Purpose:The aim of the present study was to analyze the associations of youths' sedentary behavior(SB) with parents' and siblings' SB and physical activity(PA),as well as the associations of youths' coparticipation with parents,siblings,and friends in PA and SB with youths' ***:The sample consisted of 1543 youths(12.02±2.51 years;788 boys) enrolled in the baseline cohort of the UP&DOWN *** was assessed by accelerometry and *** reported the time spent by their parents and siblings watching television,playing videogames,surfing the Internet,sitting/resting,and doing ***,participants reported coparticipation with parents,siblings,and friends in these *** mixed models,including school and city as random effects,were ***:Parents' television time was positively associated with youths' screen-based *** with friends in playing videogames(in boys) and in surfing the Internet(in girls) showed a positive association with screen-based SB and a negative association with educational-based ***,coparticipation with siblings and friends in PA was inversely associated with accelerometer-based SB in boys and ***:Our results emphasize the important role of social modeling in the development of sedentary lifestyles in *** aimed at reducing health risk behaviors in youths could be more effective if they are oriented from a social perspective that involves their families and networks of their closest friends.

Background: Duodenoscope-related multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO) infections raise concerns. Disposable duodenoscopes have been recently introduced in the market and approved by regulatory agencies with the aim to reduce the risk of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERcP) associated infections. The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcome of procedures performed with single-use duodenoscopes in patients with clinical indications to single-operator cholangiopancreatoscopy. Methods: This is a multicenter international, retrospective study combining all patients who underwent complex biliopancreatic interventions using the combination of a single-use duodenoscope and a single-use cholangioscope. The primary outcome was technical success defined as ERcP completion for the intended clinical indication. Secondary outcomes were procedural duration, rate of cross-over to reusable duodenoscope, operator-reported satisfaction score(1 to 10) on performance rating of the single-use duodenoscope, and adverse event(AE) rate. Results: A total of 66 patients(26, 39.4% female) were included in the study. ERcP was categorized according to ASGE ERcP grading system as 47(71.2%) grade 3 and 19(28.8%) grade 4. The technical success rate was 98.5%(65/66). Procedural duration was 64(interquartile range 15-189) min, cross-over rate to reusable duodenoscope was 1/66(1.5%). The satisfaction score of the single-use duodenoscope classified by the operators was 8.6 ± 1.3 points. Four patients(6.1%) experienced AEs not directly related to the single-use duodenoscope, namely 2 post-ERcP pancreatitis(PEP), 1 cholangitis and 1 ***: Single-use duodenoscope is effective, reliable and safe even in technically challenging procedures with a non-inferiority to reusable duodenoscope, making these devices a viable alternative to standard reusable equipment.

Domination is the fastest-growing field within graph theory with a profound diversity and impact in real-world applications,such as the recent breakthrough approach that identifies optimized subsets of proteins enriched with cancer-related *** its conceptual simplicity,domination is a classical NP-complete decision problem which makes analytical solutions elusive and poses difficulties to design optimization algorithms for finding a dominating set of minimum cardinality in a large ***,we derive for the first time an approximate analytical solution for the density of the minimum dominating set(MDS)by using a combination of cavity method and ultra-discretization(UD)*** derived equation allows us to compute the size of MDS by only using as an input the information of the degree distribution of a given network.

Mercury uptake and effects on growth in Jatropha curcas

The use of metal-accumulating plants for the phytoremediation of contaminated soils is gaining more attention. Mercury （Hg）-contaminated soils from historical gold mines represent a potential risk to human health and the environment. Therefore, Jatropha curcas plant, that has shown its tolerance to these environments, is a species of particular interest to implement phytoremediation techniques in gold mining sites. In this work, the behavior of J. curcas was assessed in different hydroponic cultures fortified with Hg at concentrations of 5, 10, 20, 40, and 80μg Hg/mL （T5, T10, T20, T40 and T80, respectively）. After exposure, plant growth, net photosynthesis, leaf area, and Hg accumulation were determined and variables such as net Hg uptake, effective Hg accumulation, translocation and bioaccumu- lation factors were calculated. Accumulation of Hg in root and leaf tissues increased with respect to the Hg concentrations in the hydroponic culture, with statistically significant differences （p 〈 0.05） among treatments. Moreover, Hg concentration in roots was 7 and 12-fold higher in average than in plant leaves and shoots, respectively. Many effects were found in the development of plants, especially related with loss of biomass and leaf area, with significant growth inhibition related to control values （〉50% with treatment T5）. Moreover, percentage of inhibition was even higher （〉60%） with same treatment for net photosynthesis. Finally, it should be highlighted that for T40 and T80 treatments, plant growth and photosynthesis were almost completely depleted （88%-95%）.

Which Inspection Approach Is Better to Prevent Drug Fraud: Announced or Unannounced?

In recent years,there are many crimes related drug fraud occuring in china and many experts think that the main cause is that china Food and Drug Administration (cFDA)adopts announced inspection (AI).In order to circumvent this difficulty,cFDA has exploited unannounced inspection (UI)since *** this paper,the authors study the problem of which one performs better, AI or ***,the authors consider a supervisor,which decides the inspection approach,inspection strength and punishment to force the firm to put self-inspection effort to meet the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice,and a firm,which produces a drug and decides its self-inspection effort. The authors use game theory to model this problem,characterize the equilibrium policies under AI, and compare the effects of the two approaches on preventing drug fraud under complete and incomplete *** results show that under the complete information,UI performs better if the firm's technical level and the inspection cost are low and AI performs better *** the supervisor doesn't know the firm's technical level,if the low technical level is high,AI performs ***, UI performs better if the inspection cost is low and AI performs better if the inspection cost is high.

Tuna classification using super learner ensemble of region-based cNN-grouped 2D-LBP models

Tuna is superior among the marine fishes that are exported in the forms of raw fish and processed *** of Tuna into their species is done in industries manually,and the process is *** work proposes an automated system for classifying Tuna spe-cies based on their *** ensemble of region-based deep neural networks is used.A sub region contrast stretching operation is applied to enhance the *** fish image is then divided into three regions and is augmented before giving as input to pre-trained convolutional neural networks(cNN).After fine-tuning the models,the output from the last convolutional layer is given to a grouped 2D-local binary pattern descriptor(G2DLBP).Statistical features from the descriptor are applied to different classifiers,and the best clas-sifier for each image region model is *** ensemble methods are subse-quently used to combine the three cNN-G2DLBP *** the ensemble techniques,super learner ensemble method with random forest(RF)classifier using 5-fold cross-validation shows the highest classification accuracy of 97.32%.The perfor-mance of different ensemble methods is analyzed in terms of accuracy,precision,recall,and *** proposed system shows an accuracy of 93.91% when evaluated with an independent test *** ensemble of region-based cNN with textural features from G2DLBP is applied for the first time for fish classification.

Preliminary notes on brain weight variation across labrid fish species with different levels of cooperative behaviour

Brain size and weight vary tremendously in the animal kingdom. It has been suggested that brain structural develop- ment must evolve balanced between the advantages of dealing with greater social challenges mad the energetic costs of maintain- ing and developing larger brains. Here we ask if interspecific differences in cooperative behaviour （i.e. cleaning behaviour） are related to brain weight variations in four close-related species of Labrid fish： two are obligatory cleanerfish throughout their en- tire life （Labroides dimidiatus and L. bicolor）, one facultative cleaner fish Labropsis australis and one last species that never en- gage in cleaning Labrichthys unilineatus. We first search for the link between the rate of species＇ cooperation and its relative brain weight, and finally, if the degree of social complexity and cooperation are reflected in the weight of its major brain sub- structures. Overall, no differences were found in relative brain weight （in relation to body weight） across species. Fine-scale dif- ferences were solely demonstrated for the facultative cleaner L. australis, at the brainstem level. Furthermore, data visual exami- nation indicates that the average cerebellum and brainstem weights appear to be larger for L. dimidiatus. Because variation was solely found at specific brain areas （such as cerebellum and brainstem） and not for the whole brain weight values, it suggests that species social-ecological and cognitive demands may be directly contributing to a selective investment in relevant brain areas. This study provides first preliminary evidence that links potential differences in cognitive ability in cooperative behaviour to how these may mediate the evolution of brain structural development in non-mammal vertebrate groups .

changes in cinnamic Acid Derivatives Associated with the Habituation of Maize cells to Dichlobenil

The habituation of cell cultures to cellulose biosynthesis inhibitors such as dichlobenil （DcB） represents a valu- able tool to improve our knowledge of the mechanisms involved in plant cell wall structural plasticity. Maize cell lines habituated to lethal concentrations of DcB were able to grow through the acquisition of a modified cell wall in which cellulose was partially replaced by a more extensive network of arabinoxylans. The aim of this work was to investigate the phenolic metabolism of non-habituated and DcB-habituated maize cell cultures. Maize cell cultures were fed [14c]cinnamate and the fate of the radioactivity in different intra-protoplasmic and wall-localized fractions throughout the culture cycle was analyzed by autoradiography and scintillation counting. Non-habituated and habituated cultures did not markedly differ in their ability to uptake exogenous [14c]cinnamic acid. However, interesting differences were found in the radiolabeling of low- and high-Mr metabolites. Habituated cultures displayed a higher number and amount of radiola-beled low-Mr compounds, which could act as reserves later used for polysaccharide feruloylation. DcB-habituated cultures were highly enriched in esterified [14c]dehydrodiferulates and larger coupling products. In conclusion, an extensive and early cross-linking of hydroxycinnamates was observed in DcB-habituated cultures, probably strengthening their cellulose-deficient walls.

Acoustic streaming and Sun's meridional circulation

A vast number of physical processes involving oscillations of a bounded viscous fluid are relevantly influenced by acoustic streaming. When this happens a steady circulation of fluid develops in a thin boundary adjacent to the interface. Some examples are refracted sound waves, a fluid inside a spherical cavity undergoing torsional oscillations or a pulsating liquid droplet. Steady streaming around circular interfaces consists of a hemispherically symmetric recirculation of fluid from the equatorial plane to the polar axes closely resembling the meridional circulation pattern observed in the Sun＇s convection zone that determines the solar cycle. In this paper, it is argued that the acoustic pulsations exhibited by the Sun would lead to acoustic streaming in the boundary of the convection zone. A simple estimation using a typical dominant frequency of 3 mHz and the observed surface oscillation amplitude yields a steady streaming velocity Us - 10 m s^-1, which is on the order of the meridional circulation velocity observed in the Sun＇s convection zone.
