Rhizosphere soil samples of three Pinus chiapensis sites were analyzed for their physicochemical properties,soil bacteria isolated and screened in vitro for growthpromoting *** isolates that showed promise were identified to five genera Dyella,Luteimonas,Euterobacter,Paraburkholderia and Bacillus based on the sequences of16 S rRNA *** the strains were isolated from nondisturbed *** bacteria significantly decreased germination time and increased sprout *** acetic acid and gibberellin production and phosphate solubilisation were *** indicate that these biochemicals could be essential for *** distribution and suggest the possibility that PGPR inoculation on *** seeds prior to planting could improve germination and possibly seedling development.

Illusion and Imagination in Cinema According to Bazin

Bazin favored every means to increase the "reality coefficient" in cinema. He specially prized cinema showing events integrally, what means, on the one hand, to show simultaneously and fully all the characters and all the objects pertaining to an event, and on the other to show the event integrally as it develops in time. Additionally Bazin showed that such a procedure reduces the purely literary component in cinema, and, correspondingly, increases its illusory force-as to the fictional reality presented. Yet, Bazin?s work is not systematic, giving us brilliant insights scattered through many essays. Following Bazin?s main idea, this presentation attempts to systematically discuss the illusory potential of the shot presenting an event integrally as compared with the imaginary, that is, literary character introduced in cinema by suggesting an event by means of montage and fragmentary shots. We proceed by means of a detailed consideration of the belief-structure of the aesthetic experience corresponding to the single shot integrally showing an event and to montage suggesting an event by means of fragmentary shots. The core of the presentation lies in defining the concept of aesthetic belief as the propositional attitude having the structure accepting that P without believing that P is the case. We will carefully distinguish that structure in the case of illusion from the case of imagination as well as from illusion as sensory-based deception.

Acellular amniotic membrane (AAM) is a biodegradable and biocompatible natural that has a wide range of applications in the field of pharmaceutics, biomedical, chemical and cosmetics industry. One of the most interesting characteristics of AAM is its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, anti-angiogenic, anti-fibrosis activity is an attractive approach for treating inflammatory disorders, wounds, and burns. The isolated use of AAM may not be sufficient to produce an adequate anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect to fulfill different purposes, has attracted considerable attention that has similar properties to the native tissues. This mini-review offers a focuses on modern aspects of the biomaterials, growth factors, biocompatibility, and acellular matrix which are the basic elements for use in the tissue regeneration and replacement after an injury.

Haim-Munk syndrome (HMS) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized clinically by abnormal palmoplantar hyperkeratosis and destruction of the periodontium, with hallmarks of onychogryphosis and arachnodactyly. Germline mutations in the lysosomal protease cathepsin C gene (CTSC)have been described in a single patient with HMS and in several individuals with the clinically related disorderPapillon-Lef` evre syndrome (PLS). We describe a patient with HMS. We have analysed the cathepsin C gene in the proband and her mother. Sequence analysis of CTSC in the proband revealed a homozygous mutation at codon 196 (587T → C) within exon 4 that altered the conserved leucine to proline (Leu196Pro), whereas the patient’ s mother was heterozygous for that mutation. The same mutation has previously been described in an unrelated Brazilian family with PLS. An identical single missense mutation in the cathepsin C gene may underlie both PLS and HMS. These findings confirm that HMS and PLS are allelic variants of cathepsin C gene mutations and suggest that other factors (environmental or genetic) may be important determinants of the clinical phenotype of HMS and PLS.

Electrical power supply to communities isolated from urban areas is typically complex and expensive. Their geographical situation and the lack of infrastructure and qualified workforce impede the provision of electricity. Many are the sources of energy available, but few are appropriate or sustainable. Combustion of diesel fuel is a good technical solution; however, it is neither economic nor environmentally tenable. This paper presents the advantages of using biomass as an energy source, along with its potential increase in efficiency when steam is generated in specific circumstances of temperature and pressure.

利用相场模型预测Al−Cu合金的显微偏析、凝固速度、枝晶臂间距和枝晶形貌,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行比较。计算中采用冷却速率和有效分配系数的实验值。相场模拟的显微偏析结果与实验值吻合良好,这是由于模型中考虑冷却速率、有效分配系数和溶质的反扩散。凝固速度的计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。将通过相场模型计算的三次枝晶臂间距与实验数据进行比较,两者吻合较好。由于高冷却速率对显微组织的细化作用,枝晶臂间距随位置增大而增大。最后,通过二维模拟得到与实验结果相似的枝晶形貌。

A biloma is a rare disease characterized by an abnormal intra-or extrahepatic bile collection due to a traumatic or spontaneous rupture of the biliary *** findings are *** diagnosis is usually suspected on the basis of a typical history(right upper quadrant abdominal pain,chills,fever and recent abdominal trauma or surgery) and is confirmed by detection of typical radiologic *** report the case of a patient with a history of previous cholecystectomy for lithiasis who presented with clinical symptoms and laboratory data suggestive of acute *** studies also revealed the presence of a chronic and asymptomatic biloma,which could be mistaken for a *** atypical location and ultrasound findings suggested an alternative *** therefore reviewed the known literature for bilomas,focusing on the role of ultrasonography,which can reveal some typical aspects,such as location and imaging *** that ultrasound plays a key role in the assessment of a suspected biloma in patients with appropriate history and clinical features and provides valuable diagnostic clues even in the absence of these.

A carbon footprint(CF)calculator was developed to apply to a Portuguese touristic accommodation to contribute to a sustainable touristic *** some calculators are available online,they are related to the country reality or use outdated emission factors.A calculator based on national emission factors is *** calculator was developed in Microsoft Excel(version 365)and is based on the CO2e emissions resulting from electricity,water,fuels and food use,laundry and waste *** calculator development involved:study the accommodation emission sources,selection the environmental indicators,determination of the emission factors and development of the CF *** CF calculation was made considering the partial CF per component,a monthly and annual comparison of each indicator’s emissions contribution using *** emissions amount per overnight stay,per room,per area,were also assessed and these values were transformed into global hectare(gha).Avoided emissions calculation gives the information about the efforts in CF reduction,and two indicators were considered:electricity production from renewable energy sources and the amount of separated waste for *** was considered reforestation measures to achieve carbon *** calculator incorporates four components not often used:water,laundry,waste,food,and avoided emissions.
