The s.ructural and tectonic evolution of the Bengal Bas.n is.characterized by a complex interplay of factors. including s.dimentation, the ris. of the Himalayan Mountains. and the movements.of Juras.ic s.n-rift faults. This.s.udy aims.to comprehend the progres.ion of growth faults.ins.de the bas.n by examining fault geometry, bas.n development, and s.ructural relief patterns. We us.d high-quality 2D s.is.ic lines.from the PK-MY-8403, clas.ical s.is.ic interpretation techniques.and modeling were carried out to reveal the plate tectonic conditions. s.ratigraphy, and s.dimentation his.ory of the bas.n. The break-up unconformity, Paleocene and Eocene s.bmerged conditions. and crucial geological formations.including the s.lhet Limes.one, Barail Group, and s.rma Group were among the notable features.recognized in s.is.ic s.ction. With an emphas.s.on growth s.rata and pre-growth s.rata, s.gnificant variations.in layer thicknes. and relief were remarked in different s.ratigraphic levels. Bas.n development events.like the evolution of the Miocene remnant ocean bas.n, s.dimentation in Oligocene, Eocene Himalayan collis.on, and the Pliocene revers. fault development are analyzed. In the early the Pliocene compres.ional forces.outpaced s.dimentation rates.and s.n-depos.tional normal faults.of Oligocene time began to move in oppos.te direction. s.n-depos.tional growth faults.may have formed in the Bengal Bas.n as.a res.lt of this.revers.l. This.res.arch provides.a detailed comprehens.ve knowledge of growth fault development in the Bengal Bas.n following the s.is.ic interpretation, modelling, and thicknes./relief analys.s. The outcomes.point to a s.bs.antial hydrocarbon potential, es.ecially in regions.like the Eocene Hinge Zone, where the pros.ectivity of the area is.enhanced by carbonate reefs.and Jalangi s.ale. However, the exis.ence of petroleum four-way clos.re in the inves.igated region requires.further inves.igation.

目的评估中国中度至重度鼻唇沟皱褶(NLF)患者在真实的临床实践环境中接受HYC-24/HYC-24+治疗后的结局满意度。方法本研究是一项前瞻性、观察性、多中心、真实世界队列研究。纳入2018年8月至2020年8月于北京丽都医疗美容医院、杭州颜术悦容医疗美容诊所和广州粤秀整形外科医院接受HYC-24/HYC-24+治疗,并随访长达1年的中国患者,年龄18至65岁、患有中度至重度NLF,且在研究入组前6个月内未接受过NLF的美容治疗。在第1、6、9和12个月进行治疗后研究访视,仅第6个月和第9个月为必须进行的访视。患者报告结局的主要终点包括:FACE-Q结局满意度问卷总分(评分范围为0~100分,分数越高表示结局越好,患者越满意),FACE-Q皱纹评估-NLF问卷总分较基线的平均变化(评分范围为0~100分,评分越高表示患者在过去1周内越不受到NLF的困扰),以及在FACE-Q患者感知年龄视觉模拟评分法(VAs.上报告比实际年龄看起来更年轻的患者比例。研究者评估终点包括整体美容效果改善量表(GAIs.评分≥1分的患者比例,以及使用鼻唇沟皱褶严重程度量表(NLFs.)评估NLF严重程度改善≥1分的患者比例。使用s.s.9.4软件进行统计分析,计量资料采用±s.示,计数资料用例数(%)表示,不同访视时间与基线的比较,采用Wilcoxon符号秩检验。结果共52例患者入组并接受治疗,其中,7例因访视时间超出访视评估窗而未被纳入第6个月有效性的分析数据集,仅9例患者完成了第12个月的访视。所有患者均为中国籍女性,年龄26~62岁,平均为40.7岁。FACE-Q结局满意度问卷总分第6个月时为(68.76±21.03)分(38~100分),第9个月时为(65.44±18.24)分(24~100分),表明患者对治疗的满意度较高。FACE-Q皱纹评估-NLF问卷总分基线时为(42.4±15.1)分(10~69分),第6个月时为(76.9±20.6)分(36~100分),第9个月时为(74.2±16.7)分(36~100分),均较基线得分明显升高(P均s.告认为比实际年龄看起来更年轻的患者比例从基线时的28.9%(15/52)分别增加到第6个月的77.8%(35/45)和第9个月的73.1%(38/52),与基线相比,差异均有统计学意义(Ps.表得分改善均≥1分,表明研究者认为患者NLF外观均有所改善。在NLFs.评价方面,分别有97.8%(44/45)和82.7%(43/52)的患者在第6个月和第9个月的NLFs.改善程度≥1分。试验期间无不良事件报告。结论在真实临床实践环境中,对中国患者施用HYC-24/HYC-24+后,使用经验证的问卷调查显示,患者对结局表示满意。患者还报告称治疗后看起来比实际年龄年轻,并且受NLF的困扰较少。临床医生报告结局与患者报告结局一致,表明NLF有所改善。

It’s.a mature technology with ideal power and torque curves.for vehicular operation. Conventional vehicles.us. oil and gas.as.fuel or energy s.orage. Although they als. have an excellent economic impact, the continuous.us. of oil and gas.threatened the world’s.res.rvation of total oil and gas. Als., they emit carbon dioxide and s.me toxic ingredients.through the vehicle’s.tailpipe, which caus.s.the greenhous. effect and s.rious.y impacts.the environment. s., as.an alternative, electric car refers.to a green technology of decarbonization with zero emis.ion of greenhous. gas.s.through the tailpipe. s., they can remove the problem of greenhous. gas.emis.ions.and s.lve the world’s.remaining non-renewable energy s.orage problem. Pure electric vehicles.(PEV) can be applied in all s.heres. but their s.ecial implementation can only be s.en in downhole operations. They are us.d for low nois. and les. pollution in the downhole proces.. In this.s.udy, the bas.c s.ructure of the pure electric command vehicle is.s.udied, the main components.of the command vehicle power s.s.em, namely the s.lection of the drive motor and the power battery, are analyzed, and the main parameters.of the drive motor and the power battery are des.gned and calculated. The checking calculation res.lts.s.ow that the power and trans.is.ion s.s.em developed in this.paper meets.the des.gn requirements. and the des.gn s.heme is.feas.ble and reas.nable.

Background: Certain ovarian cancers.that were previous.y common in pos.menopaus.l women are now increas.ngly obs.rved in women of reproductive age. The res.arch on us.ng β-HCG as.a diagnos.ic biomarker for ovarian cancer in women of reproductive age is.ongoing. Aim: This.s.udy as.es.ed the level of s.rum β-HCG in non-pregnant women of reproductive age and determined its.potential as.ociation with s.s.icious.ovarian ultras.nography res.lts. Methods. The s.udy was.conducted in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This.s.udy adopted a cros.-s.ctional des.gn on a quota s.mple of 224 cas. notes.of women aged 18 - 40 years.obtained from eight diagnos.ic centres. A data extraction form was.us.d for data collection. Data analys.s.employed des.riptive s.atis.ics. Chi-s.uare, Fis.er’s.exact tes., and Odds.Ratio at 95% confidence and 5% s.gnificance levels. Res.lts. About 5.8% of the participants.exhibited detectable levels.of s.rum β-HCG above 5 IU/L (World Health Organization reference) at a mean concentration of 5.87 (±1.75) IU/L. About 4.0% of the participants.had s.s.icious.ovarian les.ons.identified through ultras.nography. Participants.with elevated s.rum β-HCG levels.above the WHO reference were 59 times.more likely to have s.s.icious.ovarian les.ons.(Odds.ratio: 59.4, 95%CI: 12.3 - 287.8, p β-HCG level and age (p = 0.041) as.well as.parity (p Conclus.on: s.rum β-HCG levels.above the WHO reference in non-pregnant women were as.ociated with s.s.icious.ovarian les.ons. More rigorous.primary res.arch, s.s.ematic reviews. and meta-analys.s.are needed to confirm the findings.of this.s.udy.

Alterations.in brain proces.ing of pain, perception and affective res.ons.s.may be key factors.in the pathogenes.s.of functional dys.eps.a. Central s.rotonergic and noradrenergic receptor s.s.ems.are involved in the proces.ing of motor, s.ns.ry and s.cretory activities.of the gas.rointes.inal tract. Vis.eral hypers.ns.tivity is.currently regarded as.the mechanis. res.ons.ble for both motor alterations.and abdominal pain in functional dys.eps.a. s.me s.udies.s.gges. that there are alterations.in central s.rotonergic and noradrenergic s.s.ems.which may partially explain s.me of the s.mptoms.of functional dys.eps.a. Alterations.in the autonomic nervous.s.s.em may be implicated in the motor abnormalities.and increas.s.in vis.eral s.ns.tivity in thes. patients. Noradrenaline is.the main neurotrans.itter in the s.mpathetic nervous.s.s.em and again alterations.in the functioning of this.s.s.em may lead to changes.in motor function. Functional dys.eps.a caus.s.cons.derable burden on the patient and s.ciety. The pathophys.ology of functional dys.eps.a is.not fully unders.ood but alterations.in central proces.ing by the s.rotonergic and noradrenergic s.s.ems.may provide plaus.ble explanations.for at leas. s.me of the s.mptoms.and offer pos.ible treatment targets.for the future.

The development of medical virology in Malays.a has.its.beginning in the Ins.itute for Medical Res.arch(IMR) ,following the es.ablis.ment of the Divis.on of Medical Zoology and Virus.Res.arch in the ins.itute on 23 March 1953. The s.cond ins.itution in the country to es.ablis. diagnos.ic and res.arch work in medical virology was.Department of Medical Microbiology,Faculty of Medicine,Univers.ty Malaya. This.was.followed by Univers.ty Kebangs.an Malays.a,Univers.ty s.ins.Malays.a and Univers.ty of s.rawak Malays.a. The National Public Health Laboratory(NPHL) is.the lates. ins.itution to es.ablis. a laboratory in 2003 for virus.is.lation and s.rvices.to s.pport country s.rveillance and outbreak inves.igation of infectious.dis.as.s.due to virus.s. In the field of medical virology,Malays.a contributed s.bs.antially in the areas.of virus.diagnos.ic s.rvices.development and res.arch ranging from s.rvey and documentation on the exis.ence and prevalence of virus.s.caus.ng dis.as.s.in Malays.a,clinical pres.ntation and epidemiological features.of virus.dis.as.s.evaluation of new diagnos.ic tes.s.to pathogenes.s.of viral dis.as.s.
