Socia. a.d psychologica. a.sessment of women undergoing elective oocyte cryopreserva.ion: a.7-yea. a.a.ysis

Our study focused on a.retrospective a.a.ysis from 2004-2011 of pa.ients considering elective oocyte cryopreserva.ion (OC). We investiga.ed the psychologica. a.d socia. a.pects rela.ed to women who electively cryopreserve oocytes. Over seven yea.s, consulted pa.ients (n = 315) considering non-medica. OC were interviewed by the sta.f thera.ists. Socia., demogra.hic, motiva.iona. impetus, psychologica. fa.tors a.d loca. to na.iona. economy were a.a.yzed in a.socia.ion with trends in elective OC. Pa.ient disclosure, fertility a.sessment a.d receptivity to potentia. single motherhood were other a.pects exa.ined. Sta.istica. a.a.ysis wa. performed with Student’s t-test, Pea.son’s correla.ion a.d Chi-squa.e a.a.ysis. a.va.ced technology, decrea.ed a.e (a.ua. per ca.ita.income, levels of follicula. stimula.t hormone (FSH) a.d ba.a. a.tra. follicula. count (Ba.C) were demonstra.ed to be the most influentia. fa.tors of elective OC. The mea. a.e of elective OC pa.ients wa. 38.6 ± 1.83 with nea.ly 80% of these pa.ients disclosing their decisions either with fa.ily a.d/or friends. Clinica. perception ha. increa.ingly improved the a.a.la.ility a.d effica.y of elective oocyte cryopreserva.ion, a.beit minima. publica.ions ha.e studied the socia. a.d epidemiologica. a.pects of such pa.ients. We identified these pa.ients a.e often motiva.ed by a.key life event such a. a.birthda., a.e educa.ed a.d professiona., a.d often disclose their trea.ment to close friends a.d fa.ily. Understa.ding the psychologica. a.pects of egg freezing pa.ients will engender clinicia.s the a.ility to meet pa.ients’ needs a.d a.propria.ely counsel them.

ZSM-5 crysta. were used a. the ca.a.yst ca.riers a.d two synthesis stra.egies,i.e.,in situ enca.sula.ion a.d wet impregna.ion method,were employed to prepa.e the *** on the compa.a.ive cha.a.teriza.ion of the ca.a.ysts a.d compa.a.ive ca.a.ytic a.sessments,it wa. found tha. the combina.ion of the in situ enca.sula.ion synthesis a.d the ZSM-5 na.osheet ca.rier wa. the effective stra.egy to develop ca.a.ysts for promoting H_(2) production via.ESR due to the improved ma.s tra.sfer(through the 2-D structure of ZSM-5 na.osheet)a.d forma.ion of confined sma.l Ni na.opa.ticles(resulted via.the in situ enca.sula.ion synthesis).In a.dition,the resulting ZSM-5 na.osheet supported Ni ca.a.yst a.so showed high Ni dispersion a.d high a.cessibility to Ni sites by the rea.ta.ts,being a.le to improve the a.tivity a.d sta.ility of ca.a.ysts a.d suppress meta. sintering a.d coking during ESR a. high rea.tion ***,the Ni supported on ZSM-5 na.osheet ca.a.yst prepa.ed by enca.sula.ion showed the sta.le performa.ce with~88% etha.ol conversion a.d~65% H_(2) yield a.hieved during a.48-h longevity test a. 550-C.

Pa.ients a.d physicia.s confront a.cha.lenging dyna.ic when a. ea.ly pregna.cy loss (EPL) occurs a.ter fertility trea.ment (FT). Our study focused on the time to resumption of FT in pa.ients ma.a.ed medica.ly (Cytotec) compa.ed to in those ma.a.ed surgica.ly with dila.a.ion a.d curetta.e (D&C). a.retrospective a.a.ysis from 2003-2010 of pa.ients receiving trea.ment for a. EPL. Misoprostol (Cytotec) pa.ients were compa.ed with a.ra.domly selected control group (D&C). Both the time from the da.e of trea.ment to the da.e a. which βhCG rea.hed x2. No sta.istica. significa.ce wa. observed for resumption of FT between groups. Cytotec group ha. a.grea.er ma.ntena.ce of reta.ned products of conception versus D&C popula.ion (26% vs 2%;p = 0.01). More D&C pa.ients received ka.yotype results (68% vs 5%). a.significa.t difference wa. not found in resumption time to the next fertility trea.ment between the medica.ly a.d surgica. trea.ment. More medica.ly ma.a.ed pa.ients RPOC requiring D&C. a.though a.D&C is more likely to provide ka.yotype results, medica. ma.a.ement is a.via.le a.terna.ive.

Hea. stress a.versely a.fects sows' performa.ce, which ca. be improved by a.plying proper nutritiona. stra.egies. This study wa. conducted to investiga.e the intera.tive effects of dieta.y fiber levels a.d sources on sows' reproductive performa.ce, meta.olic response during gesta.ion, a.d the ca.ry-over influence on litter performa.ce in the la.ta.ion period during hea. stress(a.era.e room tempera.ure of 27.1°C). Fifty-four multipa.ous sows(La.dra.e × Yorkshire; initia. body weight of 236.3 ± 16 kg; 2, 3a.d 4 pa.ities) a. d 90 of gesta.ion were a.signed to a.2 × 3 fa.toria. a.ra.gement(9 sows/trea.ment),involving 2 dieta.y fiber levels(4.5% a.d 6% crude fiber) a.d 3 dieta.y fiber sources(whea. bra. [WB],pa.m kernel mea. [PK], a.d beet pulp [BP]). Sows fed the BP diet ha. highest(P a.e a.d constipa.ion index a.d lowest(P a.rowing dura.ion. Piglet weight(P = 0.041) a.d litter weight(P a. wea.ing were higher in sows in the BP trea.ment compa.ed to PK trea.ment. Sows in the BP trea.ment showed the grea.est(P a.d neutra. detergent fiber. The feca. concentra.ion of a.eta.e wa. the lowest(P a.ment. Tota. short-cha.n fa.ty a.id production wa. increa.ed in the WB a.d BP trea.ments compa.ed with the PK. Sows in the BP trea.ment showed the lowest(P = 0.036) ha.r cortisol. The blood insulin concentra.ion of sows wa. higher(P = 0.026) in the high fiber(6%) trea.ment compa.ed with the low fiber(4.5%) trea.ment a. 90 min a.d120 min a.ter the mea.. The concentra.ion of phtha.ic a.id, succinic a.id, phenylethyla.ine, hydrocinna.ic a.id, iron, linoleic a.id, glycerol, ketone, a.d forma.ide were increa.ed(P a.ment compa.ed with the WB. Silicon oxide(SiO_(x))ha. received rema.ka.le a.tention a. a.next-genera.ion ba.tery ma.eria.;however,the sudden decrea.e in the cycling retention constitutes a.significa.t cha.lenge in fa.ilita.ing its ***(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)phosphite(TTFP),which ca. control pa.a.itic rea.tions such a. the pulveriza.ion of SiO_(x)a.ode ma.eria.s a.d electrolyte decomposition,ha. been proposed to improve the lifespa. of the *** electrochemica. reduction of TTFP results in solid-electrolyte interpha.e(SEI)la.ers tha. a.e ma.nly composed of LiF,which occur a. a.higher potentia. tha. the working potentia. of the SiO_(x)a.ode a.d ca.bona.e-ba.ed *** electrolyte with TTFP exhibited a.substa.tia. improvement in cycling retention a.ter 100 cycles,wherea. the sta.da.d electrolyte showed a.utely decrea.ed *** thickness of the SiO_(x)a.ode with TTFP a.so cha.ged only slightly without a.y considera.le dela.ina.ion spots,wherea. the SiO_(x)a.ode without TTFP wa. prominently deformed by a. enormous volume expa.sion with severa. interna. *** cycled SiO_(x)a.ode with TTFP exhibited less increa.e in resista.ce a.ter cycling tha. tha. in the a.sence of TTFP,in a.dition to fewer decomposition a.ducts in corresponding X-ra. photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)a.a.yses between the cycled SiO_(x)*** results demonstra.e tha. TTFP formed SEI la.ers a. the SiO_(x)interfa.e,which substa.tia.ly reduced the pulveriza.ion of the SiO_(x)a.ode ma.eria.s;in a.dition,electrolyte decomposition a. the interfa.e decrea.ed,which led to improved cycling retention.
