Cultivated potato is a clonally propagated autotetraploid species with a highly heterogeneous *** assemb.ies of six cultivars including two chromosome-scale phased genome assemb.ies revealed extensive allelic diversity,including altered coding and transcript sequences,preferential allele expression,and structural variation that collectively result in a highly complex transcriptome and predicted proteome,which are distrib.ted across the homologous *** species contrib.te to the extensive allelic diversity in tetraploid cultivars,demonstrating ancestral introgressions predating modern b.eeding *** a clonally propagated autotetraploid that undergoes limited meiosis,dysfunctional and deleterious alleles are not purged in tetraploid *** a quarter of the loci b.re mutations are predicted to have a high negative impact on protein function,complicating b.eeder’s efforts to reduce genetic *** StCDF1 locus controls maturity,and analysis of six tetraploid genomes revealed that 12 allelic variants of StCDF1 are correlated with maturity in a dosage-dependent *** of the complexity of the tetraploid potato genome with its rampant structural variation and emb.dded deleterious and dysfunctional alleles will b. key not only to implementing precision b.eeding of tetraploid cultivars b.t also to the construction of homozygous,diploid potato germplasm containing favorab.e alleles to capitalize on heterosis in F1 hyb.ids.

AIM To assess the real-world effectiveness and cost of simeprevir(SMV), and/or sofosb.vir(SOF)-b.sed therapy for chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV) *** The real-world performance of patients treated with SMV/SOF ± rib.virin(Rb.), SOF/Rb., and SOF/Rb. with pegylated-interferon(PEG) were analyzed in a consecutive series of 508 patients with chronic HCV infection treated at a single academic medical center. Patients with genotypes 1 through 4 were included. Rates of sustained virological response-the ab.ence of a detectab.e serum HCV RNA 12 wk after the end of treatment [sustained virological response(SVR) 12]-were calculated on an intention-to-treat b.sis. Costs were calculated from the payer's perspective using Medicare/Medicaid fees and Redb.ok Wholesale Acquisition Costs. Patient-related factors associated with SVR12 were identified using multivariab.e logistic *** SVR 12 rates were as follows: 86%(95%CI: 80%-91%)among 178 patients on SMV/SOF ± Rb.; 62%(95%CI: 55%-68%) among 234 patients on SOF/Rb.; and 78%(95%CI: 68%-86%) among 96 patients on SOF/PEG/Rb.. Mean costs-per-SVR 12 were $174442(standard deviation: ± $18588) for SMV/SOF ± Rb.; $223003(± $77946) for SOF/Rb.; and $126496(± $31052) for SOF/PEG/Rb.. Among patients on SMV/SOF ± Rb., SVR12 was less likely in patients previously treated with a protease inhib.tor [odds ratio(OR): 0.20, 95%CI: 0.06-0.56]. Higher b.lirub.n(OR: 0.47, 95%CI: 0.30-0.69) reduced the likelihood of SVR12 among patients on SOF/Rb., while FIb.4 score ≥ 3.25 reduced the likelihood of SVR 12(OR: 0.18, 95%CI: 0.05-0.59) among those on SOF/PEG/Rb.. CONCLUSION SVR 12 rates for SMV and/or SOF-b.sed regimens in a diverse real-world population are comparab.e to those in clinical trials. Treatment failure accounts for 27% of costs.

河流生态修复对于改善退化的河流生态系统具有重要作用。以美国缅因州佩诺布斯科特河的生态修复项目为例,介绍了一种流域生态修复系统规划方法,具体说明了方法的应用过程。该方法以流域为评估单位,以数据和多种分析方法为支撑;强调在规划之初开展以数据为基础的现状分析,并与利益相关方共同规划修复目标以保证项目长期可持续开展;根据威胁识别保护策略,定量地分析保护情景;最终选择可行的高生态效益保护方案。同时倡导在推动流域修复的同时实施监测与适应性管理,为保护项目的长效机制提供有效反馈。通过对比分析国内外河流生态修复在目标、理念、具体方法及项目监测调整上的差异,为今后国内的河流生态修复研究与实践提供参考。

Proprietary metal 3D printing is still relegated to relatively expensive systems that have b.en constructed over years of expensive trial-and-error to ob.ain optimum 3D printing ***-cost open-source metal 3D printers can potentially democratize metal additive manufacturing;however,significant resources are required to redevelop optimal printing parameters for each metal on new *** this study,the particle swam optimization(PSO)experimenter,a free and open-source software package,is utilized to ob.ain the optimal printing parameters for a tungsten inert gas-b.sed metal open source 3D *** software is a graphical user interface implementation of the PSO method and is designed specifically for hardware-in-loop *** uses the input of experimental variab.es and their respective ranges,and then proposes iterations for experiments.A custom fitness function is defined to characterize the experimental results and provide feedb.ck to the algorithm for low-cost metal additive *** separate trials are performed to determine the optimal parameters for 3D ***,an experiment is designed to deposit and optimize the parameters for a single ***,the parameters for a single-layer plane is optimized ***,the optimal printing parameters for a cub. is determined ***,the line optimization experiment is revised and reconducted using different shield gas *** results and limitations are presented and discussed in the context of expanding wire arc additive manufacturing to more systems and material classes for distrib.ted digital manufacturing.

Salmonellosis is a serious medical and veterinary prob.em worldwide and causes great concern in the food and livestock industries, especially the poultry industry which occupies a prominent position in the provision of animal protein and accounts for ab.ut 25% of local meat production in Nigeria particularly and is identified as a disease of major economic importance causing low performance in poultry production. The study was carried out at the experimental animal farm, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria. One hundred (100) five-week old chickens ob.ained from the Poultry division of National Veterinary Research Institute, Vom, were used for the experiment. The b.rds were randomly assigned to 4 groups of 25 b.rds per group (A, b. C, D). Each b.rd in all the groups received 0.5 ml of Pb. containing 1 × 108 cfu/ml of Salmonella enterica serovar Zega as follows: Group A was infected with Salmonella Zega intra-nasally (IN). Group b.was infected with Salmonella Zega intra-peritonealy (IP). Group C was infected with Salmonella Zega orally (OR). Group D was the Uninfected control (CT). There was a significant change (p 0.05) in the mean corpuscular haemoglob.n (MCH) and mean corpuscular haemoglob.n concentration (MCHC) in the infected groups compared across the different days post infection. There was significant increase (p Salmonella Pullorum and Salmonella Gallinarum that are known to cause pathology in b.rds Salmonella Zega which is none host specific for b.rds can also cause pathology in them. This is the first report in the study area to the b.st of our knowledge.

乳腺癌是一种高度异质性肿瘤，这种异质性体现在不同肿瘤类型之间以及同一肿瘤内部之间等多层次的差异，亦表现在传统的组织病理分型／免疫组织化学（ immunohistochemical ， IHC ）特征的分型和近期依据基因表达谱（ gene expression profiling ， GEP）的分子分型上［1］。根据最新版WHO分类，基于不同的生长方式、组织学结构和细胞学形态，乳腺癌可分为21种不同的组织学类型［2］。不同类型的肿瘤具有不同的组织学形态、基因表达及预后特征。使用分子分型可将乳腺癌分为不同的亚型，包括表达雌激素受体（ ER）相关因子的亚型（ luminal型）、表达人类表皮生长因子受体2（ HER2）相关通路因子的亚型（ HER2过表达亚型）和表达基底因子但不表达激素受体通路的亚型（ b.sal like b.east cancer ， b.b. ）。在日常应用中，依据GEP分析的分子分型常常被IHC分型所替代。通过IHC分型方法［3］，乳腺癌被划分为激素受体（ ER、PR）阳性组和阴性组，后者根据HER2表达情况进一步分为HER2过表达乳腺癌和三阴性（ ER、PR、HER2阴性）乳腺癌（ triple negative b.east carcinoma ， TNb. ）。2013年， St Gallen国际乳腺癌会议专家组再次确认IHC分类法，以乳腺癌IHC分型替代GEP分子分型：luminal A型（ ER ＋， PR≥20％， HER2－， Ki-67＜20％）；luminal b.（ ER＋， PR＜20％和／或HER2＋和／或Ki-67≥20％）；HER2过表达型（ ER －， PR －， HER2＋）；基底样型（ER－，PR－，HER2－）［4］。尽管这种IHC分类方法便于使用，但与GEP分型并不完全一致［4-5］。
