Rechargeable batteries currently hold the largest share of the electrochemical energy storage market,and they play a major role in the sustainable energy transition and industrial decarbonization to respond to global climate *** to the increased popularity of consumer electronics and electric vehicles,lithium-ion batteries have quickly become the most successful rechargeable batteries in the past three decades,yet growing demands in diversified application scenarios call for new types of rechargeable *** efforts are made to developing the next-generation post-Li-ion rechargeable batteries,which include,but are not limited to solid-state batteries,lithium–sulfur batteries,sodium-/potassium-ion batteries,organic batteries,magnesium-/zinc-ion batteries,aqueous batteries and flow *** the great achievements,challenges persist in precise understandings about the electrochemical reaction and charge transfer process,and optimal design of key materials and interfaces in a *** roadmap tends to provide an overview about the current research progress,key challenges and future prospects of various types of rechargeable *** computational methods for materials development,and characterization techniques will also be discussed as they play an important role in battery research.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

目的:探讨急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)时肠黏膜屏障的氧化应激损伤和HIF-1α的表达,及其与黏膜损伤的关系.方法:♂Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,A组(ANP组,n=18),诱导ANP模型;B组(DMSO组,n=18),诱导ANP前,使用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)预处理组;C组(con组,n=10)假手术组.A和C组术前30min皮下注射生理盐水(0.2mL/kg体质量),B组动物术前30min皮下注射同等剂量的DMSO(0.2mL/kg体质量),并且实验前30min每只动物饲入60mg/100g体质量的FITC-右旋糖酐.动物分别在手术后0,6,24h点心脏取血后处死,分别取胰头和末端回肠3-5cm.观察胰腺和肠黏膜组织形态学改变,测定肠黏膜组织中DAO、SOD、GSH、MPO、MDA含量,Western-blot测定肠黏膜中HIF-1α的表达,并检测血清中二氨氧化酶(DAO)活性及FITC浓度.结果:ANP时大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能严重破坏,肠道通透性明显增加.ANP组6h时黏膜中DAO的活性已经明显下降(0.43±0.07U/lvs0.91±0.11U/L,P<0.05),DMSO处理后DAO活性下降受抑.而血清中测定DAO活性正好相反.ANP组6h黏膜组织中SOD、GSH活性就已有明显下降,12h最为明显(SOD:12.12±2.24U/mgvs25.12±3.86U/mg;GSH:160.75±24.25mg/gvs412.45±45.60mg/g,均P<0.01),而MPO活性及MDA浓度明显升高(MPO:1.32±0.18U/mgvs0.63±0.11U/mg;MDA:2.85±0.21nmol/mgvs1.34±0.12nmol/mg,均P<0.01),观察期限内一直处在较高水平.DMSO预处理组动物肠黏膜通透性有所改善,但仍然高于正常(P<0.05).使用DMSO后,氧化应激反应及其产物有所减弱,但仍然高于正常(P<0.05).ANP时HIF-1α表达明显增加,而DMSO的使用可使HIF-1α高表达下调.结论:ANP时肠黏膜屏障结构和功能存在严重破坏;氧化应激损伤是肠黏膜屏障损伤的一个重要因素,而清除氧自由基能一定程度上减轻肠黏膜屏障损伤并能维护其功能;HIF-1α参与ANP肠黏膜屏障的修复和维持,清除氧自由基减轻肠黏膜损伤可以调节HIF-1α表达.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in june 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in june 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Retrograde approach for the recanalization of coronary chronic total occlusion： preliminary experience of a single center

Background The success rate of antegrade approach for chronic total occlusions （CTO） recanalization has not dramatically increased, especially in complex CTO subset. The retrograde technique may hold great promise. This report aimed to describe our experience of retrograde recanalization for CTO, focusing on its safety and feasibility. Methods We identified 42 patients who underwent revascularization in CTO with retrograde approach from July 2005 to November 2009 in our *** Three kinds of strategy were applied： retrograde as primary strategy （50.0%）, retrograde immediately after antegrade failure （26.2%） and repeat procedure after previous antegrade failure （23.8%）. Septal collaterals were more frequently used as the retrograde access route （92.9%）. Overall success rate was 88.1%. In patients with successful retrograde wire crossing collateral channel to the distal cap of CTO, the success rate of recanalization was 94.1%. In patient with failure to cross the collaterals, the success rate was 62.5%. Eight different kinds of retrograde techniques were used： kissing wire technique （35.3%）, wire trapped and reverse wire trapped technique （17.6%）, back-end balloon and microcatherer reversal technique （14.7%）, controlled antegrade and retrograde subintimal tracking （CART） technique （8.8%）, reverse CART and modified reverse CART technique （8.8%）, retrograde wire crossing technique （2.9%）. There were 4 complications occurred without in-hospital major adverse cardiac events （MACE）. In-hospital MACE was 7.7%. All of them were non-Q wave myocardial infarction. There were no cases of death or target vessel revascularization, either surgery or *** The retrograde approach can be an effective tool for increasing the success rate of recanalization in the very complex CTO. To ensure the success and safety of the approach, careful case selection and device handling by experienced operators is essential.

The East Asian Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) Network(EAVN) is a rapidly evolving international VLBI array that is currently promoted under joint efforts among China,Japan and *** aims at forming a joint VLBI Network by combining a large number of radio telescopes distributed over East Asian *** the combination of the Korean VLBI Network(KVN) and the VLBI Exploration of Radio Astrometry(VERA) into Ka VA,further expansion with the joint array in East Asia is actively *** we report the first imaging results(at 22 and 43 GHz) of bright radio sources obtained with Ka VA connected to Tianma 65-m and Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescopes in *** test the EAVN imaging performance for different sources,we observed four active galactic nuclei(AGN) having different brightness and *** a result,we confirmed that the Tianma 65-m Radio Telescope(TMRT) significantly enhances the overall array sensitivity,a factor of 4 improvement in baseline sensitivity and 2 in image dynamic range compared to the case of Ka VA *** addition of the Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescope(NSRT) further doubled the east-west angular *** the resulting high-dynamic-range,high-resolution images with EAVN(Ka VA+TMRT+NSRT),various fine-scale structures in our targets,such as the counter-jet in M87,a kink-like morphology of the 3 C 273 jet and the weak emission in other sources are successfully *** demonstrates the powerful capability of EAVN to study AGN jets and to achieve other science goals in *** expansion of EAVN will further enhance the angular resolution,detection sensitivity and frequency coverage of the network.
