Effect of Silicon Content on Thermodynamics of Austenite Decomposition in C-Si-Mn TRIP Steels

Some numerical models such as central atoms model （CAM） and superelement model were used to simulate the thermodynamics of austenite decomposition in the Fe-C-Mn-Si TRIP （transformation induced plasticity） steels. Thermodynamic calculations were carried out under a para-equilibrium （PE） condition. The results show that certain silicon content can accelerate the polygonal ferritic transformation and increase the volume fraction and stability of retained austenite by retarding the precipitation of carbides during the bainitic transformation.

Objective:To reevaluate whether relatively few oocytes obtained in one cycle are an indication for intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI).Methods:A total of 406 cycles with three or fewer retrieved oocytes performed in 396 non-male infertile couples were retrospectively *** were classified into three groups by different fertilization techniques:the in vitro fertilization(IVF) group,insemination with conventional IVF;the ICSI group,insemination with ICSI though semen parameters were normal;and the rescue ICSI group,re-insemination with ICSI after conventional IVF ***:The ICSI group resulted in higher normal fertilization compared with the conventional IVF ***,the cycle cancellation rate was decreased in the ICSI group,though it was not statistically *** clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate were lower in the ICSI group compared with the conventional IVF *** ICSI was a method to avert total fertilization failure in conventional IVF,increasing fertilization and ensuring embryo availability for transfer,but the normal fertilization was the lowest due to delayed insemination and the chance of pregnancy was very ***:Obtaining only few oocytes in one cycle is not considered as an indication for ICSI when the sperm sample is apparently *** ICSI is either not recommended if conventional insemination *** patients should not be subjected to the unnecessary costs and potential risks of ICSI.

Objective: The effect of alterations in vaginal flora during pregnancy remains uncertain. We compared the flora distribution in women with spontaneous abortion(SA) and those in normal ***: Samples of vaginal discharge were obtained from 3,233 women attending the Gynecological and Public Health Centre of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013. Pathogen culture testing was performed by the Microbiological Diagnostic Centre of our hospital, including SA group(n= 1,513), normal first-trimester group(NP group, n = 908), and nonpregnant women(control group, n= 812).Results: Of 3,233 vaginal discharge samples, 425 samples(13.15%) were positive for pathogen. The pathogen detection rate was19.96%(302/1,513), 7.93%(72/908), and 6.28%(51/812) in the SA, NP, and control groups, respectively. The five most common bacteria were Enterococcus faecalis, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, group B Streptococcus(GBS), and Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) in the SA group; Uu, C. albicans, Candida tropicalis, GBS, and *** in the NP group; and Candida glabrata, Uu, E. coli, Gardnerella vaginalis,and C. albicans in the control ***: In the SA group, the pathogen detection rate was markedly elevated. An infection of Candida sp. in pregnant women was relatively common. In routine antenatal care, overtreatment is not recommended in asymptomatic candidiasis. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of Uu between the SA group and the other two groups, suggesting that it does not cause SA.

A novel voltage-withstand substrate with high-K（HK, k 〉 3.9, k is the relative permittivity） dielectric and low specific on-resistance（Ron,sp） bulk-silicon, high-voltage LDMOS（HKLR LDMOS）is proposed in this paper. The high-K dielectric and highly doped interface N＋-layer are made in bulk silicon to reduce the surface field drift region. The high-K dielectric can fully assist in depleting the drift region to increase the drift doping concentration（Nd） and reshape the electric field distribution. The highly doped N＋-layer under the high-K dielectric acts as a low resistance path to reduce the Ron,sp. The new device with the high breakdown voltage（BV）, the low Ron,sp, and the excellent figure of merit（FOM = BV^2/Ron,sp） is obtained. The BV of HKLR LDMOS is 534 V, Ron,sp is 70.6 m？·cm^2, and FOM is 4.039 MW·cm^（-2）.

To the Editor： During the past decade, community-acquired, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus （CA-MRSA） cases, which show rapid progression and high mortality, have emerged worldwide. However, invasive CA-MRSA infections are relatively rare in our clinical work, some CA-MRSA pneumonia cases were reported during the past years. Here, we describe a case of CA-MRSA pneumonia that was successfully treated using a combination of antimicrobials and surgical therapy.

The coupling of washing with adsorption process can be adopted for the treatment of soils contaminated with heavy metals ***,the complex environment of soil and the competitive behavior of leaching chemicals considerably restrain adsorption capacity of adsorbent material during washing process,which demands a higher resistance of the adsorbents to *** this study,we synthesized strongly magnetic,high specific surface area(573.49 m^(2)/g)UiO66 composites(i.e.,UiO66-Fe_(3)O_(4))using hydrothermal *** UiO66-Fe_(3)O_(4) was applied as an adsorbent during the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)-assisted washing process of contaminated *** incorporation of UiO66-Fe_(3)O_(4)results in rapid heavy metal removal and recovery from the soil under low concentrations of washing agent(0.001 mol/L)with reduced residual heavy metal mobility of soil after ***,UiO66-Fe_(3)O_(4)can quickly recollect by an external magnet,which offers a simple and inexpensive recovery method for heavy metals from contaminated ***,UiO66-Fe_(3)O_(4)configuration with EDTA-assisted washing process showed opportunities for heavy metals contaminated sites.
