Solving traffic data occlusion problems in computer vision algorithms using DeepSORT and quantum computing

Inaccuracies of traffic sensors during traffic counting and vehicle classification have persisted as transportation agencies have been prompted to calibrate sensors *** of multiple objects,heavy occlusions,and similar appearances in congested places are some causes of computer vision model *** paper used the YOLOv5 model for detection and the DeepSORT model for tracking *** to the nature of the reported problem caused by many misses and mismatches,the power of quantum computing with the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)optimizer was leveraged.A basic Kalman filter and the Hungarian algorithm features were used in combination with a quantum optimizer to present robust multiple object tracking(MOT)*** hybrid combination of the classical and quantum model has fastened learning the occludes during frame matching of tracks and detections by generating minimum quantum cost function *** with the existing models indicated a significant increase in the primary MOT metric multiple object tracking accuracy(MOTA)by 16%more than the regular YOLOv5-DeepSORT model when using a quantum ***,a 6%multiple object tracking precision(MOTP)increases and a 6%identification metrics(F_(1))score increase were observed using the quantum optimizer with identity switching reduced from 6 to *** model is expected to assist transportation officials in improving the accuracy of traffic counts and vehicle classification and reduce the need for regular computer vision software calibration.

Obesity is one of the diseases with severe health consequences and rapidly increasing worldwide *** the complex network of food intake and energy balance regulation is an essential prerequisite for pharmacological intervention with obesity.G protein-coupled receptors(GPcRs)are among the main modulators of metabolism and energy ***,for instance,regulate appetite and satiety in certain hypothalamic neurons,as well as glucose and lipid metabolism and hormone secretion from *** in some GPcRs,such as the melanocortin receptor type 4(Mc4R),have been associated with early-onset ***,we identified the adhesion GPcR latrophilin 1(ADGRL1/LPHN1)as a member of the regulating network governing food intake and the maintenance of energy *** of the highly conserved receptor in mice results in increased food consumption and severe obesity,accompanied by dysregulation of glucose ***,we identified a partially inactivating mutation in human ADGRL1/LPHN1 in a patient suffering from ***,we propose that LPHN1 dysfunction is a risk factor for obesity development.

Designing super-broadband transparent conductors is challenging because of the exclusive nature of conductivity and infrared ***,using a one-step process,we created vertically aligned nanocomposite conducting films with high transparency across a super-broad wavelength *** aligned transparent Ba_(3)V_(2)O_(8)nanocolumns with lateral-100-nm widths enable high transmittance(>50%,even at a 4-μm wavelength)for all incident light and outperform that of Sn-doped In_(2)O_(3),while the conducting SrVO_(3)matrix retains low resistivity(cm at room temperature).A combined study of scanning transmission electron microscopy,scattering scanning nearfield infrared microscopy,and X-ray diffraction revealed that spontaneous phase separation of Ba_(3)V_(2)O_(8)nanocolumns in a SrVO_(3)matrix film occurs via self-assembled epitaxial *** vertically aligned nanocomposite films provide a fertile platform for next-generation optoelectronics.

Rapid economic development over the past two decades in Asian countries such as china and India has raised awareness of pollution control measures necessary to protect public health and welfare. The 7th Asian Aerosol conference （AAc） of the Asian Aerosol Research Assembly （AARA）, was held in Xi＇an, china, during August 17-20, 2011. The 7th AAc engaged 550 participants from the sciences, industry, and regulatory communities from 21 countries. The conference included -350 plenary, platform, and poster presentations. In this special issue of PARTIcUOLOGY, 15 peer-reviewed scientific articles have been selected to publish from the conference abstracts to represent recent advances for aerosol and environment study in Asia.

Interpreting a myocardial inflammation as causal,contributory or as of no significance at all in the cause of death can be challenging,especially in cases where other pathologic and/or medico-legal findings are also *** further evaluate the significance of myocardial inflammation as a cause of death we performed a retrospective cohort study of forensic and clinical autopsy *** revised the spectrum of histological inflammatory parameters in the myocardium of 79 adult autopsy cases and related these to the reported cause of *** slides were reviewed for the distribution and intensity of inflammatory cell infiltrations,the predominant inflammatory cell type,and the presence of inflammation-associated myocyte injury,fibrosis,edema and ***,the cases were divided over three groups,based on the reported cause of *** 1(n=27)consisted of all individuals with an obvious unnatural cause of *** 2(n=29)included all individuals in which myocarditis was interpreted to be one out of more possible causes of *** 3(n=23)consisted of all individuals in which myocarditis was reported to be the only significant finding at autopsy,and no other cause of death was *** application of our histological parameters showed that only a diffuse increase of inflammatory cells could discriminate between an incidental presence of inflammation(Group 1)or a potentially significant one(Groups 2 and 3).No other histological parameter showed significant differences between the *** results suggest that generally used histological parameters are often insufficient to differentiate an incidental myocarditis from a(potentially)significant one.
