The use of electrochemical-metallization-based volatile threshold switching selectors in cross-point arrays has been widely explored owing to their high on-off ratios and simple ***,these devices are unsuitable for cross-point architectures because of the difficulty in controlling the random filament formation that results in large fluctuations in the threshold voltage during *** this study,we investigated the unidirectional threshold transition characteristics associated with an Ag/GST/HfO_(x)/Pt-based bilayer selector and demonstrated the occurrence of a low leakage current(bution of the threshold voltage(Δ0.11 V).The bilayer structure could control the filament formation in the intermediate state through the insertion of an HfO_(x) tunneling *** stacking a bilayer selector with NiO_(x)based resistive random-access memory,the leakage and programming currents of the device could be significantly *** the crossbar array configuration,we performed equivalent circuit analysis of a one-selector oneresistor(1S1R) devices and estimated the optimal array size to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed *** maximum acceptable crossbar array size of the 1S1R device with the Ag/GST/HfO_(x)/Pt/Ti/NiO_(x)/Pt structure was 5.29×10^(14)(N^(2),N=2.3×10^(7)).

Electrochemical NO-to-NH_(3) under ambient conditions could be a viable alternative having advantages in terms of energy consumption and exhaust gas recycling of NO,replacing a traditional ammonia synthesis method of the Haber–bosch *** synthesizing boron(b-)and nitrogen(N-)co-doped carbon nanotube(CNT)based gold(Au)catalysts,b-dopants elevate the conductivity of carbon nanotube by sp2 hybridization on graphene and implant b–N domains within the graphene layer,and result in facilitating the embedding amount of Au accompanied by high dispersibility with low particle *** density functional theory(DFT)calculations elucidate that the electron cloud transmitted from b-dopant to the active site of Au induces the Lewis acidic site,and the O-distal pathway occurs following a spontaneous *** of the electron-deficient b-doping area accompanied by N-defects and b–O edges retains the major valence state of Au as Au^(δ+),and suppresses hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)by repulsing the hindrance of H*.This record exhibits the highest faradaic efficiency(FE)of 94.7%,and NH_(3) yield rate of 1877.4μg·h^(-1)·mg_(cat)^(-1),which is the optimal yield over energy consumption in the field of the ambient reduction of aqueous NO.

Myelin-associated inhibitory factors within the central nervous system（CNS） are considered to be one of the main obstacles for axonal regeneration following disease or injury. The nogo receptor 1（NgR1） has been well documented to play a key role in limiting axonal regrowth in the injured and diseased mammalian CNS. However, the role of nogo receptor in immune cell activation during CNS inflammation is yet to be mechanistically elucidated. Microglia/macrophages are immune cells that are regarded as pathogenic contributors to inflammatory demyelinating lesions in multiple sclerosis（MS）. In this study, the animal model of MS, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis（EAE） was induced in ngr1^＋/＋ and ngr1^–/– female mice following injection with the myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein（MOG_（35–55）） peptide. A fatemap analysis of microglia/macrophages was performed throughout spinal cord sections of EAE-induced mice at clinical scores of 0, 1, 2 and 3, respectively（increasing locomotor disability） from both genotypes, using the CD11 b and Iba1 cell markers. Western immunoblotting using lysates from isolated spinal cord microglia/macrophages, along with immunohistochemistry and flow cytometric analysis, was performed to demonstrate the expression of nogo receptor and its two homologs during EAE progression. Myelin protein engulfment during EAE progression in ngr1^＋/＋ and ngr1^–/– mice was demonstrated by western immunblotting of lysates from isolated spinal cord microglia/macrophages, detecting levels of Nogo-A and MOG. The numbers of M1 and M2 microglia/macrophage phenotypes present in the spinal cords of EAE-induced ngr1^＋/＋ and ngr1^–/– mice, were assessed by flow cytometric analysis using CD38 and Erg-2 markers. A significant difference in microglia/macrophage numbers between ngr1^＋/＋ and ngr1^–/– mice was identified during the progression of the clinical symptoms of EAE, in the white versus gray matter regions of the spinal cord. Reactive oxygen signaling regulates numerous biological processes,including stress responses in *** sensors transduce reactive oxygen signals into cellular ***,we present biochemical evidence that a plant quiescin sulfhydryl oxidase homolog(QSOX1)is a redox sensor that negatively regulates plant immunity against a bacterial *** expression level of QSOX1 is inversely correlated with pathogen-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)***,QSOX1 both senses and regulates ROS levels by interactingn with and mediating redox regulation of S-nitrosoglutathione reductase,which,consistent with previous findings,influences reactive nitrogen-mediated regulation of ROS ***,our data indicate that QSOX1 is a redox sensorthat negatively regulates plant immunity by linking reactive oxygen and reactive nitrogen signaling to limit ROS production.

AIM:To evaluate the safety and feasibility of endoscopic resection using band ligation(EMR-b) for the diagnostic and therapeutic removal of tumors located in the esophageal subepithelial region having originated from the ***:From May 2009 to September 2014,after medical chart and endoscopic ultrasonography report review,a total of 15 esophageal tumors located in the submucosal layer were resected by *** symptom,location,pathology,complete resection rate,incidence of complications,incidence of minor complication,size,length of procedures time and follow up months were *** evaluate local recurrence at the resection site,periodic follow-up endoscopic examination was undertaken in all of the *** first endoscopic examination was performed about 6 mo after the endoscopic ***,the endoscopic follow up were scheduled ***:The mean age was 50.3 ± 9.67 *** mean tumor size was 6.93 ± 3.15 mm and most of the lesions size was between 5-10 mm in diameter(10/15,66.6%).In all patients,endoscopic en bloc resection was *** one patient,the vertical margin was *** mean procedural time was 8.86 ± 3.66 *** all patients,no evidence of severe complications such as perforation or bleeding *** complications such as chest pain(2/15,13.3%) and heartburn(3/15,13.3%) were reported but they symptoms were controlled by proton pump inhibitors,ulcermin and/or *** assessments of the removed specimens revealed 10 granular cell tumors(66.6%),4 leiomyomas(16.6%) and one lipoma(6.6%).No recurrence was observed during the mean follow up period of 45 ± 3.5 mo(range:5-64 mo).CONCLUSION:EMR-b might be considered safe and effective for the diagnosis and treatment of lesions measuring less than 10 mm in diameter.
