A hybrid WUDT-NAFnet for simultaneous source data deblending

Simultaneous source technology, which reduces seismic survey time and improves the quality of seismic data by firing more than one source with a narrow time interval, is compromised by the massive blended interference. Therefore, deblending algorithms have been developed to separate this ***, deep learning(DL) has been proved its great potential in suppressing the interference. The most popular DL method employs neural network as a filter to attenuate the blended noise in an iterative estimation and subtraction framework(IESF). However, there are still amplitude distortion and blended noise residual problems, especially when dealing with weak signal submerged in strong interference. To address these problems, we propose a hybrid WUDT-NAFnet, which contains two sub-networks. The first network is a wavelet based U-shape deblending transformer network(WUDTnet), incorporated into IESF as a robust regularization term to iteratively separate the blended interference. The second network is a nonlinear activate free network(NAFnet) designed to recover the event amplitude and further suppress the weak noise residual in IESF. With the hybrid network, the blended noise can be separated purposefully and accurately. Examples using synthetic and field seismic data demonstrate that the WUDTNAFnet outperforms traditional curvelet transform(CT) based method and the deblending transformer(DT) model in terms of deblending. Additionally, for field applications, the data augmentation method of bicubic interpolation is applied to mitigate the feature difference between synthetic and field ***, the trained network exhibits strong signal preservation ability in numerical field example without requiring additional training.

Understanding the quantitative responses of anisotropic dynamic properties in organic-rich shale with different kerogen content(KC)is of great significance in hydrocarbon exploration and *** controlled experiments with a single variable is challenging for natural shales due to their high variations in components,diagenesis conditions,or pore *** employed the hot-pressing technique to construct 11 well-controlled artificial shale with varying *** artificial shale samples were successive machined into prismatic shape for ultrasonic measurements along different *** revealed bedding perpendicular P-wave velocities are more sensitive to the increasing KC than bedding paralleling velocities due to the preferential alignments of *** elastic stiffnesses except C_(13)are generally decreasing with the increasing KC,the variation of C_(1) and C_(33)on kerogen content are more sensitive than those of C_(44)and C_(66).Apparent dynamic mechanical parameters(v and E)were found to have linear correlation with the true ones from complete anisotropic equations independent of KC,which hold value towards the interpretation of well logs consistently across formations,Anisotropic mechanical parameters(ΔE and brittlenessΔB)tend to decrease with the reducing KC,withΔB showing great sensitivity to KC *** the range of low KC(10%)shale,compilation of data from natural organic rich-shales globally verified the similar systematic relationships that can be empirically used to predict the fraction of KC in shales.

Solar-light-driven CO_(2) reduction CO to CH_(4) and C2H6 is a complex process involving multiple elementary reactions and energy ***,achieving high CH_(4) activity and selectivity remains a significant ***,we integrate bifunctional Cu2O and Cu-MOF(MOF=metal-organic framework)core–shell co-catalysts(Cu2O@Cu-MOF)with semiconductor TiO_(2).Experiments and theoretical calculations demonstrate that Cu2O(Cu+facilitates charge separation)and Cu-MOF(Cu2+improves the CO_(2) adsorption and activation)in the core–shell structure have a synergistic effect on photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction,reducing the formation barrier of the key intermediate*COOH and**** photocatalyst exhibits high CH_(4) yield(366.0μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1)),efficient electron transfer(3283μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1))and hydrocarbon selectivity(95.5%),which represents the highest activity of Cu-MOF-based catalysts in photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction *** work provides a strategy for designing efficient photocatalysts from the perspective of precise regulation of components.

Theoretical Exploration of Alloying Effects on Stabilities and Mechanical Properties ofγʹPhase in Novel Co–Al–Nb-Base Superalloys

The new developedγ/γʹCo–Al–Nb-base alloys show great potentials as high-temperature ***,finding appropriate compositions to improve performance of alloys still poses a great challenge to the development of Co–Al–Nb-base *** by the lack of alloying effects on fundamental properties of criticalγʹphase,we systematically performed a theoretical investigation on the effect of alloying elements TM(TM:Ti,V,Cr,Zr,Mo,Ta,W,Re,and Ru)on phase stabilities and mechanical properties of L1_(2)-typeγʹ(Co,Ni)_(3)(Al,Nb).By analyzing the stability ofγʹphase with respect to its competitive B2 and D0_(19) phases,the results shown that Ti,V,and Cr enhance the L1_(2) stability and widen the L1_(2)–D0_(19) energy barrier,in which V yields the maximum *** analysis of electronic structure indicated that the alternation of valence electrons at fermi level would be the atomic origin for doping TM inγʹ*** calculated results of mechanical properties shown that V and Cr are expected to be optimal dopant for enhancing the strength and the ductility ofγʹ*** addition of Ta is also beneficial for enhancing the strength at the slight expense of ductility ofγʹ*** drawing the mechanical maps,the preferred composition range for the phases with desired properties is roughly demarcated in theory for the multi-addition of V/Cr and V/Ta inγʹ*** findings would be useful for optimizing the performance of novelγ/γʹCo–Al–Nb-base superalloys.

Risk factors associated with intraoperative persistent hypotension in pancreaticoduodenectomy

BACKGROUND Intraoperative persistent hypotension(IPH)during pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)is linked to adverse postoperative outcomes,yet its risk factors remain *** To clarify the risk factors associated with IPH during PD,ensuring patient safety in the perioperative *** A retrospective analysis of patient records from January 2018 to December 2022 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University identified factors associated with IPH in *** factors included age,gender,body mass index,American Society of Anesthesiologists classification,comorbidities,medication history,operation duration,fluid balance,blood loss,urine output,and blood gas *** was defined as sustained mean arterial pressure30 min despite additional deoxyepinephrine and fluid *** Among 1596 PD patients,661(41.42%)experienced *** logistic regression identified key risk factors:increased age[odds ratio(OR):1.20 per decade,95%confidence interval(CI):1.08-1.33](P<0.001),longer surgery duration(OR:1.15 per additional hour,95%CI:1.05-1.26)(P<0.01),and greater blood loss(OR:1.18 per 250-mL increment,95%CI:1.06-1.32)(P<0.01).A novel finding was the association of arterial blood Ca^(2+)<1.05 mmol/L with IPH(OR:2.03,95%CI:1.65-2.50)(P<0.001).CONCLUSION IPH during PD is independently associated with older age,prolonged surgery,increased blood loss,and lower plasma Ca^(2+).

Solution-processed all-inorganic lead halide perovskite/layered double hydroxides superlattices

Quantum wells and superlattices are key building blocks in the semiconductor industry, normally fabricated using epitaxial growth techniques, such as vapor phase epitaxy, metalorganic chemical vapor deposition and molecular beam epitaxy. However,these complicated preparation processes, as well as their high cost, limit their extensive applications. It is essential to develop a simple solution process for building superstructures. Here, we demonstrate an ion exchange strategy for synthesizing an allinorganic superlattice cesium lead bromide/layered double hydroxides(CsPbBr3/LDH) in solution. At room temperature, the perovskite ions diffuse into the interlayer of LDH and assemble into layered perovskite with various thicknesses. Compared with traditional organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite superlattice, the all-inorganic perovskite superlattice CsPbBr3/LDH has weak quantum confinement, which exhibits narrow emission line-widths of 20 nm, high quantum yields of 55%, and radiative lifetimes of several ns. Our findings offer a new route to synthesize novel perovskite superlattices and enrich the perovskite supercrystal platform for electronics, photonics and optoelectronics devices.

小檗碱通过铁死亡途径的对RSV感染小鼠病毒载量及肺部炎症反应的调节作用

为了基于核因子E2相关因子2(Nuclear factor E2 related factor 2, Nrf2)-谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(Glutathione peroxidase 4,Gpx4)通路介导的铁死亡途径,探讨小檗碱对呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)诱导的肺炎小鼠模型体内病毒载量和肺部炎症反应的影响及其作用机制,本研究利用雄性BALB/c幼龄小鼠建立RSV诱导的肺炎动物模型,并随机分为空白组、模型组、低浓度小檗碱组(30mg/kg)、中浓度小檗碱组(45mg/kg)、高浓度小檗碱组(60mg/kg)和阳性药(利巴韦林)组,每组10只。除空白组外,均采用RSV滴鼻的方法制备肺炎小鼠模型,造模后各组分别予相应的药物干预,空白组和模型组给予生理盐水。给药4d后处死小鼠,摘取肺组织并称重计算肺指数;RT-PCR检测肺组织核因子E2相关因子2(Nuclear factor E2 related factor 2,Nrf2)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(Glutathione Peroxidase 4,Gpx4)和RSV-F的mRNA表达水平;Western blot法检测肺组织Nrf2和Gpx4蛋白表达水平;ELISA法检测肺泡灌洗液中白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平;HE染色观察小鼠肺组织病理变化。实验数据显示,与空白组相比,模型组肺指数升高,肺部Nrf2、Gpx4的mRNA表达水平降低、RSV-F的mRNA表达水平升高,肺部Nrf2和Gpx4的蛋白表达水平降低,肺泡灌洗液中IL-6、TNF-α的含量升高,数据均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且模型组小鼠肺组织明显充血,并伴有大量炎症性细胞浸润;与模型组相比,低、中、高浓度小檗碱组肺指数均下降,肺部Nrf2、Gpx4的mRNA表达水平均降低、肺部Nrf2和Gpx4的蛋白表达水平均降低,肺泡灌洗液中IL-6、TNF-α的含量均升高,且小鼠肺组织病理损伤得到不同程度改善;与阳性药组相比,高浓度小檗碱组肺指数、肺部Nrf2和Gpx4的mRNA表达水平及蛋白表达水平、肺泡灌洗液中IL-6和TNF-α的含量都无显著差异。根据以上实验结果,推测小檗碱可以通过铁死亡途径发挥抗RSV病毒和减轻肺部炎症的作用,其主要作用机制涉及到上调Nrf2和Gpx4基因的表达水平,以及下调IL-6、TNF-α等炎症因子的表达水平,降低肺部RSV病毒载量。

针对以径流相对亏缺状态表征的水文干旱事件,采用3种常用的概率分布函数Log-normal、Gamma和Normal,拟合了赣江外洲站实测年径流资料;利用外洲站年径流的统计特征,推导了干旱历时和干旱强度2种典型干旱特征变量的理论概率分布函数的参数;计算了期望间隔时间定义下干旱历时内累积干旱强度达到某一阈值的干旱事件的重现期,并采用Monte Carlo随机模拟技术进行了验证。结果表明:根据年径流统计信息解析推求水文干旱事件的重现期,具有较强的统计基础和可信的精度,能够一定程度克服依靠有限观测水文序列进行干旱事件重现期推断的样本偏差,可为定量评估流域干旱风险,支撑流域水安全保障提供新的思路。

堆肥中溶解性有机质(DOM)对重金属具有显著的络合作用,影响其在环境中的迁移和转化。研究采用三维荧光-平行因子(EEM-PARAFAC)结合二维相关光谱(2DCOS)分析方法,系统解析蘑菇渣堆肥(MRC)及水稻秸秆堆肥(RSC)中DOM与Cu^(2+)的络合机制。EEM-PARAFAC结果表明,MRC-DOM和RSC-DOM主要由类腐殖酸(C1)、类富里酸(C2)和类蛋白质(C3)组成,各组分分别占MRC-DOM总荧光强度的43%、32%和25%,占RSC-DOM的39%、29%和32%。2种堆肥DOM与Cu^(2+)作用过程中,3类组分荧光强度均呈不断降低趋势,表明它们均与Cu^(2+)发生了显著的络合作用。2种堆肥中不同荧光组分(C1~C3)与Cu^(2+)的有效猝灭常数(lg K)在4.54~4.76之间,均表现为C3>C1>C2,表明类蛋白组分(C3)与Cu^(2+)结合能力最强,其次为类腐殖酸(C1),类富里酸(C2)最低。2DCOS结果显示,堆肥DOM中类蛋白荧光组分与Cu^(2+)结合能力最强,而类富里酸优先与Cu^(2+)发生反应。总体而言,MRC-DOM和RSC-DOM中类蛋白和类腐殖质组分是与Cu^(2+)发生络合作用的关键物质,且2类堆肥DOM具有类似的Cu^(2+)络合机制(包括活性位点、络合能力和反应顺序)。研究结果为进一步了解堆肥对土壤Cu^(2+)迁移和转化行为的影响提供了重要的理论基础。
