The synthesis of polyurethanes(PUs)from the reaction of low molecular weight poly(ethylene carbonate)diol(PECD)is rarely *** work reports a novel PU with excellent mechanical properties from the solution polymerization of 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(mDI)with PECD that was derived from the copolymerization of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and ethylene oxide(EO).The tensile strength,the elongation at break and 300%constant tensile strength of the PECD-PU were up to 66±2 mPa,880%±50%and 13 mPa,respectively,higher than the control PUs from the reaction of mDI with commercial polyethers or *** PECD-PU with high CO_(2) carbonate content exhibited good solvent resistance and chemical *** importance,the mechanical properties and chemical resistance of PECD-PU were significantly enhanced with the increasing content of CO_(2),i.e.,the carbonate unit in *** work provides comprehensive properties of PECD-derived PUs,indicating that PECD is a competitive precursor for the preparation of PU and has broad application prospects.

In recent years, machine learning (mL) techniques have been shown to be effective in accelerating the development process of optoelectronic devices. However, as"black box"models, they have limited theoretical interpretability. In this work, we leverage symbolic regression (SR) technique for discovering the explicit symbolic relationship between the structure of the optoelectronic Fabry-Perot (FP) laser and its optical field distribution, which greatly improves model transparency compared to mL. We demonstrated that the expressions explored through SR exhibit lower errors on the test set compared to mL models, which suggests that the expressions have better fitting and generalization capabilities.

Protein arginine methyltransferase-6 participates in a range of biological functions,particularly RNA processing,transcription,chromatin remodeling,and endosomal ***,it remains unclear whether protein arginine methyl transferase-6 modifies neuropathic pain and,if so,what the mechanisms of this *** this study,protein arginine methyltransferase-6 expression levels and its effect on neuropathic pain were investigated in the spared nerve injury model,chronic constriction injury model and bone cancer pain model,using immunohistochemistry,western blotting,immunoprecipitation,and label-free proteomic *** results showed that protein arginine methyltransferase-6 mostly co-localized withβ-tubulinⅢin the dorsal root ganglion,and that its expression decreased following spared nerve injury,chronic constriction injury and bone cancer *** addition,PRmT6 knockout(Prmt6~(-/-))mice exhibited pain ***,the development of spared nerve injury-induced hypersensitivity to mechanical pain was attenuated by blocking the decrease in protein arginine methyltransferase-6 ***,when protein arginine methyltransferase-6 expression was downregulated in the dorsal root ganglion in mice without spared nerve injury,increased levels of phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinases were observed in the ipsilateral dorsal horn,and the response to mechanical stimuli was ***,protein arginine methyltransferase-6 appeared to contribute to spared nerve injury-induced neuropathic pain by regulating the expression of heterogeneous nuclear ***,protein arginine methyltransfe rase-6-mediated modulation of hete rogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein-F expression required amino atids 319 to 388,but not classical H3R2 *** findings indicated that protein arginine methyltransferase-6 is a potential therapeutic target fo r the treatment of peripheral neuro pathic pain.

CO_(2) photoreduction into carbon-based chemicals has been considered as an appropriate way to alleviate the energy issue and greenhouse ***,the 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin cobalt(II)(CoTCPP)has been integrated with BiOBr microspheres and formed the CoTCPP/BiOBr *** as-prepared CoTCPP/BiOBr-2 composite shows optimized photocatalytic performance for CO_(2) conversion into CO and CH_(4) upon irradiation with 300 W Xe lamp,which is 2.03 and 2.58 times compared to that of BiOBr,*** introduced CoTCPP significantly enhanced light absorption properties,promoted rapid separation of photogenerated carriers and boosted the chemisorption of CO_(2) *** metal Co^(2+) at the center of the porphyrin molecules also acts as adsorption center for CO_(2) molecules,accelerating the CO_(2) conversion into CO and CH_(4).The possible mechanism of CO_(2) photoreduction was explored by in-situ FT-IR *** work offers a new possibility for the preparation of advanced photocatalysts.

Intratumoral injection of two dosage forms of paclitaxel nanoparticles combined with photothermal therapy for breast cancer

Objective:In order to enhance the efficacy of anti-breast cancer,paclitaxel nanoparticles（PTX NPs） and polypyrrole nanoparticles（PPy NPs） were combined with photothermal therapy and *** the same time,the two dosage forms of PTX NPs and PTX NPs gel were ***:PTX NPs were prepared by self-assembly method,and then the cytotoxicity in vitro was investigated by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium（mTT） and other methods,and the efficacy and side effects in vivo were further ***:The average hydrated diameter,PDI and electric potential of PTX NPs were（210.20±1.57） nm,（0.081±0.003） mV and（15.80±0.35） mV,*** results showed that the IC50value of PTX NPs on 4 T1 cells was 0.490 μg/mL,while that of PTX injection was 1.737 μg/*** cell inhibitory effect of PTX NPs was about 3.5 times higher than that of PTX *** tumor inhibition rates of PTX NPs and gel were 48.64% and 56.79%,*** with local photothermal stimulation,the tumor inhibition rate of the PTX NPs reached 91.05%,surpassing that of the gel under the same conditions（48.98%）,moreover,the organ index and H&E staining results of PTX NPs showed a decrease in ***:This combination therapy can significantly enhance the effect of anti-breast cancer,and the synergistic effect of chemotherapy and light and heat provides a feasible and effective strategy for the treatment of tumor.
