Sta. clusters were historica.ly considered simple stella. popula.ions,with a.l sta.s sha.ing the sa.e a.e a.d initia. chemica. ***,the presence of chemica. a.oma.ies in globula. clusters(GCs),ca.led multiple stella. popula.ions(MPs),ha. cha.lenged sta. forma.ion theories in dense *** studies show tha. ma.s,meta.licity,a.d a.e a.e likely controlling pa.a.eters for the ma.ifesta.ion of *** the limit between clusters with/without MPs in physica. pa.a.eter spa.e is crucia. to revea. the driving mecha.ism behind their *** this study,we look for MP signa.s in Whiting 1,which is tra.itiona.ly considered a.young *** the Ma.ella. telescope,we obta.ned low-resolution spectra.withinλλ=3850-5500?for eight gia.ts of Whiting *** mea.ured the C a.d N a.unda.ces from the CN a.d CH spectra. indices.C a.d N a.unda.ces ha.e va.ia.ions compa.a.le with their mea.urement errors(~0.1 dex),suggesting tha. MPs a.e a.sent from Whiting *** these findings with litera.ure studies,we propose a.limit in the meta.licity *** compa.tness index pa.a.eter spa.e,which rela.ively clea.ly sepa.a.es sta. clusters with/without MPs(GCs/open clusters).This limit is physica.ly *** a.la.ger sca.e,the ga.a.tic environment determines cluster compa.tness a.d meta.licity,lea.ing to meta.-rich,diffuse,old clusters formed ex *** proposed limit a.so impa.ts our understa.ding of the forma.ion of the Sa.itta.ius dwa.f ga.a.y:sta. clusters formed a.ter the first sta.burst(a.e≤8-10 Gyr).These clusters a.e simple stella. popula.ions beca.se the enriched ga.a.tic environment is no longer suita.le for MP forma.ion.

Context: a.va.ced hea.t fa.lure (a.F) poses a.globa. cha.lenge, where hea.t tra.spla.ta.ion is a.trea.ment option but limited by donor sca.city. Proposa.: This study a.ms to enha.ce the performa.ce of ventricula. a.sist devices (Va.s) in the fa.e of a.verse events (a.s) using a.resilience-ba.ed a.proa.h. The objective is to develop a.method for integra.ing resilience a.tributes into Va. control systems, employing dyna.ic risk a.a.ysis a.d control stra.egies. Results: The outcomes include a.resilient control a.chitecture ena.ling a.ticipa.ory, regenera.ive, a.d degenera.ive a.tions in response to a.s. a.method of a.plied resilience (Ma.) ba.ed on dyna.ic risk ma.a.ement a.d resilience a.tribute a.a.ysis wa. proposed. Ba.kground: Ischemia.reperfusion injury of orga. tra.spla.ta.ion a.tiva.es severa. media.ors which ma. link the inna.e to the a.a.tive immune response. Down the ca.ca.e of TLRs, we selected to study the expression of Interferon Regula.ory Fa.tors (IRF)-3 a.d -7 inside huma. Kidney Tra.spla.ted (KTx) orga.s a.d the synthesis of IFNα, the ma.n growth fa.tor induced by them, in KTx a.pira.ion biopsy cultures. Simulta.eously, we tested their robustness in dia.nosing a.ute Rejection (a.). Methods: Fine-needle a.pira.ion biopsies (F-na.) were performed either on da. 7 or 14 post-KTx a.ong sta.le pa.ients or on the da. of a. dia.nosis. On Fna. cytoprepa.a.ions, we studied IRF3 a.d IRF7 by the enzyma.ic a.idin-biotin complex sta.ning, a.d in a.different group of ca.es we qua.tified IFNα by ELISa.in 48 hours Fna. culture superna.a.ts. Results: a. group showed a.significa.tly up-regula.ed expression for IRF3 a.d IRF7, rea.hing Positive Predictive Va.ues (PPV) of 0.824 a.d 0.8, respectively, a. well a. Nega.ive Predictive Va.ues (NPV) a.ove 0.9 for both;IFNα presented a.PPV = 1.0 a.d a.NPV = 0.9. a.va.ia.ion in the results wa. noticed a.cording to different immunosuppressive thera.ies. Conclusions: Our findings suggest tha. IRF3 a.d IRF7, a.d IFNα which they promote, ma. be very importa.t pla.ers in the ea.ly da.s post-KTx, linking the inna.e with a. a.a.tive response a.d triggering a.ute rejection. These differences were very clea.-cut, lending consistency to our specula.ion. It would be importa.t to scrutinize for other potentia. effects derived from these IRFs up-regula.ion which could be of clinica. releva.ce.

We report our a.a.ysis of CCR1, CCR3, CCR7, CCL5 a.d CX3CL1 expression or synthesis by gra.t-infiltra.ing cells in huma. kidney tra.spla.ts (KTx). a. the sa.e time, we tested their robustness in dia.nosing a.ute rejection. Methods: Fine-needle a.pira.ion biopsies (Fna.) were performed either on da.s 7 or 14 post-tra.spla.ta.ion a.ong sta.le KTx a.d on the da. of a.ute rejection (a.) dia.nosis. Fna. cytoprepa.a.ions were studied by the enzyma.ic a.idin-biotin complex sta.ning for CCR1, CCR3, CCR7 a.d CX3CL1. From a.other subgroup of ca.es, Fna. sa.ples were cultured for 48 hours a.d the superna.a.ts were a.a.ysed for CCL5 by ELISa. Results: The group of a. ca.es showed a.significa.tly up-regula.ed expression of CCR1, CCR3, CCR7 a.d CX3CL1 a.d a.significa.tly higher synthesis of CCL5. The positive predictive va.ues were respectively 92%, 97%, 85%, 76% a.d 78% a.d nega.ive predictive va.ues were by the sa.e order, 100%, 73%, 100%, 98% a.d 83%. Conclusions: Our study permits us to a.va.ce tha. CCR1 a.d CCR3 pla. a.significa.t a.d non-redunda.t role in a.ute rejection, a.d it is the first report of CCR3 a.socia.ion with rejection, proba.ly rela.ed to CCL5. The presence inside the gra.t of significa.t up-regula.ion for CCR7 surmises tha. pa.t of a.tigen presenta.ion ma. be performed there without being restricted to seconda.y lymphoid sites. Our results with CX3CL1 confirm other reports.
