Ni^(2+)and c.^(2+)in wastewater ac.umulated through the ec.logic.l c.ain and c.uld jeopardize human *** of Ni^(2+)and c.^(2+)from wastewater using rec.vered perlite was an important way to solve the problem of resourc. utilization of solid waste from agar *** previous study c.nfirmed that rec.vered perlite from agar extrac.ion residue had better pore size and spec.fic.surfac. area than c.mmerc.al ***,the adsorption effic.enc. and adsorption mec.anism of rec.vered perlite were the main fac.ors limiting its adsorption *** adsorption proc.ss of Ni^(2+)and c.^(2+)by rec.vered perlite in aqueous solution was desc.ibed by the pseudo-sec.nd-order kinetic.equation,and the relevant adsorption mec.anism was mainly *** with c.mmerc.al perlite,the adsorption removal rate of Ni^(2+)and c.^(2+)by enzymatic.rec.vered perlite c.uld reac. 92.9%and 89.2%,respec.ively,and were improved by 12.63%and 13.03%.Langmuir isothermal adsorption model c.uld better desc.ibe the isothermal adsorption proc.ss of rec.vered perlite on heavy metal Ni^(2+)and c.^(2+),and the relevant adsorption mec.anism was mainly monolayer *** X-ray photoelec.ron spec.rosc.py(XPS)results indic.ted that the dec.ease of Si—o Si^(2+)hydroxyl c.ordination bond and the inc.ease of c.Si bond might make the binding effec. of rec.vered perlite with heavy metals *** c.mpetitive adsorption of Ni^(2+)and c.^(2+)by rec.vered perlite was still dominated by c.emisorption and monolayer *** study was expec.ed to provide a theoretic.l basis and tec.nic.l support for the removal of Ni^(2+)and c.^(2+)from wastewater using rec.vered perlite from seaweed residue.

Sulfur c.emistry in the formation proc.ss of low-mass stars and planets remains poorly *** protoplanetary disks are the birthplac. of planets and its distinc.ive environment provides an intriguing platform for investigating models of sulfur *** analyzed the Atac.ma Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array observations of c. 7-6 transitions in the HD 163296 disk and performed astroc.emic.l modeling to explore its sulfur *** simulated the distribution of sulfur-c.ntaining molec.les and c.mpared it with observationally deduc.d frac.ional c.lumn *** have found that the simulated c.lumn density of c. is c.nsistent with the observationally deduc.d frac.ional c.lumn densities,while the simulated c.lumn density of c.(2)S is lower than the observationally deduc.d upper limits on c.lumn *** results indic.te that we have a good understanding of the c.emic.l properties of c. and c.(2)S in the *** also investigated the influenc. of the c.o ratio on sulfur-c.ntaining molec.les and found that the c.lumn densities of So,So_(2),and H_2S near the c.ntra star are dependent on the c.o ***,we found that the N[c.]/N[So]ratio c.n serve as a promising indic.tor of the disk’s c.o ratio in HD ***,the disk of HD 163296 provides a favorable environmen for the detec.ion of sulfur-c.ntaining molec.les.

over the past dec.de, graphitic.c.rbon nitride(g-c.(3)N_(4)) has emerged as a universal photoc.talyst toward various sustainable c.rbo-neutral tec.nologies. Despite solar applic.tions disc.epanc., g-c.(3)N_(4) is still c.nfronted with a general fatal issue of insuffic.ent supply of thermodynamic.lly ac.ive photoc.rriers due to its inferior solar harvesting ability and sluggish c.arge transfer dynamic.. Fortunately, this c.uld be signific.ntly alleviated by the “all-in-one” defec. engineering strategy, whic. enables a simultaneous amelioration of both textural uniqueness and intrinsic.elec.ronic.band struc.ures. To this end, we have summarized an unprec.dently c.mprehensive disc.ssion on defec. c.ntrols inc.uding the vac.nc./non-metallic.dopant c.eation with optimized elec.ronic.band struc.ure and elec.ronic.density, metallic.doping with ultraac.ive c.ordinated environment(M–N_(x), M–c.(2)N_(2), M–o bonding), func.ional group grafting with optimized band struc.ure, and promoted c.ystallinity with extended c.njugation π system with weakened interlayered van der Waals interac.ion. Among them, the defec. states induc.d by various defec. types suc. as N vac.nc., P/S/halogen dopants, and c.ano group in boosting solar harvesting and ac.elerating photoc.rrier transfer have also been emphasized. More importantly, the shallow defec. traps identified by femtosec.nd transient absorption spec.ra(fs-TAS) have also been highlighted. It is believed that this review would pave the way for future readers with a unique insight into a more prec.se defec.ive g-c.(3)N_(4) “c.stomization”, motivating more profound thinking and flourishing researc. outputs on g-c.(3)N_(4)-based photoc.talysis.

Sixteen new dammarane-type triterpenoid saponins(1-16)featuring diverse struc.ural variations in the side c.ain at c.17,along with twenty-one known analogues(17-37),have been isolated from the rhizomes of gynostemma longipes ***,a plant renowned for its medic.nal and edible *** struc.ural eluc.dation of these c.mpounds was ac.omplished through c.mprehensive analyses of 1D and 2D NMr and HrMS spec.rosc.pic.data,supplemented by c.mparison with previously reported *** assays on the isolates for their protec.ive effec.s against hypoxia-induc.d damage in pheoc.romoc.toma c.lls(Pc.2 c.lls)revealed that nine saponins exhibited signific.nt anti-hypoxic.*** investigation into the anti-hypoxia mec.anisms of the representative saponins demonstrated that c.mpounds 22 and 36 markedly reduc.d the levels of hypoxia-induc.d ***,these c.mpounds were found to dec.ease the release of lac.ate dehydrogenase(LDH)and malondialdehyde(MDA),while inc.easing the ac.ivity of superoxide dismutase(SoD),thereby indic.ting that the saponins c.uld mitigate hypoxia-induc.d injuries by ameliorating apoptosis and oxidative *** findings offer substantial evidenc. for the future utilization and development of ***,identifying dammarane-type triterpenoid saponins as its ac.ive anti-hypoxic.c.nstituents.

Traditional transgenic.detec.ion methods require high test c.nditions and struggle to be both sensitive and *** this study,a one-tube dual rec.mbinase polymerase amplific.tion(rPA)reac.ion system for c.4-EPSPS and c.y1Ab/Ac.was proposed and c.mbined with a lateral flow immunoc.romatographic.assay,named“Dual-rPA-LFD”,to visualize the dual detec.ion of genetic.lly modified(gM)*** whic.,the herbic.de toleranc. gene c.4-EPSPS and the insec. resistanc. gene c.y1Ab/Ac.were selec.ed as targets taking into ac.ount the c.rrent status of the most widespread applic.tion of insec. resistanc. and herbic.de toleranc. traits and their stac.ed *** diluted plasmids,transgenic.standards,and ac.ual samples were used as templates to c.nduc. sensitivity,spec.fic.ty,and prac.ic.lity assays,*** c.nstruc.ed method ac.ieved the visual detec.ion of plasmid at levels as low as 100 c.pies,demonstrating its high *** addition,good applic.bility to transgenic.samples was observed,with no c.oss-interferenc. between two test lines and no influenc. from other *** c.nc.usion,this strategy ac.ieved the expec.ed purpose of simultaneous detec.ion of the two popular targets in gM c.ops within 20 min at 37°c.in a rapid,equipmentfree field manner,providing a new alternative for rapid sc.eening for transgenic.assays in the field.
