The lamina cr.br.sa thickness（LCT） could be affected by dynamic changes in its *** spectr.l-domainoptical coher.nce tomogr.phy（SD-OCT）,we have studied the behaviour.of the laminar.r.gion in 14 young subjects over.24 *** changes in LCT wer. obser.ed,depending on the time at which the measur.ment was taken,with the maximum thickness being obser.ed at 7.30 p.m.,and the minimum at 7.30 *** finding could suggests a cir.adian patter. in the LCT thickness in healthy subjects,which could have implications for.the classification,diagnosis and pr.gnosis of both nor.al and glaucomatous subjects.

T-helper.type 17 ***,a statistically significant association between CD6 single-nucleotide polymor.hisms(r.17824933,r.11230563 and r.12360861)and mor. sever. for.s of psor.asis was demonstr.ted in a cohor. of 304 patients at thr.e public hospitals fr.m the metr.politan ar.a of *** together.these r.sults pr.vide new suppor.ive evidence of the contr.bution of the CD6 lymphocyte r.ceptor.in psor.asis at both exper.mental and clinical levels.
