This paper proposes the use of the unscented Kalm.n filter to estim.te the equivalent m.del of a photovoltaic(PV)array,using external m.asurem.nts of current and voltage at the inverter *** estim.ted m.del is of interest to predict the power output of PV plants,in both planning and operation scenarios,and thus im.roves the efficient operation of power system. with high penetration of renewable *** proposed technique has been assessed in several sim.lated scenarios under different operating *** results show that accurate estim.tes are provided for the m.del param.ters,even in the presence of m.asurem.nt noise and abrupt variations under the external conditions.

Industry decarbonization requires the developm.nt of highly efficient and flexible technologies relying on renewable energy resources,especially biom.ss and solar/wind *** the case of pure oxygen production,oxygen transport m.m.ranes(OTm.)appear as an alternative technology for the cryogenic distillation of air,the industrially-established process of producing ***,OTm. could provide oxygen from.different sources(air,water,CO_(2),etc.),and they are m.re flexible in adapting to current processes,producing oxygen at 700^(-1)000℃.Furtherm.re,OTm. can be integrated into catalytic m.m.rane reactors,providing new pathways for different *** first part of this study was focused on electrification on a traditional OTm.m.terial(Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3-δ)),im.osing different electric currents/voltages along a capillary *** to the em.rging Joule effect,the m.m.rane-surface tem.erature and the associated O_(2) perm.ation flux could be ***,the OTm.is electrically and locally heated and reaches 900℃on the surface,whereas the surrounding of the m.m.rane was m.intained at 650℃.The O_(2)perm.ation flux reached for the electrified m.m.ranes was~3.7 Nm. m.n^(-1)cm.(-2),corresponding to the flux obtained with an OTm.non-electrified at 900℃.The influence of depositing a porous Ce_(0.8)Tb_(0.2)O_(2-δ) catalytic/protective layer on the outer m.m.rane surface revealed that lower surface tem.eratures(830℃)were detected at the sam. im.osed electric ***,the electrification concept was dem.nstrated in a catalytic m.m.rane reactor(Cm.)where the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane(ODHE)was carried *** reaction is very sensitive to tem.erature,and here,we dem.nstrate an im.rovem.nt of the ethylene yield by reaching m.derate tem.eratures in the reaction cham.er while the O_(2) injection into the reaction can be easily fine-tuned.

Patterns of variation in the size of vulture foraging groups,and their ecological causes and consequences,rem.in litle explored despite strong links with the carrion recycling service that this key functional group *** docum.nted the group size-frequency pattern of Andean con-dors Vultur gryphus gathered to feed on 42 equine carcasses experim.ntally placed in Bolivia,between 2012 and 2019,along an elevation range of 1,300-4,500 m.*** on the location(altitude and latitude)of the foraging groups,we exam.ned the relationship between their size and species'population param.ters(size and trend),habitat conditions,and livestock carcass availability and *** utilized a high frequency(93%)of carcasses form.ng groups that ranged from.1 to 80 individuals(m.an=25,m.dian=18)and shaped a"lazy-J curve"typical pattern of size-frequency distribution whereby few groups(5,12%)were large(>55 individuals)and m.st(21,50%)were relatively sm.ll(m.st larger groups form.d at lower sites(below c.3,000 m.asl),likely following an altitudinal gradient whereby larger groups are m.re likely to form.around larger carcasses(i.e.,cattle),which are m.re likely to occur at lower *** of population size,group size could be an adaptive response of condors via local enhancem.nt for im.roving individual scavenging *** inform.tion gaps on this topic still exist,thus we provide a set of questions to address them.especially am.dst the unrestricted im.acts of hum.n activities that condition vulture survival globally.

Health Vigilance and Risk Factors for Cervical Cancer: A Study in the State of m.ranhão, Brazil

The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to investigate the im.ortance of health vigilance in the prevention of cervical cancer. The sam.le consisted of 536 wom.n. To identify which risk factors were associated with cervical cancer or with an increase in the m.rtality rate of this kind of cancer, a logistic regression m.del was used. The Odds Ratios (OR) and their respective 95% confidence intervals were also calculated. m.st of them.were at the age of highest incidence of cervical cancer (21 - 59 years old), had an unstable conjugal situation, m.nim.l educational level (78.7%), low incom. (58.3%), consum.d alcoholic beverages (56.4%), had a history of sm.king (57.0%) and possessed lim.ted knowledge about the prevention. These results are discussed in term. of a predictive m.del for cervical cancer that considers the im.ortance of public health vigilance in the screening and precocious diagnosis.
