石墨烯的形貌特征对其场发射性能的影响

石墨烯具有优异的电学、热学和力学特性以及丰富的电子隧穿边缘,是场发射阴极的良好材料.本文通过调控化学气相沉积法制备石墨烯的生长参数,分别制备了单层石墨烯薄膜、石墨烯岛、有缓冲层石墨烯等3种形貌石墨烯,探究了石墨烯的形貌特征对其场发射性能的影响,并结合COMSOL多物理场仿真分析了石墨烯的形貌特征对其场发射性能的影响机制.实验结果表明,相比于单层石墨烯薄膜,石墨烯岛和有缓冲层石墨烯的开启场强分别降低至5.55 V/μm和5.83 V/μm,最大场发射电流密度也分别提升至40.3μA/cm^(2)和26.4μA/cm^(2).另一方面,在基底上连续分布的单层石墨烯薄膜和有缓冲层石墨烯场发射电流更稳定,在5 h的测试中,电流密度分别仅下降2%和4%.结合仿真结果可知,石墨烯的形貌特征对其场发射过程中的电场分布特性和散热能力具有重要的影响.石墨烯岛和有缓冲层石墨烯存在边界结构,使得场发射过程中局部电场集中,进而提升了场发射性能.石墨烯岛在基底上离散分布,未形成连续石墨烯薄膜,缺乏焦耳热横向散热通道,热量的积累将导致石墨烯岛发射体受到损伤,并影响其场发射电流稳定性.本文探究了石墨烯的形貌特征对其场发射性能的影响,并分析了相关影响机制,对石墨烯材料场发射性能的提高具有重要的意义.

Experiments exploring the propagation of heat waves within cylindrical CH foams were performed on the shenguang-Ⅲ prototype laser facility in *** this paper,the radiation fluxes out of CH foam cylinders at different angles are analyzed theoretically using the two-dimensional radiation hydrodynamics code *** to the difficulty in validating opacity and equation of state(EOS)data for high-Z plasmas,and to uncertainties in the measured radiation temperature Tr and the original foam densityρ0,multipliers are introduced to adjust the Au material parameters,Tr,andρ0 in our simulations to better explain the *** dependences of the peak radiation flux Fmax and the breakout time of the heat wave thalf(defined as the time corresponding to the radiation flux at half-maximum)on the radiation source,opacity,EOS,andρ0 scaling factors(η_(src),η_(op),η_(eos),and η_(ρ))are investigated via numerical simulations combined with ***,with the uncertainties in the measured Tr andρ0 fixed at 3.6%and 3.1%,respectively,experimental data are exploited as fiducial values to determine the ranges ofη_(op) andη*** is found that the ranges ofη_(op) andηeos fixed by this experiment overlap partially with those found in our previous work[Meng et al.,*** 20,092704(2013)].Based on the scaled opacity and EOS parameters,the values of F_(max) and t_(half) obtained via simulations are in good agreement with the measurements,with maximum errors∼9.5%and within 100 ps,respectively.

The urban water system theory is an extension of the basin water system science on an urban scale, providing a new systematic solution for the unbalanced human-water relationship and severe water challenges, such as waterlogging, black and odorous water, and ecological degradation caused by urbanization. Most existing studies on urban water systems have focused on individual water cycle processes linked with water supply and sewage treatment plants, but mutual feedback between the water cycle and its associated material circulation and water ecology, as well as human processes, still needs further exploration. In this paper, the concept, theory, and technical methodology of the urban water system were developed based on the water cycle and basin water system science. The Urban Water System 5.0(UWS 5.0) model was developed by integrating the Time Variant Gain rainfall-runoff Model with Urban water system(TVGM_Urban) in different underlying surface conditions for analyzing the natural-social water cycle processes and their associated water environmental and ecological processes and the influence of multiscale sponge measures. Herein, five major simulation functions were realized: rainfall-runoff-nonpoint source pollutant load,water and pollutant transportations through the drainage network system, terminal regulation and purification, socioeconomic water cycle, and water system assessment and regulation. The location for the case study used in this paper was Wuhan City. The findings showed that the entire urban water system should consider the built-up area and its associated rivers and lakes as the research object and explore the integrations among the urban natural-social water cycle and river regulations inside and outside of the city as well as the effects of socioeconomic development and sponge measures on the water quantity-quality-ecology processes. AIM: To ascertain whether side population (SP) cells in HXO-Rb44 retinoblastoma cell line have cancer stem cell-like property in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: We analyzed and sorted SP from HXO-Rb44 retinoblastoma cell line by Hoechst 33342 staining on flow cytometry. SP and NSP cells were determined their ability of proliferation and self-renewal by SP reanalysis, soft agar assay and tumor sphere assay in vitro. Clone formation was detected by seeding HXO-Rb44 and HXO-Rb44 -RFP cells into soft agar. The expression of ABCGZ MDRI Bmi-1 and Oct-4 was determined by RT-PCR between SP and non-SP (NSP) cells. Moreover, they were injected into nude mice to determine their tumorigency in vivo. RESULTS: SP from HXO-Rb44 retinoblastoma cell line could grow clonally in soft agar assays and form tumor spheres from single cells in conditioned media. The expressions of ABCG2, MDRI Bmi-1 and Oct-4 were significantly higher in SP than NSP cells. As few as SP cells resulted in tumor formation in 6 of 12 injected sites, however, the injection of NSP cells failed to form new tumor. CONCLUSION: SP cells isolated by Hoechst 33342 from the HXO-Rb44 retinoblastoma cell line had property of high tumorigency in vivo and in vitro Therefore, SP might be a target while developing retinoblastoma therapies.

Lithium intercalation mechanism for β-SnSb in Sn-Sb thin films

Based on the first-principles plane wave pseudo-potential method, the electronic structure and electrochemical performance of LixSn4Sb4 （x=2, 4, 6, and 8） and LixSn12-xSb4 （x=9, 10, 11, and 12） phases were calculated. A Sn-Sb thin film on a Cu foil was also prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering. The surface morphology, composition, and lithium intercalation/extraction behavior of the fabricated film were characterized by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD） and cyclic voltammetry （CV）. Lithium atoms can easily insert into and extract out of the β-SnSb cell due to the low lithium intercalation formation energy. It is found that lithium atoms first occupy the interstitial sites, and then Sn atoms at the lattice positions are replaced by excessive lithium. The dissociative Sn atoms continue to produce different Li-Sn phases, which will affect the electrode stability and lead to the undesirable effect due to their large volume expansion ratio. The calculated lithium intercalation potential is stable at about 0.7 V, which is consistent with the experimental result.

The insufficient active sites and slow interfacial charge trans-fer of photocatalysts restrict the efficiency of CO_(2) *** synchronized modulation of the above key issues is demanding and ***,strain-induced strategy is developed to construct the Bi–O-bonded interface in Cu porphyrin-based monoatomic layer(PML-Cu)and Bi_(12)O_(17)Br_(2)(BOB),which triggers the surface interface dual polarization of PML-Cu/BOB(PBOB).In this multi-step polarization,the built-in electric field formed between the interfaces induces the electron transfer from con-duction band(CB)of BOB to CB of PML-Cu and suppresses its reverse ***,the surface polarization of PML-Cu further promotes the electron converge in Cu *** introduction of PML-Cu endows a high density of dispersed Cu active sites on the surface of PBOB,significantly promoting the adsorption and activation of CO_(2) and CO *** conversion rate of CO_(2) photoreduction to CO for PBOB can reach 584.3μmol g-1,which is 7.83 times higher than BOB and 20.01 times than *** work offers valuable insights into multi-step polarization regulation and active site design for catalysts.
