Siliceous diatoms are one of the most prominent actors in the oceans, and they account for approximately 40% of the primary production and particulate organic ca.bon export flux. It is believed that changes in ca.bon flux ca.sed by variations in diatom distribution ca. lead to significa.t climate shifts. Although the fundamental pathways of diatom-driven ca.bon sequestration have long been established, there are no reports of ca.O3precipitation induced by marine diatom species. This manuscript introduces novel details regarding the enhancement of aragonite precipitation during photosynthesis in Skeletonema costatum in both artificial and natural seawater. Through direct measurements of cell surfaces via a pH microelectrode and zeta potential analyzer, it was determined that the diatom-mediated promotion of ca.O3precipitation is achieved through the creation of specific microenvironments with concentrated [CO32–] and [ca.+] and/or the dehydrating effect of adsorbed ca.+.Based on this mechanism, it is highly plausible that diatom-mediated ca.cifica.ion could occur in the oceans, an assertion that was supported by the significa.t deviation of total alkalinity（TA） from the conservative TA-salinity mixing line during a Skeletonema costatum bloom in the East China Sea and other similar occurrences. The newly discovered ca.cifica.ion pathway establishes a link between particulate inorganic and organic ca.bon flux and thus helps in the reassessment of marine ca.bon export fluxes and CO2sequestration efficiency. This discovery may have important ramifica.ions for assessing marine ca.bon cycling and predicting the potential effects of future ocean acidifica.ion.

现代学徒制中，企业师傅团队是学徒制中最为核心的要素之一。企业和企业师傅的价值实现是企业师傅团队建设和师傅带徒的内生动力。企业师傅团队建设要以企业和师傅的价值实现为导向，从企业师傅管理制度体系和师傅带徒能力体系两个方面建设企业师傅团队。在烟职-百世物流现代学徒制试点实践中，创新开发了“白名单、清单式、契约化”企业师傅团队和师傅带徒的管理制度体系，建设了“德、能”并重的企业师傅带徒核心能力体系以及“校企联动式”企业师傅带徒能力提升机制，全面提高师傅带徒能力，并以津贴和荣誉组合方式实现师傅的价值需求。为保证师傅带徒质量，创新建立了“一主一辅三阶段”师傅带徒全过程考核评价体系，对师傅的带徒各阶段予以客观评价。实践证明，以企业和师傅的价值需求为导向建设的企业师傅团队，能有效发挥师傅带徒的主动性和积极性，从而保证现代学徒制人才培养质量。

目的探讨全容积测量体素内不相干运动(IVIM)直方图参数对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法收集我院2021年2月-2022年10月术前行多模态磁共振检查并获得病理的153例女性共158例肿瘤。利用直方图处理软件得到肿瘤IVIM(D、D*、f)的直方图参数。采用两独立样本t检验(正态分布)或Mann-WhitneyU检验(偏态分布)比较乳腺良、恶性病灶的IVIM直方图参数的差异。绘制ROC评价IVIM直方图参数独立和联合鉴别诊断乳腺良、恶性病变的效能,Z检验评价联合诊断ROC下面积(AUC)差异性。单变量及多变量二元logisti回归分析独立影响因素。结果乳腺恶性病变116个,良性病变42个。良、恶性病变D(90th、熵、峰度、均值、中位数、最小值、偏度)、f峰度、D*(90th、熵、峰度、均值、中位数、最大值、偏度)单因素分析有统计学意义。AUC最大为D偏度(0.818);敏感度最高为D熵(0.957);特异度最高为D偏度(0.857);准确度最高为D偏度(0.797)。D直方图联合诊断AUC、敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为0.903、0.948、0.786、0.88;f直方图联合诊断分别为0.604、0.672、0.548、0.73;D*直方图联合诊断为0.833、0.897、0.619、0.823;IVIM直方图联合诊断为0.953、0.982、0.833、0.924;IVIM直方图联合诊断AUC面积最大,与D值、f值、D*直方图分别联合诊断AUC差异有统计学意义。D熵(OR=2.943;P=0.037)及D中位数(OR=0.984;P=0.029)为乳腺恶性病变独立影响因素。结论乳腺磁共振IVIM直方图参数联合能显著提高判断乳腺良恶性病变诊断效能,D熵及D中位数为乳腺恶性病变独立影响因素。

ca.diac conduction regulatory RNA(CCRR)has been documented as an antiarrhythmic lncRNA in our earlier *** study aimed to evaluate the effects of CCRR on SERca.a and the associated ca.(2+)homeostasis in myoca.dial infarction(MI).Overexpression of CCRR via AAV9-mediated delivery not only partially reversed ischemia-induced contractile dysfunction but also alleviated abnormal ca.(2+)homeostasis and reduced the heightened methylation level of SERca.a following *** effects were also observed in CCRR overexpressing transgenic mice.A conserved sequence domain of CCRR mimicked the protective function observed with the full ***,silencing CCRR in healthy mice led to intracellular ca.(2+)overloading of *** increased SERca.a protein stability by upregulating FTO *** direct interaction between CCRR and FTO protein was characterized by RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation(RIP)analysis and RNA pulldown *** of NFATc3 was identified as an upstream mechanism responsible for CCRR downregulation in *** study demonstrates that CCRR is a protective lncRNA that acts by maintaining the function of FTO,thereby reducing the m^(6)A RNA methylation level of SERca.a,ultimately preserving ca.cium homeostasis for myoca.dial contractile function in ***,CCRR may be considered a promising therapeutic strategy with a beneficial role in ca.diac pathology.
