a.ms: Polymorphisms of the β-a.renergic receptor, the frequency of which ma. differ in ethnic groups, a.ters β-receptor function. The a.m of this study wa. to elucida.e the frequency of β1 a.d β2-a.renergic receptor polymorphisms in hea.thy Greeks a.d to compa.e with those of Ca.ca.ia. Europea. (Euro) a.d a.rica. a.erica. (a.) origin. Methods: Ninety-nine individua.s with a.media. a.e of 63 without clinica. evidence of a.y disea.e were studied. Blood sa.ples were obta.ned a.d common β1 a.d β2-a.renergic receptor polymorphisms tha. cha.ge the en-coded a.ino a.id were determined by pyrosequencing. Results: The most common β1-a.renergic receptor polymorphism in Greeks is nucleotide substitution cytosine for gua.ine a. position 1165 (1165 C/G) resulting in a.ino a.id substitution a.ginine for glycine a. position 389 (389 a.g/Gly) with a.minor a.lele frequency of 28% (Euro 27%, a. 42%);this polymorphism increa.es the sensitivity of the β1-receptor. The most common β2-a.renergic receptor polymorphism in Greeks is the nucleotide substitution gua.ine for a.enine a. position 46 (46 G/a. resulting in a.ino a.id substitution glycine for a.ginine a. position 16 (16 Gly/a.g) with a.minor a.lele frequency of 38% (Euro 41%, a. 50%);this polymerphism fa.ilita.es receptor down-regula.ion during chronic a.renergic stimula.ion. Conclusion: The most common β1 a.d β2-a.renergic receptor polymorphisms in the Greek popula.ion a.e simila. to those of other Europea. a.cestry, a.d less common tha. in those of a.rica. origin indica.ing va.ia.ility in ethnic groups. This informa.ion provides insight into common polymorphisms tha. ma. a.sist in optimizing β-a.ta.onist a.d a.onist thera.y.

We presented a.qua.tity judgment ta.k tha. involved compa.ing two sequentia.ly presented sets of items to preschoolers a.d chimpa.zees using nea.ly identica. procedures tha. excluded verba. instructions to children. Tria. difficulty in this ta.k reflected the ra.io difference between sets of discrete items where la.ger ra.ios （e.g., 0.80 a. from compa.ing 4 to 5） were more difficult tha. sma.ler ones （e.g., 0.50 a. from compa.ing 4 to 8）. Children a.so completed verba.-ba.ed ta.ks probing the rela.ionskip between counting proficiency a.d performa.ce on the qua.tity judgment ta.k of sequentia.ly presented identica. sized items. Both species＇ performa.ce wa. best when ra.ios between compa.ison sets were sma.l rega.dless of set size in a.l types of ta.ks. Genera.ly, chimpa.zees a.d older children performed better tha. younger children except a. la.ger ra.ios. Children＇s counting proficiency wa. not rela.ed to success in choosing the la.ger of two qua.tities of identica.-sized items. These results indica.e tha. chimpa.zees a.d children sha.e a. a.proxima.e number sense tha. is reflected through a.a.og ma.nitude estima.ion when compa.ing qua.tities [Current Zoology 57 （4）： 419-428, 2011].

目的这份科学声明为卒中存活者的体力活动和锻炼建议提供了一份证据纵览。证据提示，卒中存活者会经历体力下降（physica. deconditioning）并导致久坐的生活方式。因此，本更新版科学声明旨在为医务人员提供全面的指导，使其更好地理解体力活动的益处，并为卒中存活者各个恢复阶段的锻炼方案提供推荐意见。方法写作组成员由美国心脏协会（a.erica. 本文旨在为IV期非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗提供更新版推荐。本文资料检索源自2002年以来公布的相关随机试验文献。此指南范围限于化疗与生物治疗。更新委员会对这些文献进行了总结并提供了推荐更新。162篇文献符合标准被纳入参考。本推荐基于可改善总生存期的治疗方法。仅改善无进展生存期的治疗方法推动了对毒性及生存质量的监测。对于体力状态评分为0分或1分患者的一线治疗,可推荐以铂类为基础的细胞毒性药物的两药联用。对铂类治疗有禁忌的患者,可采用非铂类细胞毒性两药联合。对于体力状态评分为2分的患者,单一细胞毒性药物即可。对于疾病进展或经过4个周期的治疗仍对治疗无反应的患者,应停止一线细胞毒性化疗。即使在6个周期后患者对治疗仍有反应,亦应停止两药细胞毒性化疗。对于伴有明确的表皮生长因子受体(epiderma. growth fa.tor receptor,EGFR)突变的患者,可推荐一线采用吉非替尼治疗;对于EGFR突变为阴性或不明确的患者,细胞毒性化疗更佳。除具有特定临床特征的患者外,可推荐贝伐单抗与卡铂-紫杉醇联用。对于通过免疫组化证实EGFR阳性的肿瘤患者,可推荐西妥昔单抗与顺铂-长春瑞滨联用。多西紫杉醇、厄洛替尼、吉非替尼或培美曲塞被推荐作为二线治疗。对于未曾接受过厄洛替尼或吉非替尼治疗的患者,可推荐厄洛替尼作为三线治疗。现有数据不足以推荐常规三线采用细胞毒性药物。已有的证据也不足以推荐常规应用分子标记物选择化疗。
