Ocea. productivity is the founda.ion of ma.ine food web,which continuously removes a.mospheric ca.bon dioxide a.d supports life a. sea.a.d on ***-tempora. va.ia.ility of net prima.y productivity(NPP),sea.surfa.e tempera.ure(SST),sea.surfa.e sa.inity(SSS),mixed la.er depth(MLD),a.d euphotic zone depth(EZD) in the northern B a. of Benga.(BoB) during three monsoon sea.ons were exa.ined in this study ba.ed on remote sensing da.a.for the period 2005 to *** compa.e the NPP distribution between the coa.ta. zones a.d open BoB,the study a.ea.wa. divided into five zones(Z1-Z5).Results suggest tha. most productive zones Z2 a.d Zl a.e loca.ed a. the hea. ba. a.ea.a.d a.e directly influenced by freshwa.er discha.ge together with riverine sediment a.d nutrient *** Z1-Z5,the NPP ra.ges from 5 315.38 mg/(m^(2)·d) to 346.7 mg/(m^(2)·d)(ca.bon,since then the sa.e).The highest monthly a.era.e NPP of 5 315.38 mg/(m^(2)·d) in Februa.y a.d 5 039.36 mg/(m^(2)·d) in June were observed from Z2,while the lowest monthly a.era.e of 346.72 mg/(m^(2)·d) wa. observed in Ma.ch from Z4,which is a. ocea.ic *** va.ues va.y from 6-154 m for the study a.ea.a.d it ha. a. inverse correla.ion with NPP *** is deeper during the summer sea.on a.d sha.lower during the wintertime,with a.corresponding increa.e in *** the yea.,monthly SST shows slight fluctua.ion for the entire study a.ea.a.d sta.istica. a.a.ysis shows a.significa.t correla.ion a.ong NPP,a.d EZD,overa.l positive between NPP a.d MLD,wherea. no significa.t correla.ion a.ong SSS,a.d SST for the northern ***-term trends in SST a.d productivity were significa.tly po sitive in hea. ba. zones but nega.ively productive in the open *** findings in this study on the distribution of NPP,SST,SSS,MLD,a.d EZD a.d their sea.ona. va.ia.ility in five different zones of BoB ca. be used to further improve the ma.a.ement of ma.ine resources a.d overa.l environmenta. condition in response to clim

背景Suga.ma.ex是一种具有特异结构的γ-环糊精，能选择性地与肌松药结合快速逆转罗库溴铵所致的神经肌肉阻滞，并较小程度地逆转维库溴铵所致的神经肌肉阻滞。该研究中，我们对比了行择期手术的患者中suga.ma.ex和新斯的明对逆转维库溴铵所致神经肌肉阻滞的作用。方法年龄≥18岁，a.a.级I-Ⅲ级拟行择期手术的患者，在七氟醚／阿片类镇痛药麻醉下给予插管剂量维库溴铵（0．1mg／kg），如有必要，在4个成串刺激（tra.n—of-four，TOF）中第二个颤搐波（T2）恢复时给予的0．02-0．03mg／kg的维持剂量。用加速肌动监测仪（TOF-Wa.ch@SX监测仪，先灵-葆雅，爱尔兰都柏林）监测神经肌肉阻滞。术毕，在最后一次给予维库溴铵后咒恢复时，给患者随机静脉注射suga.ma.ex（2mg／kg）或新斯的明（50μg／kg）加格隆溴铵（10μg/kg）。从注药开始至TOF比值恢复至0．9的时间作为主要有效终点。结果Suga.ma.ex组TOF比值恢复至0．9的时间明显快于新斯的明组（分别为2．7分钟[95％置信区间，CI：2．2—2．3分钟]和17．9分钟[95％CI：13．1—24．3分钟]，P〈0．0001）。Suga.ma.ex组TOF恢复至0．8和0．7的平均恢复时间也明显缩短。使用两种药物后均未出现严重不良事件或不可预料的副作用。结论Suga.ma.ex逆转维库溴铵所致神经肌肉阻滞的作用明显快于新斯的明。

Interleukin-4 is a.cytokine produced by a.tiva.ed T cells, ma.t cells, a.d ba.ophils tha. elicits ma.y importa.t biologica. responses[1] (see Ta. 1). These responses ra.ge from the regula.ion of helper T cell differentia.ion[2] a.d the production of IgE[3] to the regula.ion of the a.hesive properties of endothelia. cells via.VCa.-1[4]. IL-4 is a. importa.t B cell surviva. a.d growth fa.tor. IL-4 induced the tyrosine phosphoryla.ion of IRS2 in resting B lymphocytes a.d in LPS- or CD40L-a.tiva.ed bla.ts. Phosphoryla.ed IRS2 coprecipita.ed with the p85 subunit of PI 3’ kina.e in both resting a.d a.tiva.ed cells. By contra.t, a.socia.ion of phosphoryla.ed IRS2 with GRB2 wa. not detected in resting B cells a.ter IL-4 trea.ment a.though both proteins were expressed. However, IL-4 induced a.socia.ion of IRS2 with GRB2 in B cell bla.ts. The pa.tern of IL-4- induced recruitment of p85 a.d GRB2 to IRS2 observed in B cells derived from STa.6 null mice wa. identica. to tha. observed for norma. mice. While IL-4 a.one does not induce a.tiva.ion of MEK, a.MEKI inhibitor suppressed the IL-4-induced prolifera.ive response of LPS-a.tiva.ed B cell bla.ts. Objective: Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the a.a.ia.tela.giecta.ia.muta.ed gene a.M ha.e been linked with pneumonitis a.ter ra.iothera.y for lung ca.cer but ha.e not been eva.ua.ed in terms of pulmona.y function impa.rment. Here we investiga.ed potentia. a.socia.ions between SNPs in a.M a.d cha.ges in diffusing ca.a.ity of the lung for ca.bon monoxide (DLCO) in pa.ients with nonesma.l-cell lung ca.cer (NSCLC) a.ter ra.iothera.y. Methods: From November 1998 through June 2009, 448 consecutive pa.ients with inopera.le prima.y NSCLC underwent definitive (≥60 Gy) ra.iothera.y, with or without chemothera.y. a.ter excluding pa.ients with a.history of thora.ic surgery, ra.dia.ion, or lung ca.cer; without DNa.sa.ples a.a.la.le for a.a.ysis; or without pulmona.y function testing within the 12 months before a.d the 12 months a.ter ra.iothera.y, 100 pa.ients were identified who a.e the subjects of this study. We genotyped two SNPs of a.M previously found to be a.socia.ed with ra.ia.ion-induced pneumonitis (rs189037 a.d rs228590) a.d eva.ua.ed potentia. correla.ions between these SNPs a.d impa.rment (decrea.es) in DLCO by using logistic regression a.a.ysis. Results: Univa.ia.e a.d multiva.ia.e a.a.yses showed tha. the a. genotype of a.M rs189037 wa. a.socia.ed with decrea.ed DLCO a.ter definitive ra.iothera.y tha. the GG/a. genotypes (univa.ia.e coefficient, -0.122; 95％ confidence interva. (CI),-0.236 to -0.008; P = 0.037; a.d multiva.ia.e coefficient, -0.102; 95％ CI, -0.198 to -0.005; P = 0.038)No such correla.ions were found for rs228590 (univa.ia.e coefficient, -0.096; 95％ CI, -0.208 to 0.017; P = 0.096). Conclusions: The a. genotype of a.M rs189037 wa. a.socia.ed with higher risk of lung injury tha. were the GG/a. genotypes in pa.ients with NSCLC trea.ed with ra.iothera.y. This finding should be va.ida.ed prospectively with other pa.ient popula.ions.
