Searching for the neutrinoless double beta decay(NLDBD)is now regarded as the topmost promising technique to explore the nature of neutrinos after the discovery of neutrino masses in oscillation *** X-III(particle and astrophysical xenon experiment III)will search for the NLDBD of136Xe at the China Jin Ping Underground Laboratory(CJPL).In the first phase of the experiment,a high pressure gas Time Projection Chamber(TPC)will contain 200 kg,90%136Xe enriched gas operated at10 *** pitch micro-pattern gas detector(Microbulk Micromegas)will be used at both ends of the TPC for the charge readout with a cathode in the *** signals can be used to reconstruct the electron tracks of the NLDBD events and provide good energy and spatial *** detector will be immersed in a large water tank to ensure～5 m of water shielding in all *** second phase,a ton-scale experiment,will consist of five TPCs in the same water tank,with improved energy resolution and better control over backgrounds.

This study concerned how well-educated Taiwanese American women practice their motherhood and how they held their parenting belief in America after immigration. Researcher made in-depth interviews in 1999-2000 and use parental ethnographical methods with 7 Well-educated Taiwanese American Women (WTAW), from age 30 -50, who lived in New York, Boston, San francisco, and San Jose. Results show (a) Family benefit is always prior to WTAW’s own need fulfillment based on Taiwanese culturally belief. When the interviewees first fit into new environment with Taiwanese family-oriented value, they tend to lived in more isolated and conservative status in America. Objective: To evaluate transperineal laser ablation (TPLA) with Echolaser® (Echolaser® TPLA, Elesta S.p.A., Calenzano, Italy) as a treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer (PCa) using the Delphi consensus ***: Italian and international experts on BPH and PCa participated in a collaborative consensus project. During two rounds, they expressed their opinions on Echolaser® TPLA for the treatment of BPH and PCa answering online questionnaires on indications, methodology, and potential complications of this technology. Level of agreement or disagreement to reach consensus was set at 75%. If the consensus was not achieved, questions were modified after each round. A final round was performed during an online meeting, in which results were discussed and ***: Thirty-two out of forty invited experts participated and consensus was reached on all topics. Agreement was achieved on recommending Echolaser® TPLA as a treatment of BPH in patients with ample range of prostate volume, from 80 mL (80%), comorbidities (100%), antiplatelet or anticoagulant treatment (96%), indwelling catheter (77%), and strong will of preserving ejaculatory function (100%). Majority of respondents agreed that Echolaser® TPLA is a potential option for the treatment of localized PCa (78%) and recommended it for low-risk PCa (90%). During the final round, experts concluded that it can be used for intermediate-risk PCa and it should be proposed as an effective alternative to radical prostatectomy for patients with strong will of avoiding urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction. Almost all participants agreed that the transperineal approach of this organ-sparing technique is safer than transrectal and transurethral approaches typical of other techniques (97% of agreement among experts). 目的建立MR关节软骨自旋锁定旋转坐标系中的自旋-晶格弛豫时间（T1ρ）三维成像技术和量化分析方法。方法用7．0TMR机和内径为6cm的圆柱形鸟笼23Na—H射频线圈，采用自旋锁定自动补偿脉冲簇和三维自旋回波序列，自旋锁定时间（spin—lockingtime，TSL）分别为0、10、20、30、40和50ms，自旋锁定频率带宽为440Hz（自旋锁定磁场BSL），对6个不同浓度（1％～6％）琼脂糖凝胶体模和8个猪髌骨分别进行自旋锁定T1ρ成像扫描，建立自旋锁定T1ρ成像技术并评价其重复性。在VnmrJ图像终端上，利用自行编制的软件进行三维重组自旋锁定T1ρWI，并重构T1ρ弛豫时间图；采用人工标注的方法画感兴趣区，分别测定体模与髌骨软骨T1ρWI的信噪比（SNR）与T1ρ值。T1ρ值在各组间的对比，行单因素方差分析；软骨组织与琼脂糖体模SNR随时间对比关系的假设检验，行多因素方差分析。结果关节软骨T1ρWI的SNR值、短自旋锁定时间采集图像的SNR值明显高于长自旋锁定时间采集的图像。在不同自旋锁定时间髌骨软骨T1ρWI，SNR值在48±8～95±8之间；不同自旋锁定时间，正常软骨SNR与1％琼脂糖体模的对比关系不同，当自旋锁定时间〈30ms时，琼脂糖体模的图像SNR均低于正常软骨；〉30ms时，正常软骨的图像SNR均低于1％的琼脂糖体模。随着琼脂糖浓度减少，不同自旋锁定时间采集的图像SNR值逐渐增加。各浓度琼脂糖凝胶体模T1ρWI值测量的变异系数均小于10％，显示重复性好。髌骨关节软骨全层、表层、中间层、深层、钙化层T1ρ值测定结果分别为（68．9±6．3）、（80．7±12．8）、（65．7±7．0）、（82．4±7．7）、（69．7±6．4）ms（F=6．436，P〈0．05）。T1ρ值在软骨表层和深层明显高于中间层、钙化层和软骨全层。结论三维自旋锁定T1ρ成像技术是可行的、敏感的、特异的软骨分子成像技术，T1ρ弛豫时间图可量化测量关节软骨的分层状结构。

Background: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) is most common head and neck cancer in Southeast Asia. Because local recurrence and distant metastasis are still the main causes of NPC treatment failure, it is urgent to identify new tumor markers and therapeutic targets for advanced NPC. Methods: RNAseq was applied to look for interchromosome translocation in NPC. PCR, FISH and immunoprecipitation were used to examine the fusion gene expression at RNA, DNA, and protein levels in NPC biopsies. MTT assay, colony formation assay, sphere formation assay, co-IP, ChIP assay, and in vivo chemoresistance assay were applied to explore the function of RARS-MAD1 L1 in NPC. Results: We demonstrated that RARSMAD1 L1 was present in 10.03%(35/349) primary NPC biopsies and 10.7%(9/84) in head and neck cancer(HNC) samples. RARS-MAD1 L1 overexpression increased cell proliferation, colony formation, and tumorigenicity in vitro, and the silencing of endogenous RARS-MAD1 L1 reduced cancer cell growth and colony formation in vitro. Additionally, RARS-MAD1 L1 increased the side population(SP) ratio and induced chemo-and radio-resistance. Furthermore RARS-MAD1 L1 interacted with AIMP2, which resulted in activation of FBP1/c-Myc pathway. The silencing of FUBP1 or the administration of a c-Myc inhibitor abrogated the cancer stem cell(CSC)-like characteristics induced by RARS-MAD1 L1. The expression of cMyc and ABCG2 was higher in RARS-MAD1 L1 positive HNC samples than in negative samples. Conclusion: Taken together, our findings indicate that RARS-MAD1 L1 might contribute to tumorigenesis, CSC-like properties and therapeutic resistance, at least in part, through the FUBP1/c-Myc axis, implying that RARS-MAD1 L1 might serve as an attractive target for therapeutic intervention for NPC.
