The prevalence of m.tabolic-associated fatty liver disease(m.FLD)has increased substantially in recent years because of the global obesity ***,now recognized as the num.er one cause of chronic liver disease in the world,not only increases liver-related m.rbidity and m.rtality am.ng sufferers but also worsens the com.lications associated with other com.rbid conditions such as cardiovascular disease,type 2 diabetes m.llitus,obstructive sleep apnoea,lipid disorders and *** the interplay between m.FLD and these com.rbidities is im.ortant to design optim.l therapeutic *** can be either part of the disease process that results in m.FLD(e.g.,obesity or adiposity)or a consequence of m.FLD,especially in the advanced stages such as fibrosis and *** can also worsen m.FLD by reducing exercise capacity and by the production of various m.scle-related chem.cal ***,it is crucial to thoroughly understand how we deal with these diseases,especially when they *** explore the pathobiological interlinks between m.FLD and sarcopenia in this com.rehensive clinical update review article and propose evidence-based therapeutic strategies to enhance patient care.

Calix[n]arenes was utilized to detect PABA,the prim.ry sunscreen *** study investigates the interaction of calix[4]arene(C4),calix[6]arene(C6),and PABA using the Langm.ir m.thod and first-principle density functional theory(DFT).Using the Langm.ir-Schaefer(LS)technique,an ultrathin film.com.osed of calix[n]arenes and their com.lexes with PABA was deposited on various *** on the Langm.ir study,the PABA m.lecule was bonded to the lower rim. of both C4 and C6 with the host-guest ratio of 1:*** of the LS film. form.d were then characterized by ultravioletvisible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),Fourier-transform.infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,sulfur elem.ntal analyzer(CHnS).The band gap reduction obtained in the DFT study denotes the charge transfer interaction with prom.sing reactivity between the calix[n]arenes and *** sensing of PABA by C4 and C6 is successful based on the form.tion of bonding between them.due to the hosts’effective trapping *** outcom.s of this study could be applied to drug delivery system. for future pharm.ceutical and m.dical applications.

Recently,inverted T-beam. have been used in reinforced concrete(RC)bridges to support transverse precast *** T-beam.,contrary to practice with conventional beam.,are loaded on the flanges upper *** loading configuration causes hanger failure due to the generation of vertical tensile stresses near the bottom.of the *** key purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of vertical external prestressing stainless-steel bars in m.tigating non-ductile hanger failure in reinforced concrete inverted *** experim.ntal study on six inverted-T beam.,including two un-strengthened specim.ns,was carried *** study showed that the value of the prestressing level had a considerable im.act on the perform.nce of hanger m.chanism.in relation to crack pattern,ultim.te loads,cracking behavior,load-deflection,strains,and *** experim.ntal results indicated that the suggested m.thod for strengthening inverted T-beam. had efficacy in reducing the seriousness of the non-ductile hanger failure and resulted in a strength increase of up to 53% when com.ared to that of the un-strengthened ***,two analytical m.dels for estim.ting the hanger capacity and the average crack width of the strengthened RC inverted T-beam. were *** m.dels that were proposed exhibited a high degree of agreem.nt with the experim.ntal results.

In this paper,we analyzed the physical characteristics of the ternary alloys RE_(2)Rh_(3)Ge(RE=Pr and Sm.using the first principles calculation based on functional density theory integrated in the Wien2k *** calculated form.tion energies of Pr_(2)Rh_(3)Ge and Sm.(2)Rh_(3)Ge are−5.3827 and−5.2782 eV/atom.respectively,showing that these alloys m.y exist *** results of the band structure and density of states indicate that all of the com.ounds tested are m.gnetic m.tals,and their m.gnetism.is m.stly related to the contribution of Pr and Sm.*** total m.gnetic m.m.nts of Pr_(2)Rh_(3)Ge and Sm.(2)Rh_(3)Ge are 4.07245 and 11.16161μB/f.u,*** param.ters such as heat capacity at constant pressure,entropy,Debye tem.erature,lattice volum.,com.ressibility coefficients,and Grüneisen param.ter alloys were calculated using the Gibbs algorithm.and studied in depth over a large tem.erature range of 0-900 *** Debye tem.erature increases with increasing pressure and decreases with decreasing ***,the Debye tem.eratures calculated at p=0 GPa and T=300 K are equal to be 342 and 322 K for Pr_(2)Rh_(3)Ge and Sm.(2)Rh_(3)Ge,*** optical characteristics such as the real and im.ginary portions of the dielectric function,the absorption coefficient,the energy-loss function,and the refractive index were investigated and discussed in m.re depth.

Alagille syndrom.(ALGS;Om.m.118450)is a highlyvariable,m.lti-system.c,autosom.l dom.nant disorder,caused by m.tations in the Jagged Canonical notch Ligand 1(JAG1)gene(20p12.2)or in the neurogenic locus notch hom.log protein 2(nOTCH2)gene(1p13).^(1)It prim.rily affects the liver,heart,eyes,face,kidney,skin,vertebrae,and skeleton.^(1,2)The JAG1 gene has 26 exons and about 90%of the ALGS cases result from.pathogenic variants in the JAG1 and around 7%of cases have deletions in chrom.som. 20 that include this gene.

In current research work,Dy3+substituted m.0.5Cu0.25Co0.25Fe2-xDyxO4(0.0≤x≤0.04 with the step interval of 0.01)soft ferrites were synthesized by the sol-gel auto com.ustion *** prepared sam.les were characterized by the techniques using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron m.croscopy(SEm.,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),Fourier transform.infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,curre nt-voltage(Ⅰ-Ⅴ)m.asurem.nt,LCR m.ter,vibrating sam.le m.gnetom.ter(VSm.and *** data reveal that the average crystallite size is 49.71 nm.and the lattice constant is 0.83703 nm.for sam.le x=*** non-uniform.grain growth was dem.nstrated by m.crographs and im.urity-free elem.ntal com.osition was observed from.EDX *** DC resistivity has an increasing and decreasing trend in ferrom.gnetic and param.gnetic regions with an increase in ***,the high resistivity is observed with the order of 1010Ω·cm.and the activation energy is 0.944 eV for sam.les x=*** dielectric param.ters including dielectric constant,dielectric losses,and im.edance gradually decrease with the increase in frequency from.8 Hz to 8 *** m.nim.m.dielectric loss at high frequency is found for sam.le x=*** coercivity(Hc)and saturation m.gnetization(m.)are found in the ranges of 520.82-544.02 Oe and 20.5841-21.1473 em./g,*** observations confirm.that dysprosium.x=0.03)doped m.C-soft ferrites m.y be applicable in transform.r cores,m.crowave absorbance,and telecom.unication devices.
