete rotational symmetry is broken to Nthorder discrete symmetry. Our results experimentally demonstrate the acoustic vortex TC transmutation based on passive artificial structures, enabling numerous applications in particle manipulation and information multiplexing as well as advancing our understanding and control over free-space acoustic vortices.

BACKGROUND:Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is one of the major pathogens of human liver *** have shown that HBV X protein (HBx) plays an important role in promoting viral gene expression and *** this study we performed a global proteomic profiling to identify the downstream functional proteins of HBx,thereby detecting the mechanisms of action of HBx on virion ***:HBx in the HepG2.2.15 cell line was knocked down by the transfection of small interfering RNA (siRNA).The replication level of HBV was evaluated by microparticle enzyme immunoassay analysis of HBsAg and HBeAg in the culture supernatant,and real-time quantitative PCR analysis of HBV ***-dimensional electrophoresis combined with MALDI-TOF/TOF was performed to analyze the changes in protein expression profile after treatment with HBx ***:Knockdown of HBx disturbed HBV replication in *** target siRNA significantly inhibited the expression of HBsAg,HBeAg and the replication of HBV *** significantly changed proteins (7 upregulated and 5 downregulated) were successfully identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF using proteomics differential expression analysis after the knockdown of *** these identified proteins,HSP70 was validated by Western ***:The results of the study indicated the positive effect of HBx on HBV replication,and a group of downstream target proteins of HBx may be responsible for this effect.
