An approach based on film buckling under simple uniaxial tensile testing was utilized in this paper to quan- titatively estimate the interfacial energy of the nanostructured multilayer films （NMFs） adherent to flexible substrates. The interfacial energies of polyimide-supported NMFs are determined to be ~ 5.0 J/m2 for Cu/Cr, ~4.1 J/m2 for Cu/ta, ~ 2.8 J/m2 for Cu/Mo, ~ 1.1 J/m2 for Cu/Nb, and ~ 1.2 J/m2 for Cu/Zr NMFs. Furthermore, a linear relationship between the adhesion energy and the interfacial shear strength is clearly demonstrated for the Cu-based NMFs, which is highly indicative of the applicability and reliability of the modified models.

采用电子束熔炼法制备了ta-2.5W合金,研究了18.8%、48.5%和75.8%不同冷轧变形量对ta-2.5W合金显微组织和力学性能的影响,并研究了退火对冷轧ta-2.5W合金显微组织、性能及织构的影响。结果表明:随着变形量的增加,合金的晶粒不断压扁拉长,变形量75.8%时已经形成明显的纤维组织,合金的硬度和强度随着变形量的增加不断提高,原因是加工硬化。开始变形时合金组织中形成{111}、{111}织构,随着变形量增加,开始出现{100}织构,{111}织构逐渐消失,当变形量达75.8%时主要为{100}织构,只剩下较少的{111}织构;随着退火温度的升高,合金的纤维状组织开始逐渐消失,出现大量的等轴晶粒,发生了再结晶,晶粒尺寸、分布更为均匀,织构强度逐渐降低;1450℃退火保温1 h后,合金再结晶比例达到95.7%,已基本完成再结晶,此时合金中的织构强度大幅降低,约为冷轧态时的50%;退火后合金的强度降低,但塑性显著增加,有利于其后续变形加工。

An ant colony optimization （ACO）-simulated annealing （SA）-based algorithm is developed for the target assignment problem （taP） in the air defense （AD） command and control （C2） system of surface to air missile （SAM） tactical unit. The accomplishment process of target assignment （ta） task is analyzed. A firing advantage degree （FAD） concept of fire unit （FU） intercepting targets is put forward and its evaluation model is established by using a linear weighted synthetic method. A ta optimization model is presented and its solving algorithms are designed respectively based on ACO and SA. A hybrid optimization strategy is presented and developed synthesizing the merits of ACO and SA. The simulation examples show that the model and algorithms can meet the solving requirement of taP in AD combat.

离群点检测作为数据挖掘领域的重要任务,其目的是从表示事件或对象行为的数据中找出不一致数据。目前大部分传统的无监督离群点检测算法,如基于距离或密度的方法,识别多维度空间离群数据时都存在因维度诅咒导致检测精度衰退的问题。论文提出了基于混合近邻的离群点检测算法,该算法以数据项的混合近邻作为新的局部影响空间,以双向共享近邻和欧式距离重新定义了数据项的相似度计算方式,通过对比数据项与其局部影响空间中样本的平均局部分布差异衡量数据的局部离群程度,从而识别离群点。在合成和真实数据集上和其他同类算法的对比实验结果证明,该算法在离群点检测方面具有一定的提高。

以ta15钛合金筋板特征构件为研究对象,首先,采用图像感知的实时监测方法,通过对图像进行捕捉获得任意时刻下的筋槽充填状态,并结合有限元模拟研究了筋槽中的材料流动及充填规律;其次,基于RSM-GA构建了双响应面回归模型,以此优化设计坯料尺寸参数,并利用GA优化算法开展智能决策;同时,建立不同坯料对筋槽充填的BP神经网络智能预测模型,配合PSO算法的智能决策进行稳健优化求解;随后,通过对比两个模型的优化解,得出RSM-GA模型精度较高且优化解的充填效果更好;最后,利用图像感知进行RSM-GA优化结果的物理实验模拟验证,证实了该研究在获得最佳筋槽充填的同时,可弱化坯料优化设计中不确定性因素波动的影响。

AIM To investigate the significance of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) in predicting severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). METHODS We recruited 71 patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) and excluded 11 of them; finally, cases of mild acute pancreatitis (MAP) (n = 30) and SAP (n = 30), and healthy volunteers (n = 20) were internalized to investigate levels of EPCs, C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), fibrinogen (FIB) and white blood cells (WBC) in peripheral blood. RESULTS The levels of TNF-alpha, WBC, FIB and CRP were higher both in SAP and MAP cases than in healthy volunteers (P 0.05). Receiver operating characteristics curve (ROC) showed that EPCs, TNF-alpha, CRP and FIB were significantly associated with SAP, especially EPCs and CRP were optimal predictive markers of SAP. When the cut-off point for EPCs and CRP were 2.26% and 5.94 mg/dL, the sensitivities were 90.0% and 73.3%, and the specificities were 83.3% and 96.7%. Although, CRP had the highest specificity, and EPCs had the highest sensitivity and highest area under the curve value (0.93). CONCLUSION Data suggest that EPCs may be a new biological marker in predicting SAP.

Background Almost half of the world’s population suffer from the Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, but only some individuals develop gastric diseases with clinical symptoms. One reason for the phenomenon may be the different pathogenicity of infected H. pylori strains. The presence of cytotoxin-associated gene A (cagA) and expression of vacuolating cytotoxin activity encoded by vacuolating cytotoxin gene A (vacA) are considered the two major virulent markers of H. pylori. The aim of this study was to detect dominant cagA/vacA genotypes and coinfection frequency of H. pylori in patients with peptic ulceration (PU) or chronic gastritis (CG), and to determine correlations among different cagA/vacA genotypes, coinfection and severity of the diseases. Methods For each of 139 patients in Zhejiang Province who had been diagnosed as PU or CG based on clinical symptoms and gastroscopy, two gastric biopsy specimens (one from antrum and the other from corpus) for H. pylori isolation were taken by two different disinfected biopsy forceps. One hundred and fifty-six H. pylori strains were isolated from both the antrum and corpus biopsy specimens of 78 patients (36 PU and 42 CG). PCRs were performed to detect cagA genes, and signal (s) and middle (m) regions of vacA genes in the H. pylori isolates. The amplified fragments of dominant vacA gene s and m subtypes from representative H. pylori isolates were sequenced after ta cloning.
