Tandem solar cells are a key technology for exceeding the theoretical efficiency limit of single-junction *** of the most promising combinations is the silicon–perovskite tandem cells,considering their potential for high efficiency,fabrication on a large scale,and low *** most research focuses on improving each subcell,another key challenge lies in the tunnel junction that connects these subcells,significantly impacting the overall cell ***,we demonstrate the first use of tunnel junctions using a stack of p+/n+polysilicon passivating contacts deposited directly on the tunnel oxide to overcome the drawbacks of conventional metal oxide-based tunnel junctions,including low tunneling efficiency and sputter *** Random Forest analysis,we achieved high implied open circuit voltages over 700 mV and low contact resistivities of 500 mΩcm 2,suggesting fill factor losses of less than 1%abs for the operating conditions of a tandem cell.

The loss of bird species diversity is a crucial problem in the European agricultural *** in the area coverage of major land cover types has been mentioned as one of the main factors responsible for bird biodiversity *** this study,we focused on the impact of landscape matrix characteristics on bird species richness and on Faith’s phylogenetic diversity index on a spatial scale of 1000-m radius around the measured occurrence *** investigated how land cover composition affects bird diversity on the landscape scale using nationwide citizen science *** total,168,739 records of bird occurrence in the south Moravian Region of the Czech Republic during growing season from 2009 to 2019 were *** found that the presence of water bodies and wetlands significantly corresponded to the areas of highest bird species *** also revealed that the presence of forests(~60%of the forest in the Czech Republic is occupied by commercial forests),urban areas and arable land were negatively associated with bird species richness and phylogenetic ***(both coniferous and deciduous)and urban habitats were found to have a tendency to host a clustered phylogenetic community structure in comparison with wetland and arable land.A strong negative association between forest proportion and bird diversity led us to conclude that the expansion of the forest(with simple species composition,horizontal and vertical structure)could be one of the critical drivers of the decline of bird species diversity in the European agricultural *** the other hand,our results also pointed out that small woody features(i.e.,woodlots)and scattered woodland shrub vegetation were one of the main landscape characteristics supporting a bird diversity in rural *** is in concordance with other studies which mention these landscape structures as important elements for nesting and foraging of farmland *** thus recommend to maintain and restor

目的:探究人乳N-链寡糖组(human milk N-glycome,HMN)与牛乳N-链寡糖组(bovine milk N-glycome,BMN)对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。方法:以C57BL/6J雄性小鼠为对象,首先在体外测定粪便菌群中与N-链寡糖相关的糖苷酶活性,并模拟粪便菌群对HMN与BMN的利用;然后将小鼠随机分为对照组、HMN和BMN处理组,灌胃21 d后,测定盲肠内短链脂肪酸(short chain fatty acids,sCFAs)的含量,并采用16s rDNA高通量测序分析肠道菌群的变化。结果:鼠粪便菌群中能够检测到β-半乳糖甘酶、α-岩藻糖苷酶及β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶等活性,且HMN与BMN均可被粪便微生物降解利用;体内实验发现,与对照组相比,HMN的摄入显著增加了肠道中总sCFAs的含量(P0.05);HMN与BMN的摄入均可显著影响鼠肠道菌群的组成,且两组之间也存在差异;在门水平上,与对照组相比,HMN的摄入降低了拟杆菌门的相对丰度,提高了厚壁菌门的相对丰度,而BMN的摄入降低了变形菌门的相对丰度;在属水平上,与对照组相比,摄入HMN与BMN后Muribaculaceae_norank与副鞭毛菌属的相对丰度均降低,拟杆菌属及粪肠球菌属的相对丰度均升高,HMN与BMN组之间的拟杆菌属、粪肠球菌属相对丰度差异不明显;此外,与对照组和BMN组相比,摄入HMN增加了小鼠肠道菌群中乳杆菌属、Erysipelotrichaceae-Unclassified与大肠埃希氏菌属的相对丰度,而BMN组的阿克曼菌属的相对丰度高于对照组与HMN处理组。结论:HMN与BMN能够显著影响小鼠肠道菌群的构成,实验可为了解N-链寡糖的功能和未来婴儿配方奶粉的开发提供参考。

The spatial structure characteristics of landform are the foundation of geomorphologic classification and *** paper proposed a new method on quantifying spatial structure characteristics of terrain surface based on improved 3D Lacunarity *** curve and its numerical integration are used in this model to improve traditional classification result that different morphological types may share the close value of indexes based on global statistical *** at four test areas with different landform types show that improved 3D Lacunarity model can effectively distinguish different morphological types per texture *** sensitivity in distinguishing the tiny differences of texture characteristics of terrain surface shows that the quantification method by 3D Lacu-narity model and its numerical integration presented in this paper could contribute to improving the accuracy of land-form classifications and relative studies.

High temperatures appear in the contacting surfaces of a single-disc clutch system (friction clutch disc, flywheel and pressure plate) due to the relative motion between these parts during the sliding period. These high temperatures are responsible for several disadvantages such as increasing wear rate, surface cracks and permanent distortions. In some cases, these disadvantages may lead the contacting surfaces to failure before the expected lifetime. In this work, mathematical models of the friction clutch system (single-disc clutch) were built to find the temperature field during the sliding period (single engagement). Analysis has been completed using developed axisymmetric models to simulate the friction clutch system during the engagement. The surface temperatures are found based on uniform pressure and uniform wear assumptions.

Background:In recent years,monitoring of vitamin D levels and possible use of supplementation is gaining *** studies showed low levels of vitamin D in winter months followed by improvement during *** changes are mostly dependent on the level of sun exposure,but also on geographical location,genetic factors,social-economic status,quality of nutrition and environmental *** this observation we found significant decrease in vitamin D levels I populations exposed to extreme environmental pollution in area of central *** region is known for extreme burden from microparticles originating in chemical industry,surface coal mining and cold-based power ***:Vitamin D levels in all patients was determined by ***:Using 540 patients in our Department of clinical immunology and allergology we measured the levels of vitamin D in 2016 to 2021 *** only 4 patients(0.74%)we found vitamin D levels higher than 30 ng/*** curve of observed values does not reflect dependency on sun exposure and does not change during the ***:We discuss the effect of environmental contaminants,lifestyle and economic and social *** our observations,we propose to directly supplement population with vitamin D,particularly children and seniors.
