脑部疾病影响着数百万人，并对社会和经济产生巨大影响。在动物研究中，神经探针的应用一直是增进神经网络功能知识的主要途径。神经科学家正在努力开发新型且更加有效的神经疾病治疗方法。近年来，多功能神经探针（包括电学、光学和流体相互作用）的研发不断增加，产生了更高时空分辨率的设备。增加神经探针的适用性以及集成元素，促进了柔性接口的需求，减少了探针植入期间对神经组织的损伤，并提高了神经采集数据的质量。本文综述了几种柔性神经探针的制备、表征和验证，探讨了这些器件的主要优缺点。最后，对其今后的发展及应用作了展望。总体而言，本综述旨在介绍目前可用的柔性神经探针设备及其未来可能的发展途径，为未来设备设计提供指导。

This study aims to investigate the abundance of AMF according to soil properties and altitudes in different cacao plantations of Cameroon. physico-chemical analyses were made on soil samples collected from three agro-ecological zones. Soil samples were also used to evaluate directly the AMF abundance following the various altitudes and after trapping by sorghum plant. The results showed that soil properties, AMF spore abundances and colonization fluctuated significantly at different altitudes. The most represented texture was sandy loam. The bimodal zone presented a homogeneous texture (sandy loam) in all its localities. Cacao soil chemical characteristics showed that, the highest nitrogen rate (0.47%;p 0.05, Scott-Knott test) was recorded at Melong in a monomodal zone while Tonga in the Western highlands displayed the lowest rate (0.13%). Soil P concentration was significantly high in monomodal zones (Mbanga and Melong). Soil ph level indicated that the soil from Tonga in the Western highlands was neutral (ph = 6.67), and soils of other localities under study were acidic with the lowest (4.75) ph level recorded at Melong in a monomodal zone. In soil samples, the highest spore density (1.03 spores/g soil) was observed at Ntui in Bimodal zone, while the lowest spore density (0.26 spores/g soil) was observed at Bafang in the Western highlands. Root colonization showed that the sample from Bokito in a bimodal zone displayed the best frequency of mycorrhization (86.11%) while the sample from Bafang in the Western highlands recorded the lowest (27.11%). The PCA analysis highlighted that available phosphorus, ph and altitude all strongly correlated with AMF root colonization ability and can be used as a predictor of AMF colonization ability in cacao rhizosphere.

BackgroundFor the treatment of chronic heart failure （HF）, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment should be em-ployed in HF patients. Although HF is highly prevalent in nursing home residents, it is not clear whether the recommendations in the guide-lines for pharmacological therapy also are followed in nursing home residents. The aim of this study is to investigate how HF is treated in nursing home residents and to determine to what extent the current treatment corresponds to the *** home resi-dents of five large nursing home care organizations in the southern part of the Netherlands with a previous diagnosis of HF based on medical records irrespective of the left ventricle ejection fraction （LVEF） were included in this cross-sectional design study. Data were gathered on the （medical） records, which included clinical characteristics and pharmacological- and non-pharmacological treatment. Echocardiography was used as part of the study to determine the *** of 501 residents, 112 had a diagnosis of HF at inclusion. One-third of them received an ACE-inhibitor and 40% used aβ-blocker. In 66%, there was a prescription of diuretics with a preference of a loop diuretic. Focusing on the residents with a LVEF￡ 40%, only 46% of the 22 residents used an ACE-inhibitor and 64% aβ-blocker. The median daily doses of prescribed medication were lower than those that were recommended by the guidelines. Non-pharmacological interventions were recorded in almost none of the residents with *** recommended medical therapy of HF was often not prescribed; if pre-scribed, the dosage was usually far below what was recommended. In addition, non-pharmacological interventions were mostly not used at all.

Traditionally,food sustainability has been considered solely in the stage of agricultural ***,globalization,the expansion of the food production industry,and the emergence of supermarket chains that control the retail food market require specific significant changes in supply chains in the food sector and,therefore,we need to address the economic,social,and environmental impacts of these *** the other hand,social selling has increased rapidly in recent years,with a further boom,following current events related to the coronavirus disease(COVID-19).This explosion of social sales,where there are usually no control and regulation entities,can bring problems associated with mishandling *** this paper,we expose how Blockchain technology supports the traceability of social sales by validating the data provided by the chain participants such as digital health passports,production and transport data in the sale process;the proposed solution generates recommendations on productmanagement considering the agreements previously made by the network *** evaluate the proposed smart contracts,we useHyperledger Caliper,obtaining an average throughput of 12.6 transactions per second and an average latency of 0.3 s for the asset update *** also use a study case to evaluate the proposed project platform’s selling-transport stage using Internet of Things(IoT)sensors.

The study aimed to assess the clinical, laboratory, and blood gas analysis of horses undergoing Marcha training and the effects of voluntary ingestion of hydroelectrolytic and energy replenishers after exercise. Eight horses of both genders aged between 5 and 10 years, were included in the study. The exercise consisted of a 10-min warm-up followed by 45 min uninterrupted Marcha on a flat dirt track in the morning. After exercise, the horses received one of the following treatments: Drinking water (control group);Hydroelectrolytic and energy replenisher containing sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium acetate, magnesium chloride, sodium citrate, dextrose, maltodextrin, and sucrose in three different concentrations (Replenishers A, B, and C). The horses were distributed across the four treatments in a 4 × 4 Latin Squares design using a Split-plot system with 48-hr intervals. Clinical and laboratory evaluations were conducted at four time points: T0 - 5 min before exercise;T1 - up to 5 min after exercise;T2 - 2 hr after starting treatment;and T4 - 4 hr after beginning treatment. Concentrations of urea, creatinine, lactate, phosphorus, and ionized calcium significantly changed after exercise. An increase in blood ph and a decrease in chloride concentrations were observed when replenishers B and C were offered after exercise. The replacements were ingested spontaneously by the animals in a volume greater than that of the control group (water). Replacement B was the most ingested by the animals, demonstrating its greatest potential.

Tobramycin is one of the aminoglycoside antibiotics that lack a UV absorbing chromophore. However, the application of pulsed electrochemical detection （PED） has been used successfully for the analysis of this and similar antibiotics. This work describes an improved liquid chromatographic （LC） method combined with PED, which is able to separate much more impurities than before. Using a Discovery C-18 RP column （250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm）, isocratic elution was carried out with a mobile phase, containing sodium sulfate （35 g/L）, sodium octanesulphonic acid （1 g/L）, tetrahydrofuran （14mL/L） and 0.2 M phosphate buffer ph 3.0 （50 mL/L）. Using these experimental conditions, the limit of quantification （LOQ, S/N= 10） was 5 ng. The linearity was examined in the range LOQ-60 μg/mL and the coefficient of determination was 0.998. The method also proved to be repeatable and the recovery was close to 100%. The influence of the different chromatographic parameters on the separation was investigated by means of an experimental design. The proposed method is useful in quality control of tobramycin drug substances and drug products.

Ecological and hydrological impacts are expected when watersheds are under commercial *** this study we evaluated event-based hydrology and sedimentation in paired watersheds under commercial eucalyptus and grasslands ***,suspended sediment concentration,and sediment production were measured and simulated with the Limburg Soil Erosion Model(LISEM)in paired hydrographic watersheds located in southern Brazil;one occupied with 7-years old Eucalyptus saligna plantation(forest watershed-FW;0.83 km^(2))and another Pampa biome with native and exotic grasses used for beef cattle production(grassland watershed-GW;1.10 km^(2)).The effect of rainfall on hydrological and sedimentological variables was more evident in GW compared with *** shape of the hydrograph was steepest in GW,with rapid,marked increase and decrease in flow during *** parameters changed for model calibration in FW and GW were soil saturated hydraulic conductivity,initial soil moisture,and Manning roughness coefficient,whereby the statistical performance was classified as good(NSE>0.75).Fourteen events different from those used in the calibration process were validated for FW and GW,with NSE index classified as“good”and“very good”for *** study shows limitations of LISEM in calibrating and validating the sediment yield for individual events due to the spatial variability of factors controlling soil *** validated modeling results of this study may be applied in simulating soil and crop scenarios in watersheds cultivated with commercial forest and grassland for grazing.
