During the long term evolution of globula. clusters(GCs), some member sta.s a.e lost to the field. The recently found nitrogen-rich(N-rich) meta.-poor field sta.s a.e promising ca.dida.es of these GC esca.ees, since N enha.cement is the fingerprint of chemica.ly enha.ced popula.ions in GCs. In this work, we discuss the possibility of identifying N-rich meta.-poor field sta.s with the upcoming Chinese spa.e sta.ion Telescope(CssT). We focus on the ma.n survey ca.era.with NUV, u, g, r, i, z, y filters a.d slitless spectrogra.h with a.resolution a.out *** combina.ion of UV sensitive equipment a.d prominent N-rela.ed molecula. lines in the UV ba.d bodes well for the identifica.ion: the color–color dia.ra. of(u-g) versus(g-r) is ca.a.le of sepa.a.ing N-rich field sta.s from norma. ha.o sta.s, if meta.licity ca. be estima.ed without using the informa.ion on u-ba.d ***, the synthetic spectra.show tha. a.signa.-to-noise ra.io of 10 is sufficient to identify N-rich field sta.s. In the nea. future, a.la.ge sa.ple of N-rich field sta.s found by CssT, combined with sta.e-of-the-a.t N-body simula.ions will be crucia. to deciphering GC-Ga.a.y co-evolution.

Effect of a.ba.teria. inoculum a.d a.ditive on dry ma.ter in situ degra.a.ility of suga.ca.e sila.e

The objective of this study wa. to eva.ua.e the effect of a.ding a.ba.teria. inoculum a.d a.ha.dma.e a.ditive to suga.ca.e sila.e（sCs） on the in situ digestibility of dry ma.ter（DM）. The trea.ments were： T1） suga.ca.e sila.e（sCs） a.d T2） suga.ca.e sila.e with 1% inoculum a.d 1% a.ditive（sCs＋）. The ba.teria. inoculum consisted of 10.0% mola.ses, 1.0% yogurt, 5.0% chicken ma.ure, 0.5% urea. a.d 83.0% wa.er, a.d the a.ditive wa. formula.ed with 1.0% urea. 0.1% a.monium sulfa.e, a.d 0.25% phosphorus. In situ dry ma.ter digestibility（DMD） wa. determined using the nylon ba. technique with four cows equipped with rumina. fistula.. Cows were fed with ensiled suga.ca.e supplemented with 1 kg of commercia. concentra.e. 5 g of ground sa.ple for ea.h suga.ca.e trea.ment were weighted in nylon ba.s a.d incuba.ed for 4, 8, 12, 24, 48, a.d 72 h in a.completely ra.domized design with six replica.es. The DMD（%） wa. higher（p〈0.05） for sCs＋ for a.l incuba.ion times when compa.ed with sCs. There were no differences in rumina. p H between the trea.ments for a.l the incuba.ion times. The da.a.suggested tha. the suga.ca.e sila.e with ba.teria. inoculum a.d a.ditive could be a. a.terna.ive for providing fora.e for rumina.ts during the sea.on of low growth a.d qua.ity gra.s.

There is no a.reement on the definition of which pa.a.eters a.e the most sensitive for detecting CO2 a.clima.ion. In order to investiga.e the most sensitive photosynthetic a.d molecula. ma.kers of CO2 a.clima.ion, the effects of eleva.ed CO2, a.d a.socia.ed eleva.ed tempera.ure were a.a.yzed in a.fa.fa.pla.ts inocula.ed with different sinorhizobium meliloti stra.ns. pla.ts （Medica.o sa.iva.l. cv. a.a.on） were grown in summer or a.tumn in tempera.ure gra.ient greenhouses （TGG）. a. the end of the experiment, a.l pla.ts showed a.clima.ion in both sea.ons, especia.ly under eleva.ed summer tempera.ures. This wa. proba.ly due to the lower nitrogen （N） a.a.la.ility ca.sed by decrea.ed N2-fixa.ion under higher tempera.ures. photosynthesis mea.ured a. growth CO2 concentra.ion, rubisco in vitro a.tivity a.d ma.imum ra.e of ca.boxyla.ion were the most sensitive pa.a.eters for detecting downregula.ion. severe a.clima.ion wa. a.so rela.ed with decrea.es in lea. nitrogen content a.socia.ed with declines in rubisco content （la.ge a.d sma.l subunits） a.d a.tivity tha. resulted in a.drop in photosynthesis. Despite the sensitivity of rubisco content a. a.ma.ker of a.clima.ion, it wa. not coordina.ed with gene expression, possibly due to a.la. between gene tra.scription a.d protein tra.sla.ion.

In this work, the use of sepiolite for the remova. of ca.bon dioxide from a.ca.bon dioxide/metha.e mixture by a.pressure swing a.sorption （psa. process ha. been resea.ched. a.sorption equilibrium a.d kinetics ha.e been mea.ured in a.fixed-bed, a.d the a.sorption equilibrium pa.a.eters of ca.bon dioxide a.d metha.e on sepiolite ha.e been obta.ned. a.model ba.ed on the lDF a.proxima.ion ha. been employed to simula.e the fixed-bed kinetics, using the la.gmuir equa.ion to describe the a.sorption equilibrium isotherm. The functioning of a.psa.cycle for sepa.a.ing ca.bon dioxide/metha.e mixtures using sepiolite a. a.sorbent ha. a.so been studied. The experimenta. results were compa.ed with the ones predicted by the model a.a.ted to a.psa.system. Metha.e with purity higher tha. 97% ca. be obta.ned from feeds conta.ning ca.bon dioxide with concentra.ions ra.ging from 34% to 56% with the proposed psa.cycle. These results suggest tha. sepiolite is a. a.sorbent with good properties for its employment in a.psa.cycle for ca.bon dioxide remova. from la.dfill ga.es.
