随着我国经济发展,城市污水和工业废水排放量不断增加。由于目前污水处理厂多采用生物法,二次出水中仍含有部分难以被生物降解的有机物,如果不经过处理直接排放,会对人体和生态环境造成威胁。污水二级出水有机物(EfOM)是污水经二级生化处理后剩余的有机物,主要来源于天然有机物、可溶性微生物产物和合成有机化合物。文中介绍了EfOM的主要组成并对其进行了量化和表征,综述了各种深度处理工艺(即混凝、高级氧化、吸附、膜分离)在去除EfOM方面的性能和优缺点,并通过组合工艺对污染物去除效果与单一工艺进行对比分析,为EfOM的有效去除提供理论依据。

目的探讨血清组织蛋白酶S(CTSS)、颗粒蛋白前体(PGRN)及趋化因子配体12(CXCL12)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重的预测价值。方法选择2020年1月至2023年2月铜陵市立医院收治的202例COPD患者为研究对象,根据是否发生急性加重分为急性加重组(n=64)和非急性加重组(n=138),收集2组患者的血清CTSS、PGRN、CXCL12水平及年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)、病程、吸烟史、第一秒呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分等临床资料。采用单因素分析比较2组患者各指标的差异,多因素logistic回归分析COPD患者发生急性加重的独立危险因素,Pearson相关分析血清CTSS、PGRN及CXCL12水平与FEV1%和CAT评分的相关性,相对危险度分析不同水平CTSS、PGRN及CXCL12对COPD患者急性加重的影响,受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线评估血清CTSS、PGRN及CXCL12水平对COPD患者急性加重的预测效能。结果单因素分析结果显示,2组患者的年龄、性别、BMI、病程比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者吸烟者占比、FEV1%、CAT评分及血清CTSS、PGRN、CXCL12水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,血清CTSS、PGRN及CXCL12水平升高是COPD患者急性加重的危险因素(P<0.05)。不同FEV1%、CAT评分患者血清CTSS、PGRN、CXCL12水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,血清CTSS、PGRN、CXCL12水平与FEV1%呈负相关,与CAT评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。危险度分析显示,血清CTSS、PGRN、CXCL12高水平COPD患者急性加重的风险分别是低水平患者的2.089倍(95%置信区间:1.341~3.253)、2.294倍(95%置信区间:1.363~3.862)、2.359倍(95%置信区间:1.459~3.815)。ROC曲线分析显示,血清CTSS、PGRN、CXCL12水平单独预测COPD患者急性加重风险的曲线下面积分别为0.780、0.811、0.775,三者联合预测COPD患者急性加重风险的曲线下面积为0.923。结论血清CTSS、PGRN及CXCL12水平是COPD急性加重的危险因素,血清CTSS、PGRN及CXCL12水平异常升高会显著增加COPD急性加重风险,血清CTSS、PGRN及CXCL12水平联合预测COPD急性加重风险的效能较优。

Powered by advanced information technology,more and more complex systems are exhibiting characteristics of the cyber-physical-social systems(CPSS).In this context,computational experiments method has emerged as a novel approach for the design,analysis,management,control,and integration of CPSS,which can realize the causal analysis of complex systems by means of“algorithmization”of“counterfactuals”.However,because CPSS involve human and social factors(e.g.,autonomy,initiative,and sociality),it is difficult for traditional design of experiment(DOE)methods to achieve the generative explanation of system *** address this challenge,this paper proposes an integrated approach to the design of computational experiments,incorporating three key modules:1)Descriptive module:Determining the influencing factors and response variables of the system by means of the modeling of an artificial society;2)Interpretative module:Selecting factorial experimental design solution to identify the relationship between influencing factors and macro phenomena;3)Predictive module:Building a meta-model that is equivalent to artificial society to explore its operating ***,a case study of crowd-sourcing platforms is presented to illustrate the application process and effectiveness of the proposed approach,which can reveal the social impact of algorithmic behavior on“rider race”.

This paper focuses on linear-quadratic(LQ)optimal control for a class of systems governed by first-order hyperbolic partial differential equations(PDEs).Different from most of the previous works,an approach of discretization-then-continuousization is proposed in this paper to cope with the infinite-dimensional nature of PDE *** contributions of this paper consist of the following aspects:(1)The differential Riccati equations and the solvability condition of the LQ optimal control problems are obtained via the discretization-then-continuousization method.(2)A numerical calculation way of the differential Riccati equations and a practical design way of the optimal controller are ***,the relationship between the optimal costate and the optimal state is established by solving a set of forward and backward partial difference equations(FBPDEs).(3)The correctness of the method used in this paper is verified by a complementary continuous method and the comparative analysis with the existing operator results is *** is shown that the proposed results not only contain the classic results of the standard LQ control problem of systems governed by ordinary differential equations as a special case,but also support the existing operator results and give a more convenient form of computation.

【目的】探究ClO_(4)^(−)和Cr^(6+)在复合污染条件下对水生生态系统的生态毒理效应。【方法】构建水生生态系统,分别放入生长状况一致的水葫芦Eichhornia crassipes、隆线溞Daphnia carinata和福寿螺Pomacea canaliculata,使其暴露于不同质量浓度ClO_(4)^(−)和Cr^(6+)及其复合污染的水体中,研究ClO_(4)^(−)和Cr^(6+)在单一和复合条件下对水葫芦、隆线溞和福寿螺的生态毒理效应。【结果】随着暴露时间增加,隆线溞的种群增长呈先上升后下降的趋势。0.02 mg·L^(−1)的Cr^(6+)可促进隆线溞生长,200 mg·L^(−1)的ClO_(4)^(−)和0.20 mg·L^(−1)的Cr^(6+)及复合污染处理均对隆线溞生长起抑制作用。0.02 mg·L^(−1)的Cr^(6+)对福寿螺的生长无明显影响,但单一的ClO_(4)^(−)(20和200 mg·L^(−1))和0.20 mg·L^(−1)的Cr^(6+)及复合污染处理均对福寿螺的生长具有明显的抑制作用。随着水中污染物质量浓度的增加,水葫芦各器官中的ClO_(4)^(−)和Cr^(6+)含量相应增加;相同浓度水平下,水葫芦各器官中ClO_(4)^(−)的含量高低顺序为:叶>茎>根,Cr^(6+)含量的顺序为:根>茎>叶。与水葫芦相比,隆线溞和福寿螺体内的ClO_(4)^(−)含量较低。【结论】ClO_(4)^(−)与Cr^(6+)的单一和复合污染均对水生生态系统中的生物造成了毒害作用。水葫芦对ClO_(4)^(−)和Cr^(6+)均有较强的吸收能力,富集ClO_(4)^(−)的主要器官是叶片、富集Cr^(6+)的主要器官是根部,隆线溞和福寿螺对ClO_(4)^(−)也有一定的吸收,但吸收能力弱于水葫芦。

Three lanthanide ions and a rigid(1,1'-biphenyl)-2,4,6-tricarboxylic acid(H_(3)bptc) ligand led to the isostructural lanthanide metal-organic frameworks(Ln-MOFs) {[Ln(bptc)(H_(2)O)_(3)]·3H_(2)O}_n(Lnbptc, Ln = Eu,Tb, Gd, Eu_(x)Tb_(1—x), Eu_(x)Gd_(1-x), Tb_(x)Gd_(1-x), and Eu_(0.12)Tb_(0.52)Gd_(0.36)). The density functional theory(DFT) and time-dependent DFT calculation were expanded on H_3bptc, which point to the occurrence of “antenna effect”. The minor diameter samples of Eubptc, Tbbptc, and Gdbptc can also be attained via the microwave synthesis and employed for handwriting anticounterfeiting. Interestingly, the typical red emission of Eu^(3+) and green emission of Tb~(3+) could be fine-tuned by Gd^(3+) via chemical mixing to be full-color emissions bimetallic doped Eu_(x)Tb_(1-x)bptc, Eu_(x)Gd_(1-x)bptc, and Tb_(x)Gd_(1-x)bptc. The above synthetic bimetallic MOFs can be fixed in positioning boxes of quick response(QR) codes with diverse emission for anticounterfeiting. The message can be decoded under the irradiation of 365 nm ultraviolet lamp while invisible in the daylight. Notably, the trimetallic doped Eu_(0.12)Tb_(0.52)Gd_(0.36)bptc emits white light with the CIE color coordinate(0.34, 0.34). Furthermore, Tbbptc is demonstrated to be a sensitive probe toward nitrobenzene and acetone with multiple mechanisms.
