It is well known that the solar tracking systems can increase the efficiency of the photovoltaic (PV) panel by about 30 percent. however, these systems require precise control of their components, mainly of the equipment’s used for the measurement of energy. In this paper, a metrology analysis is conducted, through of the results obtained by Sunflower prototype. The Sunflower is a solar tracking system developed by h. J. Loschi. A tracking system through a microcontrolled timing logic, sending commands to a linear actuator that moves the system. The deductions, based on in research trials, confirms that the Sunflower prototype is more efficient in relation to fixed PV panels, it is possible to observe the difference in the efficiency of 31%, with a variation of ±0.8% (that depends the solar irradiation). The main purpose of this paper is to attest to the quality of the measurements carried out during the performance tests of the Sunflower prototype, evaluating the uncertainty of measurements collected through the measurements equipment, and, introducing methods to minimize uncertainties of measurement equipment in the PV systems.

AIM： To evaluated the therapeutic and prophylactic effect of thalidomide on 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid （TNBS）-induced colitis. Thalidomide has been reported to downregulate the expression of tumor necrosis factor α （TNF-α）, IL-12, and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）, hallmarks of intestinal inflammation in Crohn＇s disease （CD）. METhODS： Male Wistar rats were divided in five groups of ten animals each. Four groups received a rectal infusion of TNBS in ethanol. The first group was sacrificed 7 d after colitis induction. The second and third groups received either thalidomide or placebo by gavage and were sacrificed at 14 d. The fourth group received thalidomide 6 h before TNBS administration, and was sacrificed 7 d after induction. The fifth group acted as the control group and colitis was not induced. histological inflammatory scores of the colon were performed and lamina propria CD4＋ T cells, macrophages, and VEGF＋ cells were detected by immunohistochemistry. TNF-α and IL-12 were quantified in the supernatant of organ cultures by ELISA. RESULTS： Significant reduction in the inflammatory score and in the percentage of VEGF＋ cells was observed in the group treated with thalidomide compared with animals not treated with thalidomide. Both TNF-α and IL-12 levels were significantly reduced among TNBS induced colitis animals treated with thalidomide compared with animals that did not receive thalidomide. TNF-α levels were also significantly reduced among the animals receiving thalidomide prophylaxis compared with untreated animals with TNBS-induced colitis. Intestinal levels of TNF-α and IL-12 were significantly correlated with the inflammatory score and the number of VEGF＋ cells. CONCLUSION： Thalidomide significantly attenuates TNBS-induced colitis by inhibiting the intestinal production of TNF-α, IL-12, and VEGF. This effect may support the use of thalidomide as an alternate approach in selected patients with CD.

It is known that nitrate inhibits ruminal methanogenesis,mainly through competition with hydrogenotrophic methanogens for available hydrogen(h2)and also through toxic effects on the ***,there is limited knowledge about its effects on the others members of ruminal microbiota and their *** this study,we investigated the effects of dietary nitrate inclusion on enteric methane(Ch4)emission,temporal changes in ruminal microbiota,and fermentation in holstein *** animals were maintained in individual pens for 45 *** were randomly allocated to either a control(CTR)or nitrate(NIT,containing 15 g of calcium nitrate/kg dry matter)*** emissions were estimated using the sulfur hexafluoride(SF6)tracer *** microbiota changes and ruminal fermentation were evaluated at 0,4,and 8 h *** this study,feed dry matter intake(DMI)did not differ between dietary treatments(P>0.05).Diets containing NIT reduced Ch4 emissions by 27%(g/d)and yield by 21%(g/kg DMI)compared to the CTR(Phe ph values and total volatile fatty acids(VFA)concentration did not differ between dietary treatments(P>0.05)but differed with time,and post-feeding(Phe concentrations of ruminal ammonia nitrogen(Nh3-N)and acetate were observed,whereas propionate decreased at 4 h post-feeding with the NIT diet(Phe NIT diet reduced the populations of total bacteria,total methanogens,Ruminococcus albus and Ruminococcus flavefaciens,and the abundance of Succiniclasticum,Coprococcus,Treponema,Shuttlewortia,Succinivibrio,Sharpea,Pseudobutyrivibrio,and Selenomona(Phereas,the population of total fungi,protozoa,Fibrobacter succinogenes,Atopobium and Erysipelotrichaceae L7 AE11 increased(Ph4 emissions and the methanogens population,whereas it decreases the propionate concentration and the abundance of bacteria involved in the succinate and acrylate pathways.D

A novel microstructural architecture consisting of Cr23C6 carbide spatial columns was created in solid components of Co-26Cr-6Mo-0.2C fabricated from powder by additive manufacturing using electron beam melting. These columns of carbides extended in the build direction and are formed by the x-y rastering of the electron beam to pre-heat and melt powder layers using CAD models. These microstructural architectures are similar to rapidly solidified/unidirectionally solidified structures created by heat extraction in the direction perpendicular to the build plane. These columnar carbide architectures were observed by optical metallography and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and compared with intrinsic stacking fault microstructures observed in annealed components. The TEM analysis allowed the details of the carbide crystal structure and corresponding cubic morphology to be observed.

A simple way to prepare α- and β-CoMoO4 nanorods is reported in this paper. CoMoO4xh2O nanorod precursors were obtained using the microwave-assisted hydrothermal (MAh) method. By annealing the as-prepared CoMoO44xh2O precursor at 600℃ for 10 min in a domestic microwave oven, α- and β-CoMoO4 nanorods were prepared. These powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Fourier transform Raman microscopy and ultraviolet visible absorption spectroscopy (UV-vis spectra) as well as photoluminescence (PL) measurements. Based on the results, these materials revealed nanorod morphology. PL spectra obtained at room temperature for α- and β-CoMoO4 particles exhibited maximum components around the blue light emission. The results show that the domestic microwave oven has been successfully employed to obtain α- and β-CoMoO4 nanoparticles.

目的　探讨是否原发性高血压继发于多巴胺受体、G蛋白和Na+ h+ 交换体 3(NhE3)的相互作用障碍。方法　为避免第二信使的影响 ,我们采用无细胞质成分的肾小管细胞膜刷状缘进行实验 ,实验对象为高血压产生前 (2～ 3周龄 )和高血压产生后 (12周龄 )的自发性高血压大鼠 (ShR) ,研究多巴胺受体激活剂对ShR肾小管细胞膜刷状缘的NhE活性的抑制作用和对G蛋白亚基与NhE3结合的影响。结果　正常对照鼠 (WKY鼠 )NhE3活性随年龄增长而增强 ,但ShR肾NhE3活性未随年龄变化而改变。ShR与WKY鼠的D1多巴胺受体表达不受年龄影响。多巴胺D1受体激活剂对WKY肾NhE3活性的抑制能力随年龄增长而增强 ,但对ShR的抑制未随年龄变化。多巴胺D1受体激活剂 (Fenoldopam)增加WKY幼鼠Gsα/NhE3结合量与成年鼠相同 ,但使ShR幼鼠Gsα/NhE3结合量减少。结论　多巴胺D1受体激活剂对ShR中NhE3活性的抑制减少早于高血压的形成。
