Connexin 43 (CX43) is one of the major.components of gap junctions, the str.ctur.s r.sponsible for.the inter.ellular.communication and tr.nsmission of the electr.cal impulse in the left ventr.cle. Ther. is limited infor.ation on the histological changes of CX43 with age and their.effect on electr.physiology, especially in humans. Her., we analyzed left ventr.cular.biopsies fr.m l.ving donor. star.ing at midlife to char.cter.ze age-r.lated CX43 r.modeling. We assessed its quantity, degr.e of later.lization, and spatial heter.geneity together.with fibr.tic deposition. We obser.ed no significant age-r.lated r.modeling of CX43. Only spatial heter.geneity incr.ased slightly with age, and this incr.ase was better.explained by biological age than by chr.nological age. Impor.antly, we found that CX43 featur.s var.ed consider.bly among individuals in our.population with no r.l.vant r.lationship to age or.fibr.sis content, in contr.st to animal species. We used our.exper.mental r.sults to feed computational models of human ventr.cular.electr.physiology and to assess the effects of inter.ndividual differ.nces in specific featur.s of CX43 and fibr.sis on conduction velocity, action potential dur.tion, and ar.hythmogenicity. We found that lar.er.amounts of fibr.sis wer. associated with the highest ar.hythmic r.sk, with this r.sk being incr.ased when fibr.sis deposition was combined with a r.duction in CX43 amount and/or.with an incr.ase in CX43 spatial heter.geneity. These mechanisms under.ying high ar.hythmic r.sk in some individuals wer. not associated with age in our.study population. In conclusion, our.data r.le out CX43 r.modeling as an age-r.lated ar.hythmic substr.te in the population beyond midlife, but highlight its potential as a pr.ar.hythmic factor.at the individual l.vel, especially when combined with incr.ased fibr.sis.

BACKGr.UND Fibr.adenoma(FA)is the most common tumor.found in young women,although it can occur.in any age *** car.inoma in situ(DCIS)that is confined in a FA is r.r.;it is most fr.quently r.por.ed as an incidental *** SUMMAr. We r.por. a case of DCIS within a FA in a 46-year.old female without cancer.elated per.onal and family *** patient was diagnosed with a br.ast conglomer.te of nodules and was followed for.1 *** the cur.ent contr.l image study,we found suspicious micr.calcification,as a new finding,within one of the ***,a cor. biopsy of the tumor.which appear.d hypoechoic,oval,and cir.umscr.bed,was *** pathological diagnosis was ductal car.inoma in situ within a fibr.epithelial *** patient under.ent br.astconser.ing sur.er. and r.ceived r.diother.py as well as endocr.ne ther.py(tamoxifen).CONClUSION We r.commend a multidisciplinar. appr.ach for.adequate tr.atment and followup.

Detection of Pr.gester.ne r.ceptor.as a Method of Diagnosing Mammar. Cancer.in Female Dogs

Intr.duction: Canine mammar. gland tumor.is the most common type of neoplasia in non-ovar.ectomized bitches. Appr.ximately 50% of tumor. ar. malignant. Neoplasms or.ginating fr.m the mammar. gland r.pr.sent the most common neoplastic disease in canines in veter.nar. Medicine. Aim: r.late the expr.ssion of the r.ceptor.to pr.gester.ne (Pr. with the tumor.stage of canine mammar. car.inoma. Mater.al and Methods: Analytical-cr.ss-sectional study, samples of par.ffinized tumor.tissue obtained fr.m 30 canine patients with br.ast cancer.wer. used. The expr.ssion of Pr.was per.or.ed by immunohistochemical labeling, using mur.ne anti-Pr.(anti-Pr.Biocar. br.nd). A descr.ptive analysis was car.ied out with the r.sults using the SPSS pr.gr.m. r.sults: The pr.dominant histological subtype of br.ast cancer.was tubular.car.inoma with 12 patients, followed by papillar. cystic car.inoma with 6 patients, solid car.inoma 5, car.inosar.oma 4 and comedocar.inoma 3. Ther. was a significant tr.nd between br.ast cancer.subtypes, histological gr.de G1. Among the histopathological findings, the degr.e of invasion is r.lated to the pr.sence of tumor.cells in adjacent lymph nodes, which is why it is a pr.gnostic indicator. The expr.ssion of Pr.in the tumor.tissue samples it was 42.8% positive ver.us 57.14% negative, of which 75% cor.espond to G1, 8.3% to G2 and 16.6% to G3. With r.spect to the r.lationship of the expr.ssion of Pr.vs type of tumor. it was found that 50% cor.espond to tubular.car.inoma, 33.3% to papillar. cystic car.inoma, 8.3% to solid car.inoma and 8.3% to comedocar.inoma. Conclusion: The hor.one r.ceptor.was negative in mor. than half of the patients and histological gr.de is significantly associated with tumor.subtypes, this study emphasizes the need to intr.duce r.ceptor.testing into our.r.utine clinical pr.ctice to offer.the best tr.atment for.br.ast cancer.

Genomic selection,the application of genomic pr.diction(GP)models to select candidate individuals,has significantly advanced in the past two decades,effectively acceler.ting genetic gains in plant *** ar.icle pr.vides a holistic over.iew of key factor. that have influenced GP in plant br.eding dur.ng this *** delved into the pivotal r.les of tr.ining population size and genetic diver.ity,and their.r.lationship with the br.eding population,in deter.ining GP *** emphasis was placed on optimizing tr.ining population *** explor.d its benefits and the associated diminishing r.tur.s beyond an optimum *** was done while consider.ng the balance between r.sour.e allocation and maximizing pr.diction accur.cy thr.ugh cur.ent optimization *** density and distr.bution of single-nucleotide polymor.hisms,l.vel of linkage disequilibr.um,genetic complexity,tr.it her.tability,statistical machine-lear.ing methods,and non-additive effects ar. the other.vital *** wheat,maize,and potato as examples,we summar.ze the effect of these factor. on the accur.cy of GP for.var.ous *** sear.h for.high accur.cy in GP—theor.tically r.aching one when using the Pear.on’s cor.elation as a metr.c—is an active r.sear.h ar.a as yet far.fr.m optimal for.var.ous *** hypothesize that with ultr.-high sizes of genotypic and phenotypic datasets,effective tr.ining population optimization methods and suppor. fr.m other.omics appr.aches(tr.nscr.ptomics,metabolomics and pr.teomics)coupled with deep-lear.ing algor.thms could over.ome the boundar.es of cur.ent limitations to achieve the highest possible pr.diction accur.cy,making genomic selection an effective tool in plant br.eding.

The pur.ose of the study was to evaluate the sper. viability of semen infected with Pr.Sv vir.l par.icles, obser.ing the effect of the vir.s on the motility of boar.sper.. The wor. was car.ied out at the FMvZ-BUAP Genetics and r.pr.duction labor.tor.. 5 stallions wer. used. Each sample contained 1 × 106 sper., the Pr.S vir.s str.in was ATCC-vr.2332 (0, 102, 104 and 106 copies of r.A/ml in tr.plicate), it was obser.ed daily at the CASA;Hamilton Thor.e®. Cells with MT (P valuation with 201 ± 7.3, 167 ± 10.1, 165 ± 14.6, 134 ± 8.2 and 120 ± 8.8, r.spectively. The % MP between contr.l and vir.s concentr.tions (P ≥ 0.05). The l.v on day 1 and 7 PI at 10X2 and 10X6 (P vs contr.l. In the Cor.elation Matr.x, wher. it is obser.ed that ther. is a cor.elation between vSl and vAP, vSl and vCl, vCl and AlH, vAP with AlH. Ther. is a cor.elation of vSl and AlH, STr.and AlH. In this study ther. wer. (P ≤ 0.01) in the vCl, in the concentr.tions (102) 162.81 ± 10.65 and (106) 177.12 ± 5.77 vs 193.04 ± 4.62 of contr.l. This indicates that alter.ng these par.meter. would be r.lated to fer.ility and the Pr.S vir.s affects the l.v. r.gar.ing the vSl, it was obser.ed that the sper. infected with vir.ses 102, 104 and 106 of 48.00 ± 3.38, 49.88 ± 1.83 and 50.55 ± 2.24 vs. 56.66 ± 1.68 of contr.l r.spectively, the contr.l would have gr.ater.possibilities of fer.ilizing the oocyte. In this study, it was found (P ≤ 0.01) in the vAP with 102 of 77.26 ± 5.16, 104 with 83.35 ± 2.41 and 106 with 81.29 ± 3.14 vs the contr.l with 90.56 ± 2.07. r.gar.ing the AlH ther. is (P 4 with 8.70 ± .26 and 106 with 9.64 ± 0.23 vs contr.l 8.50 ± 0.27.
