A multi-shot target assembly and automatic alignment procedure for laser–plasma proton acceleration at high repetition rate are introduced. The assembly is based on a multi-target rotating wheel capable of hosting more than 5000 targets,mounted on a 3D motorized stage to allow rapid replenishment and alignment of the target material between laser irradiations. The automatic alignment procedure consists of a detailed mapping of the impact positions at the target surface prior to the irradiation that ensures stable operation of the target, which alongside the purpose-built design of the target wheel, enables operation at rates up to 10 Hz. Stable and continuous laser-driven proton acceleration at 10 Hz is demonstrated, with observed cut-off energy stability about 15%.

Confinement was a helpful measure to avoid virus propagation, but social isolation and the massive closure of face-to face activities in educational institutions, impacted negatively in mental health of students, it increased stress and anxiety in adolescents, affecting their communication skills in this significant step of interpersonal relationships, and the search for their identity. The lockdown in addition to stress and anxiety triggered fear emotions, frustration, worrying and anger, as well as changes in driving energy, diminishing interest and desires. This work aimed to analyze the impact on mental health in first year secondary school adolescents after the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. Method: Qualitative and phenomenological research, 25 students of first year from a public secondary school of Mexico’s metropolitan area participated in the study;they were girls and boys 12 - 13 years old. Data collection was through a semi-structured interview, testimonials and anecdotes, in two hour sessions, along a week;research team recorded the interviews, testimonials and anecdotes. A signed informed consent was obtained from school authorities, parents and the assent of students. Obtained qualitative data were analyzed according to de Souza Minayo. Results: Four categories emerged with sub-categories. Category 1: Anxiety crisis, sub-categories 1.1. In overcrowded places, 1.2. To speak in public, 1.3. Facing interpersonal relationships with peers. Category 2: Impaired self-concept, sub-categories 2.1. deficient self-perception, 2.2 Continuous disqualification and 2.3. deficient personal objectivity. The effect of a homogenizing treatment on the hardness of as-cast Zn–Al–Cu alloys was investigated. Eight alloy compositions were prepared and homogenized at 350 °C for 180 h, and their Rockwell 'B' hardness was subsequently measured. All the specimens were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and metallographically prepared for observation by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results of the present work indicated that the hardness of both alloys(as-cast and homogenized) increased with increasing Al and Cu contents; this increased hardness is likely related to the presence of the θ and τ′ phases. A regression equation was obtained to determine the hardness of the homogenized alloys as a function of their chemical composition and processing parameters, such as homogenization time and temperature, used in their preparation.

固体聚合物电解质具有良好的灵活性、低界面阻抗、易加工等特点，具有广阔的应用前景。目前，聚合物电解质存在着室温下离子输运困难和离子电导率低的问题。采用溶液铸造法制备了石榴石li6.4la3Zr2Ga0.2O12（llZGO）/聚乙烯氧化物（PEO）复合聚合物电解质。通过优化llZGO粒径，并与PEO结合，制备了高离子电导率的复合电解质。结果表明，当llZGO粒径为0.5μm时，室温离子电导率为1.5×10-4S·cm-1，制备的复合电解质的离子迁移数为0.343，在锂沉积/剥离试验中可稳定循环400 h。在60℃，2.7～4.0 V条件下，组装的li/复合电解质/liFePO4电池首次放电比容量为141 mAh·g-1，在0.5 C倍率下，循环60次后放电比容量为121.4 mAh·g-1，具有良好的循环稳定性。通过优化llZGO粒径，为提高复合电解质的界面性能、优化机械和电化学性能、开发高性能固体锂金属电池提供了一种可行的方法。

liver transplantation(lT) is the only potentially curative treatment for selected patients with cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) who are not candidates for resection. When the Milan criteria are strictly applied, 75% to85%of 3-to 4-year actuarial survival rates are achieved, but up to 20% of the patients experience HCC recurrence after transplantation. The Milan criteria are based on the preoperative tumor macromorphology, tumor size and number on computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging that neither correlate well with posttransplant histological study of the liver explant nor accurately predict HCC recurrence after lT, since they do not include objective measures of tumor biology. Preoperative biological markers, including alpha-fetoprotein, desgamma-carboxiprothrombin or neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-tolymphocyte ratio, can predict the risk for HCC recurrence after *** biomarkers have been proposed as surrogate markers of tumor differentiation and vascular invasion, with varied risk magnitudes depending on the defined cutoffs. Different studies have shown that the combination of one or several biomarkers integrated into prognostic models predict the risk of HCC recurrence after lT more accurately than Milan criteria alone. 目的通过对不明原因复发性流产(URSA)孕妇绒毛组织的lncRNA比对参考基因组进行注释,探究URSA中潜在的lncRNA生物学靶点。方法收集4例URSA(实验组)和4例选择性终止妊娠(ETP)孕妇(对照组)的绒毛组织样本,使用StringTie处理并预测各转录本,deSeq2获得差异表达lncRNA,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)富集分析对lncRNA反式调控及lncRNA顺式调控潜在通路进行探索。结果使用4种编码潜能分析方法对候选lncRNA进行进一步的筛选,共有474个共表达转录本,接着deSeq2获得差异表达lncRNA,有705个显著上调lncRNA数目和107个显著下调表达lncRNA数目,对差异表达的lncRNA和所有差异表达的基因进行共表达分析,其中lncRNA反式调控分子功能主要作用在蛋白结合,生物过程发生在细胞外基质组织,存在于细胞表面。KEGG结果显示其主要是作用于lncRNA Hla-DQA2进而富集在金黄色葡萄球菌感染通路。lncRNA顺式调控分子功能主要作用在蛋白结合,生物过程发生在RNA聚合酶对转录的调节,存在于核染色质。KEGG富集结果显示其主要是作用于lncRNA Hla-DQA2以及BIRCT进而富集在弓形体病感染通路。结论lncRNA Hla-DQA2可能通过调控炎症感染信号通路导致不明原因复发性流产,其可能成为潜在的治疗靶点。
