目的:报告2例以视力下降为首发症状的白血病患者,采用光学相干断层扫描(OCT)识别和定位视网膜病变。方法:回顾性干涉个案报告。结果:伴随视力下降,确诊急性淋巴细胞白血病和慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者各1例。OCT发现1例为黄斑部浆液性脱离。另1例为视网膜低荧光浸润,OCT表现为高反射性损伤。在随访时间内,肿瘤完全缓解后视网膜改变消失,视力明显恢复。结论:OCT是一种检测、定位和跟踪的眼部肿瘤有价值的,非侵入性的诊断工具。

目的:报道经玻璃体腔内注射高剂量曲安奈德(triamcinolone acetonide,TA)联合光动力学疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)治疗老年性黄斑变性( age related macular degeneration, AmD)的脉络膜新生血管(choroidal neovascularization,CNV)后发生的脉络膜毛细血管萎缩。方法:我们采用非随机回顾性干涉治疗病例。在阿利坎特学院眼科,连续观察51眼(实验组)玻璃体腔内的注射(19.4±2.1)mg/0.1mL TA联合PDT治疗AmD的全部中心凹下型CNV患者,经过2a的随访,检查黄斑部脉络膜毛细血管和视网膜色素上皮细胞(RPE)萎缩情况。同时,采用单独PDT治疗的连续30眼患者作为对照组,其年龄,性别和AmD的CNV类型及大小与实验组相匹配。结果:随访24mo后,在治疗区域21/47眼(45%,实验组)和7/30眼(23%,对照组)发展成黄斑部RPE和脉络膜毛细血管萎缩(P=0.04,卡方检验)。实验组平均最大萎缩区域的直径为(5044±1666)μm,而对照组为(4345±1550)μm。在实验组中,RPE萎缩患者的平均最佳矫正视力为(0.87±0.33),而非RPE萎缩患者的平均最佳矫正视力为(0.66±0.26) (P=0.11,秩和U检验)。结论:玻璃体腔内注射大剂量TA联合PDT治疗可能会增加RPE和脉络膜毛细血管萎缩的风险。

目的:确定局麻药,年龄和角膜中央厚度对非接触眼压计眼压测量值的影响。方法:记录47例93眼滴局麻药前后角膜中央厚度和非接触眼压计眼压测量值。结果:在47例中女31例,男16例;平均年龄66.4岁(标准差16,范围34～88岁);平均基础眼压16.0mmHg(标准差4.0,范围8.5～26.1mmHg)。滴局麻药后1min平均眼压16.0mmHg(标准差3.8,范围7.7～26.7mmHg),5min平均眼压14.9mmHg(标准差3.9,范围7.6～26.3)。0～1min(P=0.0007)和0～5min(P=0.0003)的数值差异有统计学意义,1～5min(P=0.27)的数值差异无统计学意义(配对资料t检验)。滴局麻药前的平均角膜中央厚度为565.4μm。直线回归分析认为年龄和眼压之间以及角膜中央厚度和眼压之间无直线关系。结论:我们的研究证实,滴局麻药后前5min内引起的眼压降低是进行性的,降低值与角膜中央厚度和年龄无关。

Unlike other major crops,little research has been performed on tomato to reduce the generation time for speed *** evaluated several agronomic treatments to reduce the generation time of tomato in the‘m82'(determinate)and‘moneymaker'(indeterminate)varieties and evaluated the best combination in conjunction with embryo *** container sizes with volumes of 0.2 L(XS),0.45 L(S),0.8 L(m),1.3 L(L),and6 L(XL),were evaluated in the first experiment under the autumn *** found that plants grown in XL containers exhibited better development and required less time from sowing to anthesis(DSA)and from anthesis to fruit ripening(DAR).In the second experiment,using XL containers in the autumn-winter cycle,we evaluated the effects of cold priming at the cotyledonary stage,water stress,P supplementation,and K supplementation on generation *** to the control,we found that cold priming significantly reduced the number of leaves,plant height to first the inflorescence,and DSA(2.7 d),whereas K supplementation reduced the DAR(8.8 d).In contrast,water stress and P supplementation did not significantly affect any of the measured traits like DAR,DSA or fruit *** validate these data,in a third experiment with XL containers in the spring-summer cycle,the combination of cold priming and K supplementation was tested,confirming the significant effect of this combination on the reduction of generation time(2.9 d for DSA and 3.9 d for DAR)compared to the *** rescue during the cell expansion cycle(average of 22.0 d and 23.3 d after anthesis for‘m82'and‘moneymaker',respectively)allowed the shortening of the generation time by 8.7 d in‘m82'and 11.6 d in‘moneymaker'compared to the in planta fruit *** combination of agronomic treatments with embryo rescue can effectively increase the number of generations per year from three to four for speed breeding of tomato.

A γ-TiAI intermetallic alloy, Ti-45Al-2Nb-2mn （at.%）-0.8 vol.%TiB2, has been processed from gas atomized praalloyed powder by field assisted hot pressing （FAHP）. An initial analysis of the prealloyed powder helped on the understanding of the intermetallic sintering behavior. Atomized powder consisted of α metastable phase that transformed into α2＋γ equilibrium phases by thermal treating. Different powder particle microstructures were found, which influence the microstructure development of the FAHP T-TiAI material depending on the sintering temperature. Duplex, nearly lamellar and fully lamellar microstructures were obtained at the sintaring temperatures above 1000 ℃. Lower consolidation temperatures, below 1000 ℃, led to the formation of an AI rich phase at powder particle boundaries, which is deleterious to the mechanical properties. High compressive yield strength of 1050 mPa was observed in samples with FAHP duplex microstructures at room temperature. Whereas nearly lamellar and fully lamellar microstructures showed yield strength values of 655 and 626 mPa at room temperature and 440 and 425 mPa at 750 ℃, respectively, which are superior in comparison to similar alloys processed by other techniques. These excellent properties can be explained due to the different volume fractions of the α2 and γ phases and the refinement of the Pm microstructures.

One of the most critical issues in the evaluation of power systems is the identification of critical buses. For this purpose, this paper proposes a new methodology that evaluates the substitution of the power flow technique by the geodesic vulnerability index to identify critical nodes in power *** methods are applied comparatively to demonstrate the scope of the proposed approach. The applicability of the methodology is illustrated using the IEEE 118-bus test system as a case study. To identify the critical components, a node is initially disconnected, and the performance of the resulting topology is evaluated in the face of simulations for multiple cascading faults. Cascading events are simulated by randomly removing assets on a system that continually changes its structure with the elimination of each component. Thus, the classification of the critical nodes is determined by evaluating the resulting performance of 118 different topologies and calculating the damaged area for each of the disintegration curves of cascading failures. In summary, the feasibility and suitability of complex network theory are justified to identify critical nodes in power systems.

AIm： To evaluate choroidal thickness, medium choroidal vessel thickness（mCVT） and large choroidal vessel thickness（LCVT） in normal children and adult ***： manual measurements of subfoveal choroidal thickness（SFCT）, mCVT and LCVT at subfoveal and 750 μm nasal and temporal to fovea locations were completed on enhanced-depth imaging optical coherence tomography（EDI-OCT） scans of normal children and adult ***： Fifty adult and fifty-seven child subjects were included in the study（including 80 adult and 103 child eyes）. mean（±SD） SFCT of adult and children eyes in the study was 309.3±95.7 μm and 279.3±50.4 μm respectively. SFCT and subfoveal mCVT in adult eyes were significantly more than children（P=0.01 and P≤0.0001 respectively）.CONCLUSION： There is choroidal thickening with associated thickening of medium choroidal vessels in adults, suggesting that there is alteration in choroidal vasculature with ageing.
