Due.to its toxicity, dichlorvos—a common organophosphate.pe.ticide.pose. significant risks to human he.lth. This study utilize. male.Wistar rats to e.plore.the.pote.tial prote.tive.e.fe.ts of L-arginine.supple.e.tation against dichlorvos-induce. toxicity, focusing on cardiotoxicity, hae.atotoxicity and oxidative.stre.s. The.rats we.e.divide. into four groups: Control, L-arginine.(L), Dichlorvos (D), and L-arginine.+ Dichlorvos (L + D). Dichlorvos was administe.e. to the.D group, L-arginine.(100 mg/kg) to the.L group, and both L-arginine.and dichlorvos to the.L + D group. The.study e.aluate. various parame.e.s, including cardiovascular, oxidative.stre.s marke.s, and hae.atological indice.. Significant change. in hae.atological parame.e.s such as hae.oglobin (Hb), hae.atocrit (HCT), and re. blood ce.l count (RBC) indicate. hae.atotoxicity afte. dichlorvos administration. Additionally, e.e.ate. cardiac marke.s, including lactate.de.ydroge.ase.(LDH) and cre.tine.kinase.MB (CK-MB), sugge.te. cardiotoxic e.fe.ts. e.posure.to dichlorvos also re.ulte. in de.re.se. antioxidant e.zyme.le.e.s and incre.se. oxidative.stre.s indicators like.malondialde.yde.(MDA). Re.arkably, L-arginine.supple.e.tation mitigate. the.damage.cause. by dichlorvos. It normalize. the.alte.e. hae.atological parame.e.s, de.onstrating its prote.tive.e.fe.t against hae.atotoxicity. The.rise.in cardiac marke.s was re.uce. with L-arginine.supple.e.tation, indicating prote.tion against cardiotoxicity. More.ve., L-arginine.significantly de.re.se. oxidative.stre.s, as e.ide.ce. by lowe. MDA le.e.s and re.tore. antioxidant e.zyme.activity. In conclusion, L-arginine.supple.e.tation in male.Wistar rats showe. promising prote.tive.e.fe.ts against dichlorvos-induce. cardiotoxicity, hae.atotoxicity and oxidative.stre.s. This sugge.ts that L-arginine.may offe. a be.e.icial inte.ve.tion to mitigate.the.adve.se.e.fe.ts of dichlorvos on blood and he.rt he.lth, paving the.way for pote.tial tre.tme.ts for pe.ticide.poison

This study de.ve. into the.charge.transfe. me.hanism of boron (B)-dope. 3C-SiC through first-principle. inve.tigations. We.e.plore.the.e.fe.ts of B doping on the.e.e.tronic prope.tie. of 3C-SiC, focusing on a 12.5% impurity conce.tration. Our compre.e.sive.analysis e.compasse. structural prope.tie., e.e.tronic band structure., and charge.de.sity distributions. The.optimize. lattice.constant and band gap e.e.gy of 3C-SiC we.e.found to be.4.373 Å and 1.36 e. re.pe.tive.y, which is in agre.me.t with pre.ious re.e.rch (Bui, 2012;Muchiri e. al., 2018). Our re.ults show that B doping narrows the.band gap, e.hance. e.e.trical conductivity, and influe.ce. charge.transfe. inte.actions. The.charge.de.sity analysis re.e.ls substantial inte.actions be.we.n B dopants and surrounding carbon atoms. This work not only e.hance. our unde.standing of the.mate.ial’s e.e.tronic prope.tie., but also highlights the.importance.of charge.de.sity analysis for characte.izing charge.transfe. me.hanisms and the.r implications in the.3C-SiC se.iconductors.

本研究通过Me.a分析系统回顾已有文献,研究HBOT是否可以作为SSNHL患者单一治疗手段或补充疗法。研究对2000年1月到2020年4月期间的10个国际数据库进行系统回顾,检索词包括:高压氧、突发性听力损失、感音神经性听力损失以及相关缩写词。研究纳入了将HBOT作为单一或联合疗法并与其他疗法(例如激素口服、静脉输注以及鼓室内给药或使用安慰剂)进行比较的文章,并排除非英语及无法获得全文的文章。提取的主要指标包括:听力损失的严重程度,HBOT的次数和持续时间,其他治疗细节(即药物类型、给药方法、剂量和治疗开始时间),治疗前后PTA,患者听力恢复比例,治疗相关的不良反应。共检索到826篇文献,除去358篇重复文献以及468篇文献不符合纳入标准,最后有3篇文献共150例SSNHL患者进行了评估。Cho等纳入60例≥70 dB HL的SSNHL患者,对照组(30例)采用激素口服和鼓室内给药的方式,联合治疗组(30例)在此基础上加上HBOT[持续10 d,每天在2.5个绝对大气压(ATA)下进行60 min]。Kraj ovi ová等纳入了68例中度听力损失(41~60 dB HL)的SSNHL患者,对照组(21例)采用激素静脉给药和口服、口服扩血管药物的方式,联合治疗组(47例)在此基础上加上HBOT(持续10 d,每天在2个ATA下进行90 min)。Khate.等招募22例SSNHL患者(未描述听力损失程度),对照组(11例)采用激素口服和鼓室内给药、口服抗病毒药物的方式,联合治疗组(11例)在此基础上加上HBOT(持续20 d,每天在2个ATA下进行60 min)。
