The anomalous photovoltaic(APV)effect is promising for high-performance ferroelectric materials and devices in photoelectric ***,it is a challenge how to tune the APV effect by utilizing the characteristic structure of ***,a domain engineering strategy is proposed to enhance the APV effect in lead-free 0.88(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3))-0.1.(Ba_(1.1.5x)S_(mx)TiO_(3))(NBT-BST)ferroelectric *** tuning the domain size based on Sm^(3+)doping,a maximum open-circuit voltage(VOC)of 1..1.V is obtained when Sm^(3+)content is 0.75%,which is much larger than its bandgap(Eg).The mechanism of this large VOC originates from the multiple positive effects induced by the small-size domain,where decreasing domain size enhances ferroelectric polarization and net interface barrier potential,leading to a large driving electric ***,the APV effect exhibits a giant temperature sensitivity due to the dramatic evolution of small-size domain in the temperature *** work sheds light on the exploration of ferroelectrics with APV effect and inspires their future high-performance optoelectronic device applications.

The undesirable dendrite growth induced by non-planar zinc(Zn)deposition and low Coulombic efficiency resulting from severe side reactions have been long-standing challenges for metallic Zn anodes and substantially impede the practical application of rechargeable aqueous Zn metal batteries(ZMBs).Herein,we present a strategy for achieving a high-rate and long-cycle-life Zn metal anode by patterning Zn foil surfaces and endowing a Zn-Indium(Zn-In)interface in the *** accumulation of electrons in the microchannel and the zincophilicity of the Zn-In interface promote preferential heteroepitaxial Zn deposition in the microchannel region and enhance the tolerance of the electrode at high current ***,electron aggregation accelerates the dissolution of non-(002)plane Zn atoms on the array surface,thereby directing the subsequent homoepitaxial Zn deposition on the array ***,the planar dendrite-free Zn deposition and long-term cycling stability are achieved(5,050 h at 1..0 mA cm^(−2) and 27,000 cycles at 20.0 mA cm^(−2)).Furthermore,a Zn/I_(2) full cell assembled by pairing with such an anode can maintain good stability for 3,500 cycles at 5.0 C,demonstrating the application potential of the as-prepared ZnIn anode for high-performance aqueous ZMBs.

Recently, memristors have garnered widespread attention as neuromorphic devices that can simulate synaptic behavior, holding promise for future commercial applications in neuromorphic computing. In this paper, we present a memristor with an Au/Bi_(3.2)La_(0.8)Ti_(3)O_(1.) (BLTO)/ITO structure, demonstrating a switching ratio of nearly 1.3 over a duration of 1.4 s. It successfully simulates a range of synaptic behaviors, including long-term potentiation and depression, paired-pulse facilitation, spike-timing-dependent plasticity, spike-rate-dependent plasticity etc. Interestingly, we also employ it to simulate pain threshold, sensitization, and desensitization behaviors of pain-perceptual nociceptor (PPN). Lastly, by introducing memristor differential pairs (1.1.-1.1.), we train a neural network, effectively simplifying the learning process, reducing training time, and achieving a handwriting digit recognition accuracy of up to 97.1. %. Overall, the proposed device holds immense potential in the field of neuromorphic computing, offering possibilities for the next generation of high-performance neuromorphic computing chips.
