This study aimed to develop a pan-genotypic and multifunctional small interfering RNA(siRNA)against hepatitis B virus(HBV)with an efficient delivery system for treating chronic hepatitis B(CHB),and explore combined RNA interference(RNAi)and immune modulatory modalities for better viral *** synthetic siRNAs targeting consensus motifs distributed across the whole HBV genome were designed and *** lipid nanoparticle(LNP)formulation was optimized by adopting HO-PEG_(2000)-DMG lipid and modifying the molar ratio of traditional polyethylene glycol(PEG)lipid in LNP *** efficacy and safety of this formulation in delivering siHBV(tLNP/siHBV)along with the mouse IL-2(mIL-2)mRNA(tLNP/siHBVIL2)were evaluated in the rAAVHBV1.3 mouse model.A siRNA combination(terms“siHBV”)with a genotypic coverage of 98.55%was selected,chemically modified,and encapsulated within an optimized LNP(tLNP)of high efficacy and security to fabricate a therapeutic formulation for *** results revealed that tLNP/siHBV significantly reduced the expression of viral antigens and DNA(up to 3log_(10)reduction;vs PBs)in dose-and time-dependent manners at single-dose or multi-dose frequencies,with satisfactory safety *** studies showed that tLNP/siHBVIL2 enables additive antigenic and immune control of the virus,via introducing potent HBsAg clearance through RNAi and triggering strong HBV-specific CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)T cell responses by expressed mIL-2 *** adopting tLNP as nucleic acid nanocarriers,the co-delivery of siHBV and mIL-2 mRNA enables synergistic antigenic and immune control of HBV,thus offering a promising translational therapeutic strategy for treating CHB.

Association of interpregnancy interval and risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in woman by different previous gestational ages

Evaluation of The Effectiveness of Abdominal and Vaginal B-Ultrasound in The Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the combined application of abdominal and vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: Eighty patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected, all of whom were acute abdomen patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In this study, the patients were divided into two groups. One group of 40 patients was given a simple abdominal B-ultrasound diagnosis (control group). The other group of 40 patients was given both abdominal and vaginal B-ultrasound examinations (experimental group). The diagnostic accuracy between the two groups was compared. Results: Patients in the experimental group had higher consistency rates with pathological diagnosis results in ectopic pregnancy rupture, embryonic arrest, acute pelvic inflammation, corpus luteum rupture, and intrauterine adhesions as compared to the control group. At the same time, the inspection accuracy rate of the experimental group (92.50%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%) (P sion: The combined application of abdominal and vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen was of great significance in improving the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and guiding doctors to provide effective treatment.

Angiotensin II (Ang II) is the main mediator of the Renin-Angiotensin-system acting on ATsub>1sub> and other AT receptors. It is regarded as a pleiotropic agent that induces many actions, including functioning as a growth factor, and as a contractile hormone, among others. The aim of this work was to examine the impact of Ang II on the expression and function of αsub>1sub>-adrenergic receptors (αsub>1sub>-ARs) in cultured rat aorta, and aorta-derived smooth muscle cells. Isolated Wistar rat aorta was incubated for 24 h in DMEM at 37˚C, then subjected to isometric tension and to the action of added norepinephrine, in concentration-response curves. Ang II was added (1 × 10sup>−5sup> M), and in some experiments, 5-Methylurapidil (αsub>1Asub>-AR antagonist), AH11110A (αsub>1Bsub>-AR antagonist), or BMY-7378 (αsub>1Dsub>-AR antagonist), were used to identify the αsub>1sub>-AR involved in the response. Desensitization of the contractile response to norepinephrine was observed due to incubation time, and by the Ang II action. αsub>1Dsub>-AR was protected from desensitization by BMY-7378;while Rs-100329 and prazosin partially mitigated desensitization. In another set of experiments, isolated aorta-derived smooth muscle cells were exposed to Ang II and αsub>1sub>-ARs proteins were evaluated. αsub>1Dsub>-AR increased at 30 and 60 min post Ang II exposure, the αsub>1Asub>-AR diminished from 1 to 4 h, while αsub>1Bsub>-AR remained unchanged over 24 h of Ang II exposure. Ang II induced an increase of αsub>1Dsub>-AR at short times, and BMY-7378 protected αsub>1Dsub>-AR from desensitization.

Effects of Al_(2)O_(3)-siO_(2) Raw Material Types on Properties of Anorthite Based Insulation Refractories

“Three Beauties”Principle in the English Versions of“Jing Ye si”--Translations by Xu and Fletcher as Examples

“Jing Ye si”is a classical poem with international influence by the Chinese poet Li Bai in the Tang Dynasty,which expresses the poet’s deep *** paper compares and analyzes its two English versions translated by the Chinese translator Xu Yuanchong and the British translator *** based on the“three beauties”principle(beauty in sense,beauty in sound,and beauty in form),and discovers that the English version of Xu basically achieves the unity of the“three beauties”,while the English version of Fletcher realizes the“beauty in sound and form”,but deviates from the“beauty in sense”mainly owing to the inaccurate comprehension of the moon as an image and other *** analysis may afford us with certain reference in poetry translation.

Analysis of the Efficacy of Prenatal B-Ultrasound in Diagnosing Fetal Abnormalities

Objective:To explore the positive significance of using prenatal B-ultrasound in diagnosing fetal ***:A total of 200 pregnant women who visited shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were recruited as the research *** pregnant women received prenatal examinations.A retrospective analysis was carried out to analyze the positive significance of prenatal B-ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of fetal ***:Prenatal B-ultrasound examination detected 10 cases of fetal abnormalities,with a detection rate of 5.00%.When compared with the postnatal examination results of 5.50%,the difference was insignificant(P>0.05).Moreover,comparing the fetal limb abnormalities and cardiovascular abnormalities in prenatal B-ultrasound examination and postnatal examination,one case of congenital heart disease was missed in the prenatal B-ultrasound examination,and the others were consistent with the postnatal examination results,with a coincidence rate of 90.91%,indicating a high compliance ***:Fetal abnormalities have a great impact on mothers,babies,and families,and it is particularly important to strengthen diagnosis during this *** B-ultrasound examination can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of fetal abnormalities and can be promoted in clinical practice as a basis for screening fetal abnormalities.
