Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） is one of the most frequent complications in patients with .liver cirrhosis. HCC without cirrhosis is rareand obviously a different entity. Treatment depends on tumor stage, liver function and general performance. Results of locoregional treatment, resection or liver transplantation are superior to those of medical therapy. Surgical approaches are potentially curative. Underlying cirrhosis is usually the limiting factor for the extent of resection and persists after resection. Liver transplantation eliminates both cirrhosis and, potentially, the tumor. Whereas surgery （functional liver capacity provided） may be performed even in advanced tumors, liver transplantation is advocated in less advanced （T2） tumors in order to keep the rate of recurrent tumor low. Responsible use of scarce grafts requires sticking to this rule.

To the Editor: Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis(XGC) is an uncommon inflammatory disease of the gallbladder, and its incidence is reported to be 1.3%-5.2% [1]. XGC is diagnosed by histopathological examination, characterized by severe inflammatory destruction followed by a granulomatous reaction, marked proliferative fibrosis, and infiltration of inflammatory cells [2].

The use of electrochemical-metallization-based volatile threshold switching selectors in cross-point arrays has been widely explored owing to their high on-off ratios and simple ***,these devices are unsuitable for cross-point architectures because of the difficulty in controlling the random filament formation that results in large fluctuations in the threshold voltage during *** this study,we investigated the unidirectional threshold transition characteristics associated with an Ag/GST/HfO_(x)/Pt-based bilayer selector and demonstrated the occurrence of a low leakage current(<1×10^(-11) A) and low distribution of the threshold voltage(Δ0.11 V).The bilayer structure could control the filament formation in the intermediate state through the insertion of an HfO_(x) tunneling *** stacking a bilayer selector with NiO_(x)based resistive random-access memory,the leakage and programming currents of the device could be significantly *** the crossbar array configuration,we performed equivalent circuit analysis of a one-selector oneresistor(1S1R) devices and estimated the optimal array size to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed *** maximum acceptable crossbar array size of the 1S1R device with the Ag/GST/HfO_(x)/Pt/Ti/NiO_(x)/Pt structure was 5.29×10^(14)(N^(2),N=2.3×10^(7)).

Dear Editor,Optic perineuritis is a rare inflammatory disorder involving the optic nerve sheath and its adjacent *** condition shows dramatic responses to steroid treatment, although relapse is common. Additional characteristics of optic perineuritis include the sparing of central vision on a visual field test, relatively good initial visual acuity, and optic disc edemaI^l. Most cases are idiopathic, although some rare cases have been associated with specific infections, such as syphilis and viral infections, and autoimmune disorders including We- gener＇s granulomatosis, sarcoidosis, and giant cell arteritis.

While waveguide-based light concentrators offer significant advantages,their application has not been considered an interesting option for assisting multijunction or other two-terminal tandem solar *** this study,we present a simple yet effective approach to enhancing the output power of transfer-printed multijunction InGaP/GaAs solar *** utilizing a simply combinable waveguide concentrator featuring a coplanar waveguide with BaSO4 Mie scattering elements,we enable the simultaneous absorption of directly illuminated solar flux and indirectly waveguided *** deployment of cells is optimized for front-surface photon collection in monofacial *** systematic comparisons across various waveguide parameters,supported by both experimental and theoretical quantifications,we demonstrate a remarkable improvement in the maximum output power of a 26%-efficient cell,achieving an enhancement of~93%with the integration of the optimal scattering ***,a series of supplementary tests are conducted to explore the effective waveguide size,validate enhancements in arrayed cell module performance,and assess the drawbacks associated with rear *** findings provide a comprehensive understanding of our proposed approach towards advancing multi-junction photovoltaics.

With the advent of digital therapeutics(DTx),the development of software as a medical device(SaMD)for mobile and wearable devices has gained significant attention in recent *** DTx evaluations,such as randomized clinical trials,mostly focus on verifying the effectiveness of DTx *** acquire a deeper understanding of DTx engagement and behavioral adherence,beyond efficacy,a large amount of contextual and interaction data from mobile and wearable devices during field deployment would be required for *** this work,the overall flow of the data-driven DTx analytics is reviewed to help researchers and practitioners to explore DTx datasets,to investigate contextual patterns associated with DTx usage,and to establish the(causal)relationship between DTx engagement and behavioral *** review of the key components of datadriven analytics provides novel research directions in the analysis of mobile sensor and interaction datasets,which helps to iteratively improve the receptivity of existing DTx.

To the Editor:Variations in cystic duct anatomy are quite common,but double cystic ducts arising from one gallbladder is extremely rare,which have only been reported in less than 20 cases in literature[1–4].It is difficult to diagnose the anatomic anomaly preoperatively,and the rate of open conversion and post-operation complications were high due to ductal injury during surgery[2].
