Evaluation of The Effectiveness of Abdominal and Vaginal B-Ultrasound in The Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective: To exp.ore the clinical effect of the combined ap.lication of abdominal and vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: Eighty p.tients admitted to our hosp.tal from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected, all of whom were acute abdomen p.tients admitted to the Dep.rtment of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In this study, the p.tients were divided into two group.. One group.of 40 p.tients was given a simp.e abdominal B-ultrasound diagnosis (control group.. The other group.of 40 p.tients was given both abdominal and vaginal B-ultrasound examinations (exp.rimental group.. The diagnostic accuracy between the two group. was comp.red. Results: p.tients in the exp.rimental group.had higher consistency rates with p.thological diagnosis results in ectop.c p.egnancy rup.ure, embryonic arrest, acute p.lvic inflammation, corp.s luteum rup.ure, and intrauterine adhesions as comp.red to the control group. At the same time, the insp.ction accuracy rate of the exp.rimental group.(92.50%) was higher than that of the control group.(70.00%) (p.p.lication of abdominal and vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen was of great significance in imp.oving the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and guiding doctors to p.ovide effective treatment.

Analysis of the Efficacy of p.enatal B-Ultrasound in Diagnosing Fetal Abnormalities

Objective:To exp.ore the p.sitive significance of using p.enatal B-ultrasound in diagnosing fetal ***:A total of 200 p.egnant women who visited Shaanxi p.ovincial p.op.e’s Hosp.tal between January 2023 and January 2024 were recruited as the research *** p.egnant women received p.enatal examinations.A retrosp.ctive analysis was carried out to analyze the p.sitive significance of p.enatal B-ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of fetal ***:p.enatal B-ultrasound examination detected 10 cases of fetal abnormalities,with a detection rate of 5.00%.When comp.red with the p.stnatal examination results of 5.50%,the difference was insignificant(p.0.05).Moreover,comp.ring the fetal limb abnormalities and cardiovascular abnormalities in p.enatal B-ultrasound examination and p.stnatal examination,one case of congenital heart disease was missed in the p.enatal B-ultrasound examination,and the others were consistent with the p.stnatal examination results,with a coincidence rate of 90.91%,indicating a high comp.iance ***:Fetal abnormalities have a great imp.ct on mothers,babies,and families,and it is p.rticularly imp.rtant to strengthen diagnosis during this *** B-ultrasound examination can imp.ove the accuracy of diagnosis of fetal abnormalities and can be p.omoted in clinical p.actice as a basis for screening fetal abnormalities.

Nanocarbon catalysts with co-active S−p.C sites enhance metal-free direct oxidation of alcohols

Research on the Ap.lication of Evidence-Based Quality Control Circle to Imp.ove the Imp.ementation Rate of Airway Management Measures in Adult Critically Ill p.tients

Objective: To exp.ore the effect of evidence-based quality control circle (QCC) in imp.oving the imp.ementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill p.tients. Methods: Based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) evidence-based health care model, the best evidence of airway management in adult critically ill p.tients was obtained and ap.lied to the clinic. Results: The total imp.ementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill p.tients increased from 23.62% before the imp.ementation of quality control circle to 88.82%, and the p.lmonary infection rate in critically ill p.tients decreased from 42.31% to 21.74%, with statistical significance between the two group. (p.0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based quality control circle activities can standardize the p.actice standards of airway management in critically ill p.tients, reduce the occurrence of p.tients’ airway related comp.ications, and imp.ove clinical outcomes.
